I cannot say enough good things about Pet Supplies Plus in The Heights! If you're in the area, you'll find it conveniently located off I-10, sharing a parking lot with Home Depot and Kroger. The ample parking space is a big plus.What sets this pet supply store apart is not just its location but also its incredibly friendly staff, especially Starsha, who has become Hugo's new best friend. Their warm and welcoming attitude makes every visit a delight.One of the standout features of this store is its selection of dog food. They supply dog-friendly shampoo and conditioner, along with towels and a hair dryer. Found this gem of a place that has every brand and type of food I need for my 3 dogs and cat which is rare My old favorite store has been empty for months now always giving excuses like our delivery this week didn’t make it or someone just bought $300 of our entire bully stick supply I was tired of wasting my time stopping there so someone recommended I try this place and they were fully stocked with everything I needed and the self wash looked great as well Starsha found me on an aisle and asked what she could help me find & offered a treat to my Bernese Mountain dog and was so welcoming. Darien was the associate who I checked out with and he was very polite and offered if he could carry my bags to my car. I definitely plan on being a regular customer after the great experience I had!

Great team and management at this store. Starsha and the team members greeted me when I walked with a warm welcome. I felt comfortable right off the bat on my first visit. Love that they sell Open Farm and Stella n Chewy products. Also I can get 5 self service grooming for 40 bucks. Thanks again.

This review is specifically for the self-service dog wash at this location. This review is not for the store itself. The selection and customer service at this store are exactly what you would expect from a professional pet store. You should shop here.The dog wash stations at this location are very poorly designed. The build quality is excellent and on par with any professionally built bathroom or other wash facility, but the design is very poor.I have a tall dog, half Great Pyrenees half Border Collie. She stands about 2ft tall at the shoulder. I am 5ft 10in and spent practically the entire time hunched over while giving her a bath. The floor of the tub is so low that it is below my knee level. The face of the wash station is built improperly for work like this. There should be a place at the bottom where my toes/feet can slide underneath so I can get as close as possible to the dog. Without this space, I am set back away from the face of the tub about six inches. So from the start I'm already leaning too far and reaching too far even without the tub being as low as it is.The hitch for those dogs that try to escape is only on one side of the wash station. This is the place where you would clip your dog's leash and collar so they can't get away while washing them. Because the clip is only on one side, you can't turn your dog around to wash their other side without unclipping the leash. Thus, a dog that wants to escape only needs to wait until their parent goes to wash their other flank.I am thankful that the blow dryers exist, but I didn't see a way to control the air flow or temperature of air. The air was cold by default (which is better than too hot, I guess), but since it was 40 degrees outside this day it would have been better to have some heat.They provide free shampoo and conditioner but don't list the ingredients or even the brand. Many dogs are allergic to things and while it's always a wise decision to bring your own stuff in that case, sometimes circumstances arise which don't allow that (such as your dog rolling in something while you're on the go).The small dog station is decent though. It was built at a good height and has good depth, but still lacks the space at the bottom for feet and has the same hitch problem as the others.I will likely shop for goods here, but I won't be back for a wash.

My Fiancé and I love Pet Supplies Plus. We shopped at Petsmart, but now shop with Starsha at the Heights location. A huge part of a business is customer service, and quality of people. She always talks about plans she has for the store and regularly talks about what she wants to do for us. Thats what makes a great business! Love this place!

Go out of my way from my local PSP store to go here. They’re a new store, long time PSP customer but this one so far I really like A LOT. I was really nervous about the victor recall and lost since I’ve used them forever this team made it easy and I was relieved.

Visited for the first time this past weekend. It's a great place to find fresh raw (frozen) pet food brands. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Didn't have all of the major brands you would find in the larger pet stores, but they still had a good selection. I will shop there again.

I love that they have have the washing station and the deal with the 5 washes for $40 and provides towels, shampoo also even have a dryer !

Amazing new shop. I haven't been able to get great advice on the right food for my dog and cats, but the team knew exactly what I needed. The people I spoke with were knowledgeable and had premium food that I've had a hard time finding. I love that they have a self wash as well!

Generally I'm a fan of all Pet Supplies Plus locations and have only ever had positive experiences in their stores, but I couldn't help but be a little irritated to be told that the person who gets their crickets wasn't in and they couldn't help me. It's not that difficult.

Today was the first time visiting, I saw a post of them being open so I decided to go. Hands down best store I have gone to, took my dogs and they loved it, it is so organized and has variety of food and toys. I would say better than Petco. This store has the best customer service, they were attentive and well informed about products.
