Love this location! It’s a locally family owned business. They always give back to the community. Their employees are always so helpful with products or helping put things in my car. And their groomers are top notch! They are super sweet with George and Wally.

I originally rated this location a 1 star because I didn't agree with their grooming hours. After coming here a few more times I've grown to love it and prefer it over Pet Supermarket.I appreciated how helpful the young man was on 4/29 mid afternoon. I went in looking for the Hills Science dog food with the chicken light bites or chicken small bites for adult dogs. When the young man saw I was looking lost he offered to help me. I only found 1 of the bags but it was on the top shelf. He went and got the ladder, moved three heavy bags and was able to get the food I wanted. It went a long way to help that way for me.I also appreciate the dried meat they have and raw/clean food options they have. My dogs love the dried chicken feet. I appreciate having access to coupons to make it a little more affordable than their competitors. We'll definitely be coming back soon!!

I took my dog to get groomed this Friday. She has long hair. I told them to just do a trim. The groomer practically SHAVED my dog. Her head wasn't even properly tapered either.Will not take my dog back there again.

I've never gone into this PSP, but I've done 3 delivery orders. They delivery withinf 24hrs and my dogs treats are never broken. They always have good deals! Highly recommend registering for discounts!

I came to this store since they were hosting a free vaccine event, I couldn’t pass up and they chose the best location to do this! I was in the parking lot struggling to put my baby in his stroller along with getting out FIVE dogs and the store cashier (Michael) came out and helped me with my dogs while I handle my baby. How kind! Then the manager I believe stepped in (Toni) greeted me and offered to take over to help me with my dogs and baby while I registered my pets. She stood in line with me the whole way out, plus helped me to my car. 😭 Very sweet team in this location. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic Grooming Experience for Jack!I recently took my dog Jack to Pet Supplies Plus for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Jack can be a handful sometimes, but the staff at Pet Supplies Plus handled him with ease, turning him into a perfect little teddy bear. Not only did he come out looking great, but he also smelled amazing, and he was all smiles throughout the entire process. I'm so impressed with their professionalism and skill that I've found my new full-time groomer. Highly recommend!

This was first time giving our dog Kimi a bath at Pet Supplies Plus. Their service is great and their self pet wash was clean and ready to be in use, they have shampoo, towels, and brushes so you won’t need to bring your own! Their staff are really friendly and have great attitude, I highly recommend you to give your dogs a bath here!

I took my collie mix to this location for grooming. Our groomer was Kelly. Kelly was very nice and I could tell that she truly loves animals. She did an exceptional job grooming our dog, which was no easy feat, as our dog does not like to be groomed or have her feet touched. I highly recommend this location for their grooming services and I highly recommend Kelly.

I normally do not shop here and only chose to due to a coupon I was emailed. Purchased cat litter on 2/25 for curbside and wasn’t able to pick it up before they closed. Ended up going to Target because I needed it that day, and saw in the email that it will be cancelled within two days if I don’t pick it up. I thought after those two days I would get a refund. I ended up waiting about a week and a half afterwards and still didn’t receive a refund, so I tried reaching out via the website, Twitter, and Instagram. Instagram was the only receptive option which directed me to contact the store (which I had been calling but their voice mail was full and they never picked up the phones.) This time, I was able to get through and spoke with the store manager, Mark who let me know that I never received my refund because my order was supposedly picked up. Not only that, but that there was no way I could receive a refund because of this. This is alarming since they require IDs to pick items up! Nobody has stolen my identity, so I am confused on how my order was authorized to be picked up. I was told I would receive a phone call from the owner before being abruptly hung up on, and still have not received any refund or phone call regarding this matter. Surprised to be having such a negative experience with this location/company considering all the high reviews. Be prepared for their customer service to go out the window if things have go wrong.Update: After speaking with the owner, I was able to get this resolved swiftly.

Their rewards program has great deals and coupons. I love their dogwash service (they make available some shampoos but I bring my own bought in store) and my GSD loves strolling up and down the treats aisle!! Friendly staff!

I love the energy in this place. The employees really seem to want to be there. I can only assume it's a great place to work. Decent prices, easy parking, attentive staff. Sure I could probably save a bunch or two ordering online but I'm happy to support a local business that hires and trains so many awesome young people.

10-10 recommend this location! Took my kiddos and new kitten for their free vaccine event and it was a whole experience. Great prices plenty options and chase showed up for a great photo op! The staff is friendly and the owners are awesome! Worth the drive for us as we’re not local but we will be coming back!

Very friendly staff with the exception of Anthony. I’m not one to talk down on people Until I came across who is supposedly the manager. I have been a pet owner my whole life but fairly new to having cats ( Two cats by the names of jungle bug and dashi). Being new to having cats as pets I asked Anthony for a recommendation on the healthiest food for my two cats. He replied with “well what brands are you looking at” in a snarky tone. After that encounter I was really contemplating of never coming back to that store until I returned later that week and met a young gentleman by the name of Matthew who kindly took the time to explain the difference of ingredients for each brand and recommended blue wilderness cat food. Matthew was a great help and both dashi and jungle bug love the food (almost too much).

Love this store! They have an wide selection of food and toys. I went in looking for a new brand of food to give my dog as her usual brand from the grocery store has not been stocked for quite some time. I explained my girls skin and coat conditions and one of the employees suggested the grain free version of Redford. Her skin and coat as improved so much already! Such a knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend coming here for your four legged baby needs. I trust their recommendations just as if they were coming from family.My dogs also loved the toy and treat selection! Lol They each got their new toy and actually seems like they are taking care of them instead of destroying them the first day😆 The selection of treats was amazing and of course my dogs loved them. The owners, Leticia and Don, were so friendly and attentive. I felt like I was talking to family. Micheal, the store manager, was such a dear and could tell he cared for the store, employees, and all who came through the doors. I have found my new home for all my pet needs and can’t wait to visit again!

I am genuinely overwhelmed by the exceptional care provided to my beloved dog Hunter at Pet Supplies Plus during a recent family emergency. With the sudden need for last-minute boarding due to the passing of my father, I turned to Sonomas Haven for assistance. Regrettably, amidst the rush, Hunter wasn't groomed or washed before his stay. However, returning from the emotional turmoil of laying my father to rest, I was astounded to find Hunter not just well but immaculately groomed and smelling fresh. The collaborative effort of the Sonomas Haven staff and Pet Supplies Plus owners, who generously waived the fee due to the emergency, left me speechless.Hunter's handsome appearance and pristine cleanliness stand as a testament to the exceptional care and compassion exhibited by all involved. In the face of adversity, this act of kindness shines as a beacon of hope. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to the entire teams at Pet Supplies Plus and Sonomas Haven for their golden hearts and unwavering support during this challenging time.

Edit : I got a call from someone from the store telling me that I was no longer allowed at this location, he didn’t even want to hear my side , which I gladly expressed regardless afterwards he agreed his employees experience should have been better but still stated I’m no longer allowed which I had no intention of returning. But this just goes to show the kind of management they have instead of assuring that a customer has a good experience and getting a full picture they would rather believe their employees. This will just reassure that they service continues to fail. And I get it I expect good service and most don’t care but to go out of your way to ban someone for expressing feedback is astonishing. The employee claimed I called him names which I did not he came up to me asking if I needed help and then refused to help me when I couldn’t find what I was looking for , there was no one at the front (AGAIN) and then just walked and made me carry a huge bag of dog food myself (seems like it’s not his job to help customers, must be too much to ask for) and then was rude when I gave him feed back (as a manager isn’t it his job to take feedback ) and then when I exited the store proceeded to talk negatively about me I front of me pointing at me and making all kinds of negative movements which is unprofessional coming from a manager.Original complaint : Had another bad experience from the supposed manager dameon , everyone that works here gives horrible service and there’s never anyone at the front you can’t even ask a simple question like where a specific brand of dog food is located.

This location of Pets Supplies Plus provides an all around exceptional experience. The staff gives phenomenal customer service and you leave feeling like a valued customer- they even offer to carry your bags out and place special orders! The staff is always so pleasant and polite. To name just a few, Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and Marc and Matt are always going above and beyond. The owner has a great presence in the store and has a friendly disposition. There is a wide selection of products and frequently a good sale. I find it very rare to have such quality service and I very much appreciate it!

Usually a good experience. However grooming today, WITH an appointment took 3 hrs. Got the deshed package and she was still shedding like crazy which has not been the case in the past. Nor did her nails get trimmed. Regardless of how busy or how many walk ins appointments should take priority and clearly that is not the case. Won’t be taking my dog back for $100+ grooming service.

Super nice people. One employee (I wish I remembered his name) was an expert with dog food. He knew all the different kinds and helped me pick one that matched the needs for our Police K9, without breaking our strict budget. I was even able to meet the owners (Don and Leticia), who were super kind and law-enforcement-friendly. Pretty awesome to have this place nearby. Highly recommend.

Took my grubby dog, George, into the new Pet Supplies Plus on Holcombe this afternoon to check out the self-wash facilities. While he was not at all happy being tortured with a shower and shampoo, I had a great time. Good spacious washroom where its SO much easier that doing it at home, and everyone there was so friendly and made a huge fuss of him, we’ll certainly go back!

I’ve gone to local pet stores before and seen a lack of organization and unhappy employees. When trying this store out for the first time I was greeted by the team when walking in. Then one of the managers named Matt even told me about a discount for nail trims as I had my dog with me. The groomer Britney was wonderful with my dog and even cleaned her ears for me! Matt then suggested a new selection of dog food that my pup adores. As of all of this I will be returning to this store soon!

My dog is feisty, he can also be a challenge to groom because he is a schnauzer. However, Kodie not ONLY gave him one of the best cuts I’ve ever seen but they were patient and diligent with my doggo. I have gotten several compliments on how amazing my pup looks. My friend drives from the heights to have her dog groomed by Kodie because she was that impressed with Kodies work!!

I hate this store. I’m not even sure why I wasted money and time here. It started out fine. I would order my items online for curbside. Then I would show up and check-in for curbside and nobody would ever come out so I’d have to go inside. That’s fine, but now for my past two orders they haven’t fulfilled them. The money goes out of my account, but I never received an email about my order being ready. I let it slide the first time as the money was refunded a few days later. Today I tried once again, and the same thing. The money is withdrawn, but no email saying they received my order nor that it’s ready. I give up. I only shop here because they sell the Open Farm brand and had online order/curbside pickup. I’ll just start shopping at Pet Supermarket and switch my dog to the Stella & Chewy’s brand. 😒
