They have a very good but not superior selection of cat accessories. What earns them a five star rating is their staff, especially a guy named Kent. He was extremely helpful and because of his superb customer service (as well as the lady who was checking out people and whose name I regretfully can't remember at the moment) will shop here again for my pet accessories.

I’m pissed off , you can tell me if I’m overreacting. But I took my girl to get a bath today at PetSupermarket (she’s been to this location many times.) . She did remarkably well almost the entire time . Other dogs & people came in & out . No barking , no reacting. I went to the counter to get some flea & tick medicine , I was bending over reading the boxes & someone came around the corner behind us . She let out a bark ( of course scary to the person that came up on us.) as soon as I stood up , she stopped . I pulled her to the side & had her sit . I apologized & told her she could come up , she had just came up behind her & caught us off guard . It’s fine now. The girl that checked us out before checked us out . The other employee ( a man ) started telling us to back up away from the counter bc “bc those dogs.” “Those dogs are” . I looked at him & continued talking & checking out with the other employee.It didn’t bother me till I finally got her out of the building . German shepherds are what exactly ? She was in the building for almost 2 hours without a single bark . Until someone came up behind us. She alerted the person to not get to close & alerted me someone was coming . She didn’t bite , she didn’t attack, she didn’t touch. She let out some barks ?As a person who works at a Petsmart regardless of the stigma that follows German shepherd, rather sometimes accurate or not , you should never refer to a breed like that or imply something about someone’s dog due to the breed . I have random people react this way or worse on the streets . Sometimes the dogs don’t even bark just look & people say thing or yell at them. But those are random , uneducated, people. Not people who WORK AT A PET STORE.She’s gone her many times & now I am not even going back to this location.UPDATE : After talking to a lot of people and comments in my GSD community Facebook group, I decided to call the manager, he was very responsive & receptive of the situation. He said the main manager of the store will be informed of the situation. That employee won’t work till that manager comes back & talks to him. He was there this morning & remembers both me & my Roxie & he knows which employee I’m referring to . He talked about all the things we are talking about in these comments ! And asked if I’d continuing bringing them in for their baths . I added back stars after this conversation.

service was amazing. all the employees are on top of the game and are doing fantastic. just super sad to see full grown cats in tiny enclosers, practically shelves. this location is huge and the overall company should care. bunnies in the same sized cages as tiny hamsters. no room for them to run zoom or anything. it’s very sad.

Large pet store. Prices similar to Pets mart...But the surprise was the pet bath area where you can bathe your own pet for just 15.00 bucks! Shampoos, apron,, towels and dryer included !!!! Great especially during winter and between grooming appointments!Friendly manager too.

Went to purchase some dog food and was quickly greeted with a "we're closing in two minutes" for a friendly entrance. A "Good evening and please hurry up" might have been easier to swallow. Prices high and service ... sucked.

My fiancé and I walked into the Pet Superstore and was greeted by EDDIE(manager) who saw us looking lost as can be 😂. We explained that my birthday is here and I was looking for a reptile companion. He quickly grabbed, in my opinion, the best help in the store, ISAAC whom was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. They walked us through the whole process of what’s needed for my new ball python and even some helpful tips on how to keep his stress level down. I am more than excited for the new addition to the family! Rocky is literally everything I imagined as a snake owner. I am honored to have the opportunity to re-home this amazing creature and excited to be able to watch him grow. My experience here was nothing short of amazing! It’s very obvious that these 2 love what they do from working with various animals, to giving outstanding customer service. They’ve definitely won my business over for life!

I've grown to dislike this store after so many unpleasant experiences. Today was the last straw. We've been coming here because of the reasonable prices and value but that's gone out the window now. Today we stopped by to bathe our dog. In the past the price was $9.99 for a standard wash which included towels and shampoo and conditioner of your choice. When I arrived, we realized that the price had increased to $14.99 without any change to the products included. When I asked for the shed release shampoo and conditioner the girl helping us try looking for it and could not find it. I was so confused. She ended up giving us two different shampoo and conditioners. She could only find the shed release for the conditioner which was a little disappointing. The whole place stunk of dog poop and it was very unpleasant. After his bath, I went to look for a chew as a treat for my dog. Many of the items were misplaced with the wrong prices. I chose one that was 2.99 and went to check out. I was surprised how it was 6.99 and the gentleman said oh it's the price for the bigger one. Maybe organizing things should be a thing here?? I've experienced employees staring us down when our animals have accidents as if we would leave things a mess. The ONLY cleaning station is at the front of the store. There are no hitches anywhere and it makes it difficult to clean up when you're alone. Stop judging people! We won't be back with unfriendly staff and outrageous prices for no value at all.

Took my fur baby to get groomed for the first time and she came out great. I didn’t know they take pictures, let alone have a 50% off for first time new customers. The person who cut her hair did a great job and would totally recommend. Her name is Alex. I’m definitely coming again and getting my dog groomed here and with her. 😊

Upon arrival I told friendly employees I could not find my chihuahuas leash and apologized one employee said it was fine,,then a lady that I'm told only goes Fridays a vendor starts telling me I shouldn't be there because of the dog leash.Who gives the store vendor authority to make my buisness her buisness.A great customer almost walked out I felt attacked it already being okayed by staff.I have four cats and a small chihuahua that I buy food for here,to be putting up with a crazzy vendor. Employees apologized I payed and was leaving and the woman was still talking as I walked out the door.I might try Petsmart Because I think they hire anybody to stand in a store giving sample.s....Beware people at this location..Thanks but no thanks.

Manager Bob is very personable and helpful. The entire staff is friendly and engaging. The rewards program pays back and the monthly Veterans/Seniors discount makes a difference. A good selection and great place to shop,

I purchased the most cutest sweetest little cockatiel here. After a few visits visiting this little fellow he was still at the store, I decided to give him a better home with my other cockatiels. Manager and employees did the best of the ability to help this little man find a good home! Great store & management!

The manager helped me find a good dog food for my pup with sensitive tummy problems. It worked!!! No more messes. They also have a self dog wash which we use monthly! Highly recommended!

One of the main things I liked with this location was the wash stations. I like to be able to bring my dog in and get him cleaned up. For the first time I brought my dog's nail trimmers. None of the staff told me I was not allowed to trim my dog's nails up to this point. I have been to other places you could wash your dog and trim nails with no problem. Why this is a policy for a place that allows you to bathe your own dog I have no idea. The employee that told me had no idea either. No problem taking my money and no one bothered telling me the rules before I paid.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I come here to utilize the dog washing stations. Keep the mess out of your house and wash your dogs here. They supply a choice of different shampoos and they even have a hair dryer for your dog. I have a large dog and I don't even want to try to attempt to bathe him at my house. They also have everything you can want regarding pet supplies.

Called ahead of time to ask if they priced matched and the said yes . My drive was 20 minutes from Height area. Once at the register I spoke to the manger working on 4th of July short Hispanic lady . She was polite but would not price match me . I showed her an ad and a receipt of my last purchase from a local competitor with the price and the price difference. Your other employees tried to chime in while talking to you and trying to complete my purchase.It was very disrespectful and they are not decision makers. Act your wage next time. For the manager thanks for being courteous but I will not be Coming back or sending you any referrals , I was there with a friend trying to introduce her to a dog food . We left out purchase on the counter instead I’ll be shipping at Natural Pawz & Carters Pet where their prices are competitive and they stand behind what they say.Very disappointed with your service today. No response needed don’t try to coddle I won’t be coming back .ACT YOUR WAGE , stay in your place if you’re not a decision maker for the store
