I have used them in the past. Took my dog there for a cut and bath today it was all bad. A different person did his cut, the lady did not listen when I came in and she cut all the hair off his tail. She did not trim his ears like I asked. She did not read the regular groomers notes and did whatever she wanted. They did refund the cut but my baby hair on his tail is gone. 8yrs of growing his tail gone. The front part of him looks like they didn’t even bathe him or try to clean or cut him. I am so upset about this. He is a Pekingese and his tail was a staple in his pictures now it is gone. No amount of refunds or free baths can make up for this. I now need to find a new grooming service. Any recommendations?03/11/2024 UPDATE: I returned today to find that the service was impeccable and very much like I remembered. Super nice people! Ashley listened to our requests for the look we wanted on our miniature schnauzer, Walter. She has a very gentle and confident demeanor with dogs. Walter loved her and we liked his new cut.

Way better experience than the big box pet groomers.I wish I would have found her years ago!! Prices are fair.I bought a few treats and my dog loves them. She was trying to eat them right out of the bag lol

My cats are 3 years old and have never been shampooed before. However, I’ve developed an allergy to their dander so to help I wanted to have them groomed. Despite them being grumpy cats generally, the cat groomer said they did well enough that I can bring them back! 😂 I wasn’t sure bc my cats are so bad when they were boarded that they got a bad report so I was so relieved she is willing to continue grooming them.

I took my dog here on the recommendation of our vet. They are great with my dog, she loves going here. They take great care of her and keep her calm, not easy with other dogs around. They are very knowledgeable and give advice if you ask. If you’re looking for a change or have a new pet try Pet Styles by Sherry. I’m very happy they were recommended to me.

Great groomers! I take both my poodles here and they never disappoint! I’m always happy with their haircuts. I also love the convenience of being able to drop them off before work and pick them up after work. Staff is always nice too!

Very friendly staff, waited in car due to covid and stylist came out and looked at photos and made sure she was clear with what I wanted. The haircut came out very cute! The body was cut VERY well but the only thing on the face was that they cut her Afro off a bit too much... it wasn’t exactly the cut I asked for but it still ended up cute and the stylist cut it shorter because her puppy coat was about to change. Before and after photos and what I asked for in the photos. Very professional place and great staff overall! Thanks!

They took awesome care of my little Morkie pup, Roxie. I was a bit nervous about leaving her since she was only 14 weeks old. She enjoyed her cute suite so I was pleased at how well she did. I will surely have her boarded again and will also have her groomed soon.

First time customer. It was a very busy morning but the staff was very attentive to every person and pet that came in. Chelsea was patient and very kind to my very nervous little terrier and she came out looking great! We definitely will go back!

My pooch (Pitt bull) was groomed beautifully. Most groomers have a hard time getting his front paws trimmed. But they definitely took care of my fur baby. He was happy and well taken care of. The staff was amazing to me and I even received correspondence from the a few days later in the mail letting me know they appreciated me. Outstanding business and professionalism with great service and hospitality.

I’d had a great experience until my dogs eye was cut open. I emailed them pics and NOTHING no apology, can we assist with vet bill nada! Stopped by recently and mentioned last incident still NO one said we’re sorry we will make SURE it doesn’t happen this time! Noooope nada again. Ok. I see how you treat ME sooo my pups and I’ll move on.

Very disappointed with the grooming services. I’ve been going to this place for at least 4 years and this week I dropped my dog off. He was shaven down and red by his leg and I was told he had bad skin. When I brought him home he was acting different and very scared; he barely ate. I have called to speak to someone about my complaint to no avail.Two days later his left leg swelled up and he won’t let you touch it. I’m so disappointed in the service I received, not sure who the person was that groomed him but this is the worst grooming experience I’ve received. Worst part is my dog can’t talk for himself and no one is reaching out to speak with me…no wonder they have so much turnover

I was referred to PSBS by a friend and visited their website and was pleasantly suprised by the services they offered at a reasonable prices.I called Thursday for an appointment for nail trim but had questions about package deals.Was given the info yet i believe was a bit confused or maybe their was a bit of misinformation about packages and what we wanted.However all in all (for now) seemed like an awesome visit. Talking with my husband we may try to do this, visit to the Doggy Salon every 3 months.What we got and paid:-bath; $27-deshedding; $10-nail grind; $12-products and supply fee; $3The thing we thought about packages were getting a small discount for having the works: the bath; which I believe was to include shampoo, dry, ear cleaning, analglands expressed, nails cliped/grind, deshedding and teeth brush. Thought i was told doing the nails and deshedding or teeth brushing it would have been a few bucks cheaper.Next time I will take my time and make sure that all services are included and counted for.Lucy looks and smells great. She looked much bigger (fluffed out i was told) when we picked her up.Thanks yall.

I loveeeeee this groomer ! They groomed my dog perfectly and he still smells so good even days after his appointment. The groomer explained to me what she was going to do with my dog beforehand and she gave me a report of well he did during the appointment. She was so sweet and kind to me and my dog. We will DEFINITELY be returning .Just one gripe I have …. You can’t tip if you use a debit card so I couldn’t tip the groomer! So make sure you bring cash for tips because this place works hard for them.

Excellent for pet grooming. Our German Shepherd gets washed and deshedded regularly. They do a great job.
