Wonderful store wonderful people. I had a lot to offer for puppies and Aquatics. But not as much for small lizards. Large selection of birds. Lizard cages lights and support was sparse. But it was an excellent store with a lot of excellent things for puppies kitties and fish. Yes I will go there again.

The customer service is always perfect. They get to know you and your pets personally. Very sweet group of people. They are very knowledgeable. If they, for some reason, don't have an answer, they will find out what you need. Highly recommend!!!

Been here couple times. Bought orange, yellow and polar parrot from here. Owner were nice and most of employees provide good service. Except 1 time i took my friend here get a few fish, one of the employee have a dark face like she dont want to be working here and making us as customer shouldnt get fish here and grab the fishes very rough. 1 of 4 times been here 1 bad experience. Overall i say a good place and decent prices on fish.

DO NOT BUY NOTHING HERE.Do not buy any fish here, I have bought 6 fish from this lady and all 6 died, I have bought other Petco and Petsmart and they are all alive, this place has something that all the fish are sick, I bought 6 different species all dead. Better go to a Petco or a Petsmart. In the end the prices are the same.

A very smooth and easy process to get my puppy hazel, to the staff and facility is amazing. You can tell they take care of their customers and animals and genuinely care about what they do. Will be doing all of my shopping there for any needs of my new puppy. Thank you guys!

Love coming to pet place always helpful good experience I bought all my animals here. We been coming here for 2 year don't go anywhere else I don't mind doing my 30 minute drive been to other pet places but this is the only place I'll rather go to good people good workers if I could give more stars I would 100% recommend it

I got my beautiful betta fish there a few months ago and it seems he has only gotten more colorful since I have had him. They are there if you need help in the store, but not at all pushy. I went in several times a week to look at their puppies and other animals. I am only giving 3 stars because I wish they took a little better care of the puppies. I have seen puppies before without a blanket lying on the wire screen in the cage. It made me want to buy a bed, just so the puppy would have one. We all know puppies like to chew stuff apart and perhaps the puppy would not have used it. It would be nice if they had the option though. Same thing goes for toys, wish they each had a toy to play with. Other than that, the dogs seem to be pretty happy and of course adorable. I have even overheard them work with someone who had some health trouble with a pup. I don’t know what the outcome was, but they did give them the time and attention to talk about it.

im posting this on aug 2nd 2023. i recently bought a bunny from here on july 23 of 2023, i woke up this morning (aug2nd2023) my my baby was dead, ive taken very good care of him, so i dont know if he was sick already from this place but its tragic and devastating. this place is no good

Bought a beautiful healthy Corgi! Took her to the vet the day I got her no problems! I have bought many animals here over the years birds hamsters for my child. Great place to go if you’re looking for an animal and a variety of animal products! Definitely recommend them!

This Pet Store is clean, the animal's cages are clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The Frenchie we purchased was priced reasonably fair at $6500 considering he was a rarer color. The best part is our vet ( who is very thorough ) gave him a clean bill of health and stated he was well cared for. Highly recommend.

I don’t know much about Beta Fish but the Rep told me to put 10 drops of conditioner in 1 gallon of water. She wrote it on the bottle but if you read the directions it says 1 drop per gallon. I trusted her and it’s dead now. He made it for 8 months.

Helpful service but when I ask them to order a fish tank lid for me they said they will order it and give them about 1 or 2 week to call me back for it. Months later still no call from them.

My girlfriend and I stopped by to look and we were glad that we did. We saw the sweetest lil pup and brought her home. The employees were very helpful and informative. They had puppy kits which included food, bowls, toys, treats, bed, puppy pad and crate for $100. We will definitely be back again.

This place doesn’t keep their animals properly. Axolotls aren’t meant to be put in open containers it’s not safe for them. As well as the fact my friend had received rats with neurological disorders from this place and told him that the lady that gave him the rats didn’t exist and that they don’t do health handling and basically they did nothing about it. My friends rat had a seizure and passed in front of him only after 5 days of purchasing them from this placeIt’s disgusting that they refused to offer any help and blatantly dismissed everything involved. If you’re looking for pets find somewhere they treats them properly where they are handled with care.

Outstanding place for freshwater fish. They have a huge selection with 3 entire aisles of fish. The staff were attentive and helpful, but not pushy. I would gladly drive past several petco and petsmart stores again to go to this place.

So, there I was stranded on the side of the road. I needed assistance and decided to go to this establishment for help. They offered amazing customer service! I do mystery shopping as a part time job; so I know exactly what makes any establishment great. They greeted me at the door and were very quick to be very caring and helpful.They went completely out of their way to simply be good citizens. I also noticed how healthy the animals looked, and also how clean the store was. Clearly they are doing an amazing job at this store. I highly recommend shopping there for all of your pet needs. In my opinion, this is one of the best pet stores in South Houston. .

Well its a good place to get everything you need for ours pets or animal stuff, they have such a beautiful puppy’s but I don’t like how they live there, that’s not a good place to have them, they need more attention and a comfy place.... like this dog looks sick and so sad..... hopefully they can fix that or people report it

I have been wanting to go to a pet store that isn't PetSmart or Petco for so long and I found this one and it is wonderful. They have a great variety of animals. They have snakes, spiders, fish, rabbits, herbals, puppies, shrimp, crayfish, crabs, some "exotic" fish like arowanas and alligator gars. I definitely recommend going here.

If your looking for a variety of fresh water fish, cute bread puppies, birds including parrots, hedgehog, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other pets check this place out. They also have a grooming/ boarding place next door. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable.

I really dislike seeing puppies in stores like this...But my chameleon on the other hand really appreciates quality super worms (his big Macs) and crickets.
