We love our floors! We replaced hardwood and carpet with Karndean from Pet Floors and couldn't be happier! Our two large dog's nails don't scratch the floors like they did with hardwood. The floors look as good as the day they were installed. My husband and the dogs come in with wet feet from the pool and I don't have to worry about the floor being ruined. It is so easy to take care of. Gary and Doc are great to work with and the installers were professional, courteous and meticulous. They were very respectful of our furniture and belongings and cleaned up well after the job was done. I would highly recommend Pet Floors of Houston to everyone!

We selected pet floors of Texas after seeing them at the Home Show in Houston. From the beginning when Scott and Robert came to show us some samples, we had an excellent experience with this company. The crew of Gill, Travis, Anthony, and Michael was very efficient and completed our home in four days. Chris went above and beyond by helping fix a problem we had with the refrigerator and our toilet himself, even coming on a Saturday to make things right. The crew was respectful of our furniture and many times asked us to approve several aspects of the install to our liking. Anything we asked of them they politely did to our satisfaction. The floors look amazing and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this company. They know the meaning of customer service!

This is the 2nd time Pet Floors of Texas has installed Karndeen flooring in my home. They were great the first time (appx 8 years ago) which is one of the reasons I chose them again to do the kitchen floor. The product is high quality and beautiful. Pet Floors of Texas did a superior flooring job for our home. We love how quiet the floors are and how amazing they look. We recently got a new puppy so there have been accidents on the floors and it has been so easy to clean without any residual odors like there are on our old floors. It is February 18, 2021. I had my floors installed June of 2020. We had a pipe burst during this freezing weather and water went all over the living room, down the hallway and into the master bedroom. We immediately turned the water off, and mopped up the water. Other than 2 rugs getting wet, we had no flooring problems. I can't tell you how happy I am to have these floors!! It probably saved us thousands in repairs. This incident alone made them worth the cost of getting them! I love love love these floors. Vacuumed and bleached them and we are good to go. Get these floors. I can’t say enough good things about Pet Floors of Houston! Gary was great to work with and his installers were fantastic! I waited to write a review of my Pet Floors until I lived with it for a while. It hasn’t been a year but I loved them as soon as they were installed and that hasn’t changed. They are as beautiful as wood floors but much easier to care for; pet accidents are a breeze to clean up. I visited the booth at the dog show for several years before I decided to purchase. My only regret is that I waited. These floors have changed my life! I had Pet Floors installed in the master bedroom, hallway and laundry room. I’m having some remodeling done in the master bath; removing the garden tub and turning it into a large shower. The tile installer was working on the shower for two days and walking on my Pet Floors apparently thinking they were wood. I have tile on the floor in the master bath and told him I was thinking of changing the tile to the same flooring as the bedroom. He said he didn’t think it was a good idea to put wood flooring in a bathroom. I told him it wasn’t wood but LVT. He said that will work. It was great to hear a professional thought they were wood! I can’t wait the have Pet Floors installed on the entire second floor. I’m so sorry I had previously installed porcelain tile on my first floor. I thought it was awesome until getting Pet Floors.

Love this flooring product and company! Very well done and professionally handled. Had it for years now and I can’t tell you how many times our kids have spilled on our floor and we’re not worried that the finish will be ruined. Best thing I ever did was put in Pet Floors. In some parts of the house it looks like pine. In the sunroom it is a beautiful "tile." After 1 1/2 years it looks like brand new. Super easy to clean with a Shark steamer. I have animals in my home, but it wouldn't matter - the floors are still beautiful, waterproof and so easy to clean!

This is the best thing we've done in a long time. This company and their staff went out of their way working with us to provide our flooring. With two puppies in their training stage we were at wits end with our carpets. With the installation of our flooring, everything was resolved. Easy to care for and it looks like they cost so much more than we paid.

Just had two bedrooms and hallway done. Looks fantastic and a neighbor stop by to see what we were doing. I didn't take him inside because of the dogs but he looked through the window and and said "oh, you had wood floors put down". And it looks like wood.But that's not why we bought it, we bought it for the dogs and cats. Accidents just wipe up. We're very happy.
