My experience at this Pep boys was the utmost best customer service experience I ever had at a pep boys. They paid attention to details, understood importance, and was very attentive. I went in to have all 4 tires installed and they were very professional. Thanks to Oscar and Patrick, the experience I had was fabulous. It is a Saturday so it was very busy but they both were able to help with everything I needed.

Pep Boys did a amazing job! I did the oil change inother nearyby store. The oil was leaking. I went back to that store, they gave me an excuse and redo the oil change but they mixed with different oil. And still, oil was leaking again. I go to the Pep Boys, they figure out the leaking issue and help me to fix it with their reliable professional skill and share all the details to me. Everyone is nice and helpful in there. Same price but deliver much better service. 6 star!

Was told by 2 different mechanic shops that my brake pads are gone. Still being in doubt, I came to these guys to get my brakes inspected, and they did a detailed walkthough and showed me that everything was fine, saving me hundreds of dollar. Wow great job! Took my Jeep Renegade here after being referred. My check engine light kept repeatedly coming on and was just getting told it's fixed but clearly getting the code just cleared. If I had left a review the first time leaving it would’ve been terrible due to one of the employees but Miguel definitely gave me a new view and Pablo and all the other guys this is really a great shop to come to and the initial person who gave me a bad impression which I won’t name actually came back to me and apologized to me before I left genuinely! Came here for simple wheel alignment on my 2021 Genesis GV80. I was the only customer in the store. I waited almost two hours to have my wheel alignment done. I would hate if they were busy. I witnessed the employee just sitting around on their phones. Please keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle, I only came to get an alignment after having tires rotated. Needless to say, I will never be back to this location for servicing.
