ZERO stars.  Owner clearly does not value her customers. Customer Service is non existent!  I have waited 9 DAYS for them to reach out to apologize/discuss/refund (12.00), they have done NOTHING!  Also, during grooming my dog was cut on his belly.  The dollar amount is $12.00 - so this is NOT about the money!  The detailed explanation of what happened with pics, reciepts etc. so there is no misunderstanding that this place is truely 0 star!   I have used PAWS for years for both boarding and grooming.  I called to make boarding reservation on 3/19 (drop off on Fri 3/22 and pick up on Sun 3/24).  I also needed grooming, but they were booked.  The woman stated she could possibly do the grooming on Mon as she was returning from out of town on Sun night.  OK, I will plan to pick up the dog on Mon instead if she were able to do it.  Knowing pick up time is BEFORE 1200 on Mon will cost the same as pick up on Sun I was OK with that, but SPECIFICALLY said I do not want to pay for another day of boarding.  I told the woman I start work on Monday at 1200, so I need to come prior to that if she were not doing the grooming.  She asked me what time I need to be there to still make it to work,  I said 1130.  She said "I will call you Mon AM to let you know what it looks like".  Come Mon, I heard nothing.  I called at 10:25 AM to check to see if I need to go pick him up.  The woman said "Oh, I forgot to call you!  he's already getting his bath right now to be groomed".  I AGAIN said OK, well I work at 12:00 and don't get off till 4:00 and I'm not paying for another day of boarding.  She said not a problem, she will not be charging me for the day.  At 11:53 Ashley (the owner) called me to tell me my dog is ready to be picked up.  I told her ok, great, I start work at 12:00 and If I can get there sooner I will otherwise it will be just after 4pm.  I told her I had that conversation with the previous girl.  At about 4:10 pm when I arrrive to pick up the dog the girl at the desk tells me the total and I I confirm it's just the 3 days boarding and the grooming right?  She said "well... if it were me, I wasn't going to charge you, but Ashley said to just go ahead and charge you for half the day".  I told her I will not be paying for a half a day of boarding.  I stated on the 19th at time of booking I wasn't doing that, on EVERY phone call since then it was clearly communicated that I would not be doing that, then to be told at pick up that the owner said to "just charge me 1/2 the day" as if she is doing me a favor. WHY on earth, would I pay another half the day of boarding because I'm grooming concurrent to the 3 nights he just spent there?  The girl unsuccessfully tried to reach Ashley via phone a few times.  I told her I will pay the grooming and the 3 days, and Ashley can call me about the other half a day.  I was told I can't get my dog unless I pay.  I went over the logic behind it all and while she agreed, she said she didn't want to loose her job behind that. She said you can pay it then talk to Ashley about a refund.  I did mention I can't possibly be the only person who has an issue with this process. She said no, but people just pay it because they want their dog.  On PRINCIPAL, I really did not want to pay it (again, this is $12.00 USD, not even worth my time at this point!!!)    I asked for Ashley phone number.  She couldnt give it to me, but agreed to call her and let me leave my own voicemail.  I did.  I told her due to us being at a crossroad, I will pay the 12.00 now to be able to take the dog, but I would like to be refunded. I had the front desk girl print me an itemized reciept for grooming and 3 days = $142.00, and a seperate reciept the additional $12.00 that I signed "to be refunded or will be disputed".  Here we are 9 days later - no refund and not a single word from Ashley. *** Google not allowing me to upload pics***

I have been taking my medium-sized dog to PAWS for almost a year for nail trims, baths, and boarding. The staff is sweet with dogs that hate nail tirms. My dog stayed with PAWS for 8 nights, and he came home such in a good mood. Therefore, I know they are caring with pets. Love this place ❤️

Ashlie and Alfonso make a wonderful team. They are professionals that know how to handle dogs. My show Bedlington has a high maintenance hair cut and they know how to get him looking like a prince. I highly recommend them for taking care of your pets

Saw this place has good reviews so I checked it out. After an employee made the comment that they didn’t know “colored people” liked dogs, I had to post a review. Please do whatever you feel with this information.This is not personal and I would not risk my integrity for this business or a google review. Out of all your investigations the one thing you didn’t mention is how you addressed this with your employees. Problem solved.

Had to board my dog very last minute the day after Thanksgiving and I already knew it would be impossible to find a place but Paws was able to take care of my Cami girl, they didn't even have a spot for her but they made it work! SO happy with their customer service. This is a privately owned place which is always better in my opinion. Will be bringing Cami here for now on.

I am very glad with the service I received. After visiting around 7 boarding places, I choose them because it was the only place I felt comfortable letting my Silky Terrier for the first time... Even though is a little expensive, it was the only one that show real interest and care for my dog. Even after picking her up she was really happy and everyone very kind.Thank you guys!

Paws boarding & grooming is always a great experience for my dog to have her nails trimmed - they are friendly, efficient, flexible with scheduling.We only go to have a nail trim - not sure about any other services.Highly recommend PAWS

place has no A/C in the back, so dogs are expose to summer heat, I stay in the office waiting pretending i was busy on the phone, employees in the back open the door to catch some cool air, the show groomer is entitled to his opinion and are so used to have it their way. last time i picked up my dog was the worst experience seeing my dog the way she was having a hard time breathing from over heating in the back. never again in my life i would recomend this place.

We were out of towners, and needed to board our Cindy their while going on a trip. We are the "high maintenance" customers, worried about their baby and calling and checking on her during our trip! Cannot have been more thrilled with the boarding!! Ashley was so sweet and helped to make our trip worry free. Would definitely recommend!!!

The kennels are kept clean. The dog runs are partially inside and outside. You have the opportunity to purchase playtime, bath, and/or nail clipping. They keep up to date shot records and expect you to as well.

Started coming here a year ago, after new ownership and display drawing me in. Experienced staff - able to handle my nervous and fussy bull terrier and 14-yo mini-pin, very reasonably priced nail trim and boarding service.

The receptionist is very unprofessional and could not give me a clear answer if they had any openings or not. She said she would give me a call the following week to let me know and I had not received a follow up call. When I called she told me they were already booked up. I love the groomers but man, it’s such a pain to just get an appointment and it’s jusg not that worth it.

These folks are the best! The place is almost always hospital clean, they treat my elderly dog with such great attention and care, we have tried many of the area kennels but hands down this one is the best!

PAWS is awesome for boarding and grooming, we use them for both boarding & grooming. Ashlie, Alfonso and the staff are great!
