I cannot say enough positive things about Janice!!! I got my first tattoo here and chose this studio because I didn’t want to go somewhere dark and violent looking. The studio was perfect and very clean. I first booked a consultation with Janice and she walked me through the process and cost. When I came in for my appointment, she helped me perfect my design to where I was happy with it. She took about an hour for the tattoo and did an absolutely STUNNING job! The tattoo turned out just like I envisioned. Janice also did an amazing job at following up and getting track of the healing. I frequently recommend Janice to anyone who wants a tattoo

Janice is absolutely amazing. She was super professional but also very laid back. I lost my dog November of last year and have been wanting to get a tattoo of her. Believe me when I say this was the BEST tattoo experience I have ever had.From the start Asher was incredibly helpful & open to creating my dream tattoo of my kitties. They also were so easy to work with if any need for changes to the design came up.Their actual space was GORGEOUS & so cozy which really put me at ease for the tattoo. (All of opal lotus was gorgeous as well, very clean & they even had snacks available)Asher is such a kind soul, they are also so incredibly talented. This was my first time getting a piece done by them & by the end it felt like I had a new dear friend. LOVED this studio! This was my first tattoo and Janice made the experience very comfortable for me! I came in wanting to get a flower fine line design and we worked together to find a piece that I loved that would last for a long time. She is very honest about the whole process and checked in after the appointment to see how the healing process was going. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very satisfied with the end result of my tattoo :)

Janice is absolutely AMAZING! Her line work, shading, and coloring are phenomenal. She brought my Great Gatsby tattoo idea to life and I cannot wait to schedule my next one with her. She has done my last few tattoos and I plan to get all of mine done by her. Her shop is super clean and she has some really awesome art on the walls. Also, she has this miracle tattoo aftercare balm that is LEGIT! I had ZERO itching during the healing process of my tattoo using her balm. My other tattoos, I would wake myself up in the middle of the night due to the itching, but her aftercare balm kept the itch away. I have no idea what magic is in it, but that is exactly what it is- MAGIC.

I went here for my first tattoo after having a tough time finding a shop I was comfortable with. I didn't like the dark and harsh way a lot of tattoo shops handled business and felt like I had no say in my tattoo, and was suggested by my mom to go to Opal Lotus. Janice was incredibly nice on our phone consultation and really receptive to all of my ideas and concepts. She gave me the most beautiful tattoo I've ever seen, it really is art. The shop is clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere when you walk in with good music and a TV in the waiting area and the tattoo area. Janice walked me through the process beforehand and gave me updates as she worked on my tattoo, then gave me plenty of helpful aftercare information (and a small sample container of tattoo salve!) and made it very clear she was open to any questions I might have during the healing process. Overall it was a great experience, and I left with an amazing piece of art and definite plans to come back!

@tattoosbyraychill is by far the best artist from which I have received a tattoo. It took me years and at least 5 previous artists to find someone like her. I’m not by any means super picky, but she is able to take my ideas, make them unique, and really turn them into the most beautiful pieces of art. I constantly receive compliments on her work and color. She has fixed and updated 2 times of my previous tattoos. But she has done some original ones on me and I get stopped by strangers, patients, and hospital staff who did my tattoos because they are that gorgeous. Not only is she talented, but she’s fast too! So that’s a big plus!!! I will be a lifetime customer to her. Great experience! Opal Lotus is a very clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.. Janice completed my very first tattoo (the butterfly in the photo attached). I was nervous, but she walked me through the process to make me feel more comfortable. She was very patient as I decided on size and positioning. I just went back today to add to it after almost a year, and she shows to be very consistent in her professionalism. She now has a team of other very skilled and friendly professionals. Overall, I definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back for myself.

Janice is an amazing artist and very perfessional and talented. I had a bad experience with a past artist somewhere else and she helped me get past that. Me and my husband have been going threw infertility for several years now and we wanted to interpret the pain and raise awareness threw art. She 100% did this for us and then some. She has a wonderful way of listening and creating something great from your vision. She now owns her own buisness and soooo deserves it. Go see her you wont regret it i promise. She will be were i go for my next after a successful round of ivf to document that journey.

Once you get a tattoo by her, you'll fully agree you won't want anyone else to tattoo you. Her line work is crisp and clean - you can tell she's been doing this for a long time. Got my 1st ever tattoo from Janice. She did my wife’s last tattoo and we both were very happy with her work, so that’s why I decided to use her services. She did an excellent job of taking my vague ideas of what I wanted and made it a reality. It is better than what I was even trying to imagine. She is very nice, courteous and extremely talented. She walked me through what to expect on my first tattoo, went over the design, size, and placement. It’s also a very nice clean shop. But above all the final product is amazing and couldn’t be happier. I strongly recommend using her for her artistry and execution.
