Went in here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the level of friendliness and courtesy given by Ashley the store manager. She was super helpful and even gave samples and made suggestions for the appropriate toys and treats for my friends dog. She was happy and I will definitely be back here before going to a bigger chain store. This company is lucky to have her smiling face.

Ashley is amazing and very knowledgeable on her store items. She clearly loves animals and always is smiling. I hope she stays forever — always makes all the stops there a nice experience. My pets love the snacks and treats.

I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am to the staff. I been using the same pet store for two generations of dogs. I tried Natural Pawz for the first time last year when I was at the vet next door. My dog was 16 and passed 9 months ago. I recently took in a foster and decided to go back. I had no clue what to get this new addition to the family. Ashley was very knowledgeable and very nice to help me get little Charlie set up. My Charlie did not like a few of the selections, probably because he was used to the food at Harris County lol lol . On the second visit a young man helped me, I wish I could remember his name. He recommend a few things and gave Charlie a sample of the fish treats, He loved them. I can get dog food anywhere, but I will be a customer at this location, strictly based on the 5 star service. Thank you Ashley for recommending the Himalayan Dog Chew he loved it and it gave me a little break to rest as well.

This is my second strike with this store that I feel unwelcomed and disappointed. The first time was when I first met Ashley when she first started as manager. She didn't say hi, didn't offer help, didn't offer my dog a treat when I took the time to unload him off the car and was in and out within 5 minutes. Secondly, I've been needing Grandma Lucy's Pork 3# for a month and a half and Mariah took down my information and never called me back since. She had no idea why or how this is not coming in. Today, I took the initiative to see if it's even there since I had to pick up raw food anyways and it's still not there. The person working under, AtziryN said it's not popular and no one has been wanting it since she's been working there for awhile. As someone who worked for Natural Pawz from 2014-2017, that was incorrect since this was my home store and I've been advocating this brand and raw meat. I've replied, "maybe because you're not asking to get this in." I've asked her to check on inventory to see if there was a min or get a transfer from another store, she replied, "We can't transfer raw." I was in shock because I HAVE to correct her information and do her job. She also said she also doesn't know how to look up locations/inventory who carry the food because her manager, Ashley, never taught her. This is usually essential in training so you don't lose sales. I felt she didn't want to do it and was looking for excuses until I had to show her how. Woodway had a min and it was not coming for some reason. When I worked there, we usually had some kind of info to explain to pet parents so they get some validation instead of "I don't know." Which is discouraging. Anyways, I'm not too keen on coming back to this location, but same thing with Lantern Lane, they also don't have this flavor, but they were nice, but didn't offer anything about transferring because by now I would've gotten the food. I guess I have to buy this online. because I felt the quality of service is lacking, no effort and it's just "whatever is there is there" mentality.

Great store and good selection. Plus the staff is knowledgeable and kind. Just don’t buy the homemade dog treats on display. It gave my dog diarrhea and now we have to take her to the vet..

I love this place. Always good advice and they call me when they receive a product I was waiting for. My beagle Lulu can always play there and try to get a treat! Thank you guys for your kindness and professionalism!

Pet owners on the west or Memorial side of Houston should stop by for all their pet needs. Great service by caring staff and a very pet friendly spot. Lots of food, toys, and treats to choose from.

Solid, and plenty of them around. I do wish the kitty litter pan options were a little broader. I had to go to PetCo to get one that fit my needs.
