Very clean dog wash stations. After 10 days of camping our doggies were happy for a good bath. We used to go to the midtown location, but it closed down. This place is much newer and nicer.

I love that this store is right across the street from me. My dog and I love to go for a walk and then stop in to get a snack. Staff has always been friendly and my boy loves the attention and treats he gets from them. The only issue I have is that they seem to be doing some renovating and they do not have prices on everything. It’s nice to get individual chews but it’s difficult when you are unsure of the price or what the product even is.I do look forward to trying out their self-wash station!

Good selection of food, treats, toys and supplies here, but what we really like is the self-service bathing station. Super easy to bring the dog in and wash yourself. We bring our own shampoo and conditioner but they do have towels for use. No reservation needed. You can pay beforehand or afterward. Wash bin with clip-in, hose, air dryer. Really useful for us since we live in an apartment and our pup is afraid of the bath tub/shower. The people at the register are always very nice and helpful and they clean out the wash bins in between uses. It’s great!

I do miss the Montrose / Westheimer location, much more convenient for me & it always seemed pretty busy.But this location the employees are just as nice & that goes a long way when I have to go a long way :p only thing is the selection of cat foods have gotten smaller but was told they are getting more so 🤞

**PLEASE READ - FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PET** - I dropped my toy poodle off today to get groomed at Natural Paws on Washington Ave in Heights. Upon returning home with my dog, I saw that my dog had lacerations below her eye and along the sides of her nose. I immediately called Natural Paws on Washington Ave to report what I found. The manager immediately went into defense mode saying, "Did she scratch her eye? I didn't see anything prior to her leaving." See attached photos of the lacerations. It is quite obvious that my dog was cut during the grooming process. The manager then proceeds to say, "Bring her in, we can give you some ointment to put on her eye." Ointment?!!Aside from the fact that they allowed me to leave the store without telling me that they injured my dog, the manager, Franklin tried to insinuate that my dog injured herself. When I questioned him as to what he was trying to insinuate, he then said, "I'm just saying, I didn't see anything before she left." That's when he offered ointment for her eye. As I questioned him as to why I was not told about the injury, I was told, "Ma'am, It's not like I can undo the cut." It wasn't until I yelled at him for such an ignorant and insensitive comment that he asked, "What would you like me to do?"I told him that he could start with an apology, not accuse my dog of cutting her own face. The right thing to do is communicate any and all injuries. Even after texting him pictures, I wasn't even offered a vet visit at their expense. I was still offered ointment. I strongly advise - DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. They are deceitful and they don't take ownership for their mistakes. ***SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS***

It was my fur babies first time getting a spa day (ever) and the groomer that helped us was fast and thorough . Her ears , paws, nails, face, were all checked and cleaned . Sage came out like nothing happened. I will definitely bring her back !

Store is very empty it looks like they are closing! They never have the dog food I need and the shelves are very empty as if they are shutting down again! Save your time and order on Amazon.

The groomers here are rude! They spend time writing bad reviews for breeders and other pet groomers. They have not even done business with most of the people they slam! Very said. Hailey seems to be the worst, constantly bashing companies that she has never interacted with.

My experience with Katie at the Washington location was disheartening. I had called to schedule an appointment and to Katie’s admission, the booking likely didn’t save in their system. I understand mistakes can happen but there was zero compassion when all I was offered was to reschedule as I was sitting in the parking lot. The least I could’ve been offered was some recognition of how inconvenient this mistake on their end was for me but their disposition was “you’re out of luck.” The West Gray staff is much kinder and considerate.

They have lots of dog food options and toys (better options than PetsSmar)... I take my pups here to do the self grooming, which is a really nice feature. The reason for 3 star is that I decided to use their grooming service for the first time and the initial results were not great - in fact I had to send her back in to get a cleaned up look (perhaps it was the groomers 1st day - I don't know)..I have a lab, not hard to cut...For $120, I would expect the cut to have been done right the first time. Also, now that it's been 2 weeks, I can say that her hair is not growing out evenly. Truly disappointed 😞

We live s w Houston. We visited for the grand opening. Something give away ea day and we've been back already. Staff very nice. We finally found a treat for our dog that doesn't like treats, or hard to find treats he likes. Hubby likes this store, he'd never been to natural pawz, he likes the size of this store. He likes the feel, the aura. He gets a shopping basket. This is unusual behavior at other pet store locations. Highly recommend. Our dog wearing the cooling bandana. You wet, wring, tie around neck. It's cute and I hope it cools him.

This is a great pet store. We love the wash station. They have 2 deep tubs with air dryers, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and towels with the package. The staff is second to none. Highly recommended stopping by with your furry friend.

I've only been to this location three times but each time I'm really impressed with the staff. You'd think this was their own business they were working hard to make successful.They are very friendly and so knowledgeable about the products it's great coming here.With their help we've found food that is working really well for our 16 y.o.
