Service started out pretty well, things seemed to be going ok. But noticed after two incidents, the company is very unorganized. Clients are being held accountable for the lack of communication and organization within the company. Spoke with the supervisor which seemed to want to argue vs resolving the matter. I understand that mistakes happen because hey we’re all human. But when the whole team is rude that’s what makes it a bad situation. But i’m a fair person so I appreciate the good encounters in the past.

I have using Medical Plus Supplies, Inc for over 5 years for my mom who is 94 and on 24/7 oxygen. The company has been great to work with, very responsive to all needs and responded quickly when equipment issues arise. Martin Melendez in particular is very professional and courteous when delivering supplies and equipment. He is a gentlemen and offers advice on how to manage my machine.Oscar is also AMAZING! Oscar got us through a rough patch with billing when my mom returned from a hospital visit. The company overall is great to work with, the people make the difference and I highly recommend this company if you have a need. As a 24/7 caregiver, they have been a great support to me!

During this difficult time Martin came out to deliver our hospital bed and hoyer lift. Martin was so efficient , compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. Since my mom is hospitalized and my dad remains at bedside once he delivered I wasn’t sure where to put things. He made sure to give great suggestions and put the bed together in the intended room because it wouldn’t fit through the door had we not . He took his time to show me all the directions for the bed and lift . Customer service was fantastic . You can tell this isn’t just a job for him but a passion.

I despise the way this company operates. They ship supplies on different days of the month often causing shortages for the patient. They notoriously lose or fail to process medical requests. Calling them to sort things out leads to speaking to multiple uninformed reps that often speculate and misinform the caller. The supervisors are the only ones that have a clue, but they are calloused and quick to shift blame to doctors for "incomplete" paperwork. Internally, there is no follow-through with patient matters and their medical team. For all these reasons the quality of life for my one year old has suffered. I am relieved that we will be switching DME soon.
