Went to Marshalls this morning to return something. The store was very clean and organized however the older lady who assisted me with my return acted as if I wasn’t there. No “Hi,how are you doing?” Nothing at all on her behalf. Didn’t care for the customer assistance at all!!

Hi!.I am at South Gessner Marshall, by the way, I work here as a part time associate.The store is so clean and organized that I was deeply inspired to make this five stars review. Even the restroom has a good smell and it's been decorated!.The first of the five stars goes to Gina.The store manager.Gina has a beautiful smile and a strong commitment to run the store efficiently.She works everywhere in the store.Every departartment has received her magical touch.When she finishes everything looks shiny. 2nd Star goes to Aracely.The HR manager ,and guess what,She is bilingual! Wuaoooo ! so good to the spanish associates and customers. And last but not least the rest of my recogniction to Aneese and Mrs Brook who integrated themselves to the process and became part of the change to achieve higher goals..... But the whole sky of stars to the workers.Without their enthusiam , effort and harworking nothing of this could have been achieved.So, every time I go to work I enjoy the nice environment and spirit of grow and development that is in the air.Thank you all at souht gessner marshall I feel happy and proud to be part of your team.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌹🌻🌺🌼

Great place to shopping.. if you are looking for great prices in clothes (female, male ,kids ) here is the correct place. also you can find furniture and some KETO products! 🙂

I lost my phone and asked the manager for help. They could perhaps ask for their microphone if someone had found it but they didn't care or paid attention to me. I am customers of this store for more than 24 years

This place is a joke, run like a flea market where you find one pair of shoes for $60 and another of SAME EXACT SHOE in a size larger but at a 80% higher cost! Called the manager who said it came in at a different time so the price stands!! Unbelievable!! So good luck buying for your kids if they have different sizes cause you could pay two TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICES FOR THE EXACT SAME STYLE SHOE! I’ve never heard of such craziness, pass the savings my a$$.

Like Ross, another good store. Really, Marshall’s and Ross are the only two places I buy clothes. I like them because no one bugs you while you’re shopping. Also kids don’t run around in there. Their customer service is polite and Marshall have good deals. If you notice the are mostly always close to Ross store. I go to both stores first and make up my mind. Sometimes they both get my attention and make me buy something.

This Marshall's location is clean!!! It is a safe and nice atmosphere!!! It also has a big choice of different merchandise to choose from!!!

Disappointing for our first venture out. Not sure what's going on, but the store was pretty much empty as far as merchandise goes. This particular location now reminds me of a messy, empty Ross. You might want to wait before you visit here. Especially if you have to wait in line to enter the store. They are following the Covid guidelines.

Me and my family was followed around the entire store from Lost Prevention. Not only one but two different people were following us around. We didn’t have any big purses to look like we would try to take anything and we had a basket. It was highly offensive especially seeing as how we just moved back from Cypress Texas and never had this encounter. I was offended and wouldn’t recommend anybody shopping at this location. They might as well have metal detectors and pat everybody down in the store.

This place is located in a somewhat safe neighborhood. As it doesn’t look safe outside the store, the store itself (inside) looks fairly decent. There’s always employees around to ask questions regarding about a product or directing you where to find the product you’re looking for.

Easy to locate, right off the highway. Not much of a selection in any department of the store. I went during my lunch break (12PM) and it wasn't too many so it seemed to be manned by enough Associates. Then again, I'm not sure when there is high traffic in this specific location. Umm..it was okay, probably won't go back.

Nice and clean...very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bought some preseasoned Lodge cast iron pans. Wanted to return one to a Marshalls closer to where I live (Westheimer and Dairy Ashford)...met with very rude manager who loudly announced that the skillet was used because it looked shiny...she used the word greasy. She even brought one from stock to show me. The one she brought for "show and tell" session did not have a "preseasoned" sticker across the whole of the pan. The one I was trying to return had not been used! I tried to explain it was preseasoned and looks that way...she said "No, take back to store of purchase." So yeah!

Horrible, the line was almost to the door on a weekday evening. Only two cashiers and no one thought to call for back up. A woman by the name of BROOKS came to the front and dropped some purses on the counter and left. I had to speak loudly to the young woman to call for assistance. They were oblivious and did not care. Finally the back up came after being called twice. It was the BROOKS lady. Also they need to clean this store. Shelving and floors were dirty.

This Marshalls is okay. I have seen better and I have seen worse. I got a mans Michael Kors suit for $99 so I cant complain.

Worst worst worst experience ever! If you’re used to the treatment of other Marshall locations, you will be highly disappointed with this location. I went to return pillows and chairs from a different Marshall’s location and went to return it. Not only, did they not take it back because it was from a location with a HomeGoods inside which I’ve NEVER experienced. They also made me get out of line and go find my own similarly priced items and get back in line to return. I’m not sure where they get trained at, but the manager didn’t make it any better. I won’t be back to this location. They run it like the ghetto.
