I don’t know who loves Loyl’s more, me or my dog Houston. This is my favorite pet store in Houston! They prioritize health for dogs. They have the best holistic selection in the city and they are absolutely so friendly they make you feel like family, they have the cutest events and the cutest games so that their loyal customers can benefit from sales, etc., we absolutely love this store! And again the staff is so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They also keep up with getting a variety of different items every couple of months which I really appreciate because it keeps us coming back! They also have this really cute idea of pet of the month for their furry customers. I can proudly say that my dog was pup of the month for December 2023. ☺️ This store feels like community!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Cynthia and the Loyl's staff. My boy Rufus suffered from terrible skin allergies and I came to Loyl's looking for yet another food to try. Cynthia recommended the Ocari sensitivity test, expressing that other customers of hers had great success identifying triggers. I am so glad I listened! I saved hundreds of dollars on vet testing and after figuring out my Ru's sensitivities, they helped me choose the perfect food. He has completely transformed inside and out and now is such a happy dog with beautiful skin! Honestly, they have been more helpful than my vet and I don't know where Rufus and I would be without them. I also love bringing Ru to come see them every time we pick out our food and treats and they always remember his complicated allergies! The caring nature, attention to detail, cleanliness of the store, friendliness, selection, I could go on and go, everything about Loyl's is above five stars!!!

Loyls takes excellent care of my English bulldog and mini long haired Daschund. The groomers are not only knowledgeable, but warm and loving. The owner, Cynthia is a wealth of dog knowledge, and this is one of my favorite local small businesses to support.

Having adopted my mini schnauzer and her having socialization issues, I was worried Mabel wouldn’t be well received. I knew she behaved well but just didn’t like new people. Her first groom went great and every groom since. The grooms are consistent (which is hard to find), and she looks like a show dog after. Bully sticks are always well stocked for my chewer too! I’ve found really cool items too like freeze dried liver and other healthy snacks for my dog. 1000/1000 would recommend.

Webster and I found Loyl’s many years ago. Probably 2018.Webster my havanese won a “pet of the month” contest which included a Loyl’s gift card. We have gone to them ever since (so almost my pup’s entire life). I enjoy the relationship built through the years of doing business with the same business. Webster gets his grooming there regularly and recently did a dental cleaning there which was cool. I normally take him to his vet for a dental cleaning, but this way he didn’t need anesthesia. We also shop at Loyl’s for our pet food needs! Webster loved Fromm and we go between Stella and Chewys and Small Batch bites !Cynthia is great at creating in store events (which we’ve definitely enjoyed through the years) and fun marketing ideas like bingo ! I also like that she creates cute seasonal merchandising displays!There is also a great variety of cool interactive dog toys. You can tell the owners put intentional thought into everything ! Webster and I love Loyl’s!

We loved our first experience at Loyl’s! Great prices and service. We can’t wait to be back. It’s been hard to find a consistent place for our Henry to get groomed because of the fluctuation in prices and since our recent move closer to town, but we’ve found our place!Attached is a before and after! Loyl's is a great pet store! Staff is very helpful - they made some great recommendations when my foster dog was going through heartworm treatment. They also gave out "dog mom" flowers on mother's day! This is the best local spot to consistently find beef cheek rolls, which my dog loves and are great long-lasting chews.This is Houston, so I will say that it is a small parking lot, but so far, I have always found a spot when I need it!

Loyl’s is one of those places I found on a fluke a couple of years ago and it has become my go to place for dog supplies. I really like the quality of products which they have in stock. The owner, Cynthia, and her dogs are there whenever I stop by. She’s very knowledgeable about the products and clearly loves dogs. They also have a groomer at the back of the shop. While I’ve never used this service because I’ve always groomed my dogs myself, if I did get my dogs groomed, this is where I would go. Not to mention, I like to support small, local businesses rather than big box chain stores. I would most definitely recommend Loyl’s Natural Pet to any dog lover.

First time customer and had a very unpleasant experience. The lady was not very friendly and did not offer nice customer service. I adopted a 6 year old miniature schnauzer and was looking for a groomer, he’s not used to it I understand but she charged an extra fee and did not let me know until AFTER. Her system was down to process Card so we had to pay cash and what we thought would be a $70 cut ended up being $110 and we only had $100 my boyfriend had to go and pull out more money from an ATM, very very inconvenient for us. Definitely would not recommend and will be be back.

I love this place... Cynthia, one of the owners, is very friendly and helpful. She's very personable and remembers customer's & dog's names. This small business also supports local shelters such as Friends for Life. They've hosted events in front of their store and help fundraisers to support different charities via pet paintings or hosting other startup pet businesses. I don't live nearby and have odd working hours otherwise I would shop there more regularly to support small businesses around Houston!

We love Loyl’s! So happy I found them during small business Saturday. Túk really enjoys visiting when it’s time to re-up on treats and food. I appreciate the owners suggestions when we discovered that Orijen will be bought out by Mars. She even comped us a bag of new food so that Túk can transition to a different brand of food! We have become loyal customers of Loyl’s. 🤩

Loyl's is without a doubt, the best pet shop for my 2 dogs. We first found Loyl's because of their grooming. Long story short, we had a horrible experience at another groomers, but Loyl's reestablished our trust in groomers.They asked information on how we'd like the cut & the contact information of our previous trusted groomers (we moved from DC) to get specifics on lengths. They truly go above & beyond for their clients.In terms of products, we usually don't buy treats elsewhere. My dogs are known to have sensitive stomachs so we only buy products from Loyl's knowing they are safe and reliable.We absolutely love Loyl's and will continue to support them.

I started going here just because it's the only place in town that has the brand of dog food that I really like. And I keep going back because they have amazing customer service! We thought about switching dog food brands because there are stores closer to us but this place is just awesome so we're sticking with it! They always carry the heavy bags out to the truck for me. I think it is family run. Great people!

I have been going to Loyl's for about 2 years and have found it to be the very best place to get premium pet products and services. They are the only location in the city that has the high-quality pet food that I give to my dogs. Aside from that, the service is excellent. They know me by name there are always knowledgeable about any questions I have and they always help me carry the heavy bags of food out to my car. Truly a great Houston establishment.

Loyl’s is the shop around the corner that every fur-parent needs!!Not only do they carry several brands, Cynthia and her staff are also very knowledgeable in all their products. My Golden Molly has a tendency to be a little stubborn with the teeth cleaning so I wanted to incorporate natural products that would fight tartar, bad breath, etc. I had seen our groomer, Ashley, very successful with other dogs and wanted to know how I could repeat that with my pup. I quickly was introduced to a natural oral care spray that I still use on Molly to this day! I would trust any recommendations they provide because they really align your pet’s needs with the best products.I feel very lucky I live so close to Loyl’s but if I didn’t, I would still make the drive. Loyl’s makes shopping very easy as they offer online orders/curbside delivery. Though I would say, my pup always enjoys coming into the store so I never take advantage of that convenience.

I love this store! They are one of the only places that sell the Fromm brand of dog and cat food that I use and it's worth coming in instead of shopping online. They have alot of other great quality products as well. Cynthia is amazing - knowledgeable, caring, great customer service and clearly dedicated to her store. Everyone should support local businesses like these (over, or at least in addition to, the big stores and online retailers).

This is hands-down my favorite natural pet store. They have so many more options than other pet stores. The store is so cute and the owners are so nice and helpful. They sell adorable, durable toys and I especially love their variety of chews, ranging from bully sticks, to tracheas, to pig ears. They have a great variety of food to choose from as well, my favorite being Fromm. This store is the best!

I am somewhat new to Houston and I tried many groomers to no avail.😒We had such a fantastic groomer in Dallas and I was sad I couldn't find excellent customer service and a groomer who seemed to care about my dog. I finally stumbled upon Loyl's and I was hopeful it would be great. The grooming paperwork alone made me feel comfortable that they took that much care to know about my dogs special quirks. I was in love after the first appt. The groomer did an amazing job and even took her back 3 more times when I picked her up to make sure the face was trimmed exactly how I liked it. I was so happy I recommneded them to several other friends. But that is just the tip of iceberg when it comes to how amazing this shop and Cynthia are. When I came back for our 2nd grooming appt Cynthia was in the back of the shop and no where near paperwork but greeted me by name as I walked in. 🙌😊 Again, made us feel so at home. We spoke about trying to switch my dog to raw food for her allergies etc and she gave us samples to try. When I came back several weeks later [with no appt or dog with me] Cynthia knew who I was and even asked how StarZee was doing by name. I came back to buy more raw dog food - my baby loves it! It's hard to find this level of customer service anymore. I can not say enough amazing things about this shop, the owners and the groomers. It's pure gold and we will be customers for life!!!!❤

I am very happy I found this place. Today I took my poodle dog for grooming and I was pleased with the work they have done in him. Cynthia, her husband and their staff are amazing at what they do. Love Cynthia she’s very knowledgeable of products in her store. Specially raw food for picky eaters with allergies. I have a teacup yorkie who eats almost nothing, but loves the small batch raw Cynthia recommended. I’m very happy that my dog loves it. Will be back

Cutest dog toys in the city!! Seriously my favorite pet store from unique toy brands to my pup's favorite raw treats. They have some extremely cute things for the Halloween holiday coming up! Best. Pet Store. Ever!!!
