Their loss prevention person called law enforcement and told them I looked suspicious while I was doing a temp repair to my fence. I've owned the same house behind lowes (Gulfgate #1128 )17 yrs and to access anything on the back of our fence you have to drive around to the north side of Lowes. I pullef up close to the big field next to lowes, grab my step later and a few pieces of scrap wood etc from my newish hybrid sedan and head to my fence. Worked on fence 15 min max and walk back to my car so I could get a couple things from Lowes (ironically lol). because my repair was not adequate. I see a constable car heading my way and here comes the questions/id rigmarole. Constable Zee was professional although as we were wrapping up another constable arrives at a faster than needed pace with lights on. Garcia, was his name and he was younger and eager, but there was nothing left to do, so grand arrival notwithstanding there were no problems. Whomever, this Lowes loss prevention person is they should be reassigned to janitorial duty. There was literally nothing suspicious about the situation. I was not inspecting their forklift sized bundles of stuff. Did I mention I was in a hybrid sedan not a pickup truck and trailer. Ofcourse, Ive spent thousands at that store over the couse of 17 years but today I drove the extra 1 block to HD where I will buy any diy items like lumber that Amazon cant drop off the next day. Maybe you should also if you drive a hybrid and look like me. 3 guesses?

It's unfortunate that I'm giving a 1 star. Came here for the first time and the experience was lovely until it was time to do self check out. I asked one of the young ladies working there to help me find a barcode so I could scan my item and she grabbed the barcode scanner out of my hand and scanned the item.....I ignored it and carried on. When I went to pay for my items, NOTHING was scanned....even the item the associate scanned. I would have asked another associate for help, unfortunately she was the only one there by then. So I asked her if I was doing something wrong because none of my items have been scanned. Once AGAIN, she grabs the scanner out of my hand and starts scanning.....NOTHING...ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is getting scanned. Turns out the register needed to be rebooted. The other associate who was working on the other side where we were redirected to had better customer service skills. So the 1 star is for the rude staff that's supposed to be there helping the customer IF NEEDED. Sorry, I don't work there, so I won't know exactly where to find the bar code, especially if it's super small. If I need help with something, guess what I'm going to do.......ask for help. She's getting paid to assist if needed, I'm not. I'm spending money, not making it. Imagine if she ACTUALLY had to scan AND bag the customers items before all of these self check outs.....Sheesh!

They have gone the way of entirely self check out. While you do the job of a cashier for free, a group of Lowe’s employees just stand there and watch you as they get paid to do nothing. Guess it’s time to give Home Depot my business

Do NOT for any reason buy an appliance from this location. I cannot even begin to understand what is happening here. Our washer broke in November! We spoke to the appliance department who stated we could pick up the washer the next day if we ordered it there OR they could deliver it a day later if they ordered it for us directly from the warehouse. We wanted it quickly, but trusted to have it delivered with just a day difference (come to find out NEITHER was EVER an option). The washer was delivered roughly ONE MONTH LATER! And we are still waiting on the dryer. It's been THREE months. We continue to get the run around and NO ONE will help us. When we call, we get transferred around the store or repeatedly disconnected. They even told us the order has been transferred to a different store - WHUT??? My SIL even went up to the store to basically get a big hand full of "I don't knows" and shrugs.They cannot refund us for the dryer because we used several gift cards we pooled together to acquire this set. We aren't really interested in a $600 gift card to a hardware store with trash policies and ZERO customer service.We only needed the washer then, but just KNEW we were on borrowed time with the Dryer. Well, guess what folks, this week the dryer died. So here we are, having paid over a thousand dollars to have working W/D appliances, and STILL are hauling our laundry to the laundry mat.So we have NO DRYER and NO CASH to buy a new one, cuz Lowes is complacent to just keep the cash and the dryer.My advice to you is NEVER BUY ANY APPLIANCE FROM THIS LOCATION - EVER!!!! I just cannot understand how anyone at Lowes is chill about such a large purchase being undelivered.OH and don't even get me started on the number of days we took off from work for their fake "delivery is coming today" texts and emails. We sat at home for hours on several days to find out there was NO DRYER!!!This is a SCAM!!!Save yourself and buy ANYWHERE else.

Taylin need's to change her attitude, I walked up to the register in garden and she did not acknowledge me she was busy sucking on her fingers due to the Hot cheetos she was eating. Taylin I'm sorry that I disturb you, F.Y.I. maybe you don't understand the importance of customers, do you realize that if consumers do not shop at your location you wouldn't have a paycheck every week? I asked a question about the bags of dirt and received no response, I never received any eye contact, You made me feel like I was bothering you I'm so sorry it won't happen again, I'm taking my business to Home depot. I will never step into this lowes location again. Please train or hire better qualified personnel.. From an unsatisfied customer.

1 star is too much i ask for assistance and was rejected i was told i was gonna have to get the portland limestone of 80pounds off the second row atop from top myself those are the blue, orange , and brown bags on my first photo and on my second foto is the group i asked for assistance they look so busy, i only requested assistance because i recently had an accident which cost me the amputation of two of my toes but thank god i got them down and pushed all six bags to my truck and loaded them thanks alot LOWE'S

Waited 25 min outside for my curbside order and nobody came out so i went inside and after about 15 min of waiting on them to find the items, they tell me somebody "Took off my order tag and purchased them and took them" WHAT!? Now theyre out of stock. This makes no sense, went out of my way to drive 30min to closest store for these and i get this, dont come here!

The guy wearing glasses young thin set Hispanic male working the tool department on 10/25/23 around 2:00 pm has a very bad attitude and short temper. I was looking for a circular saw to replace a stolen one and I came to this store asking about the special they are running on buy a battery pack and get a free tool. I didn’t really know how to pick the tools, so I asked for his help.After a while he walked away without finding anything but i kept looking online. Then I found exactly what I was looking for. Then I asked him to get them out of the cage for me. As I told him i found what i was looking for he became very defensive saying you said a different one, and making gestures with his hands he made it seem as if I was being too much for him as he signal for me to calm down. I was paying attention to his body language and he did not seem engaged in helping me, his body language was suggestive of uncomforted and almost as he wanted out of the encounter. I asked him several questions about o which completely ignored me by talking to other associates or by staying silent. The deal was just too good not to buy the items otherwise I would have just leave the store and go back to my HOME DEPOT WHERE I am a loyal customer at.

This Lowe’s store has got to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I had them come over to my property to measure my windows for shades install. At the time of purchase I was in a different state for work so I ended up making the purchase there and had it shipped to me in Houston. Two of the shades were missing parts which were the brackets so I ended up taking it to this lowes store for them to order brackets. The manager on duty was nice enough to help on that day. He tried reaching out to the shade company (Allen & Roth) to see if they can send me brackets. Shades company said there’s nothing they can do. I then requested for a return or refund. Manager told me that I have to take the items back to the NY (this is the state I placed the order at since I was working there). I explained to them that as per policy I can initiate a return at any lowes store. Manager had an employee call me the day after to tell me again that they won’t initiate any return because I didn’t order items at that store. Employee (Octavio) stated that they are a different lowes store with a different store ID so they not obligated to help. I was very frustrated at this point and made a call to the cooperate store and spoke with a representative called Ana. Ana was able to build a case with a case #. I then went back before someone else was able to help out. This is very frustrating to have employees/managers working and not obeying the policies.

The best Lowe’s experience I’ve had. The team members all were involved in helping my husband and I. Super thankful more Lowe’s needs people like Johnny,Andreas,Lucy and Craig. After a long day my husband and I got the help we needed. It was awesome. These are the type of employees people need!! They did their job and they did it very well.

So, I stood in line at customer service until I could not stand to stand in lime any longer. 5 minutes was enough. What was I waiting for you ask? Me: Change for a dollar so I could rent a shopping cart..in order to purchase a few items. There was one loan untethered cart in the parking lot. But it's raining out. I planned to buy a few paper goods and I'm a girl so I really didn't want to bother with soggy items...I wondered why this parking lot was so more empty than the orange store around the corner. I didn't want to go there either. Again. I'm a girl, and that place is just unnecessarily dirty. I mean, they aren't mixing concrete in the aisles; so why is everythingalways dusty fimthy? Always? I digress. C'mon Lowe's! Really? Are you making so little money that you can't afford to lose shopping carts here and there? Why not use those perimeter barriers? I really really wanted to tackle a quick DIY today. I could easily have spent a couple hundred dollars. But how would I have carried them out? This is the dumbest thing ever. As I type this, I've counted 12 people come back out empty-handed. Perhaps like me, they wanted to buy more than 3 items and just don't carry quarters anymore! 🤔

Most of the staff were incredibly helpful, but Johnny at the self checkout? Bad vibes. Dude was staring me down the whole time I was checking out, I mean 2-3 feet behind me, laser focused. Not a fan of the experience at all.

Lowe's is so fortunate to have you. I'm sure you inspire those around you. You are the representative of why I shop ONLY at Lowe's. Which I have since you opened. Went shopping for bathtub faucets there was no one around I went to the cashier's in front there was 3 cashier's in a little group just standing talking doing nothing so I ask them to send someone cause we had some questions all 3 just stood there like if I was asking them to do something really hard I was like well are you going to page someone or Not? Then one of them paged them on intercom we went back to bathroom department no one came again for the second time I went to the front to get some help they paged them again no one ever came. No wonder Lowe's never has a crowd that's cause their employees just stand around gossiping they are lazy and us customers when we go to the store is because we need something we just don't go to bother employees for no reason at all. Well we went to Home Depot and they had plenty of employees who are willing to help you and we gave our business to them instead of Lowe's. Keep up the bad customer service Lowe's and soon y'all be out of business
