This is a great team Halie is amazing this girl works hard along with all the guys they are all on top of everything. Very friendly and courteous. The mechanic that worked on my truck is by far the best in Texas his name is Tae!! I give props to all that helped get my trailer up and running. Things that Tae did on my trailer is 3 air bag, breaks all around , slack adjustors, seals and a DOT inspection along with John fixing some lights and figuring out the ABS problem. Might I add this trailer has been to at least 3 shops that couldn’t figure it out. Thank you all for your hard work keep smiling 🙂

Nice size parking. But there was an older lady working there she was on the phone dodging me while she took a personal call on the phone and then had the nerve to look at me like I was the problem I would have fired her then she would have all the time in the world on the phone

The men's restroom are filthy and disgusting with grime on the walls and floors. This location is the dirtiest Loves I've ever seen in my 3 years of Otr driving! We truckers spend too much money to have to use unsanitary restrooms and showers with low water pressure and employees with bad attitudes! This location needs to be renovated and retraining for all employees!

Went into this loves for a shower. They usually only have enough towels for 1 person in the loves but this one had enough for 2 people!!!The shower was tiny but had great water pressure and was HOT!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥Very friendly staff!!!

My slogan for the last 2 years was “I LOVE LOVES” until a little over 2 weeks ago.At store 315 I went in to shower (OTR Driver) about a month ago and while in the shower because of their faulty system my shower was redistributed and a man walked in on me. Now I was upset because that should not have happened. I complained to the attendees & manager on sight but didn’t go any further.Well, come back again (due to the inconvenient drive to the next location) and this time while undressed and sitting on the toilet a man walked in on me again. I was completely derobed. I was infuriated. I was humiliated even further when the manager on duty offered me a carbohydrate drink from the fountain and the representative I spoke with when I called Corporate Isabel offered me 2000 points which equals $20.00.She told me that she would get back with me and have not. The real problem is that this has been an ongoing issue and corporate has been aware of the problem for some odd years yet refused to correct the issue. Now I’m afraid to go there and have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get to the closes store.Being that no one has contacted me with a more considerate resolve to my humiliation the next step should be done.

There is not a parking shortage. We have a driver selfish problem. 23 trailer slots taken up by single bobtail. Asked drivers to double up, and they say no. Loves and all these other truckstops should have these trucks removed. Loves loses a lot of money with all the drivers come and leaves due to no parking.

Great employees! The overnight cashier is such a nice gentleman who goes above and beyond even though he doesn't have to. I like that they have security on duty overnight. Also, their rewards card has some great deals!

Loves in general aren't pilot car friendly like pilots. But this one is particularly bad.On a completely separate note, washing your feet in a public sink is a bad idea. Not only are you taking all the germs that are on that surface back to your truck literally into the sleeper with you. It's a hard thing to walk in and see. I didn't say nothing at the time. But that's nasty.

It is Nov 3rd 2023 almost to be 1pm. I was in mens’ restroom trying to take the ablution. I was washing my feet as part of it. The cleaner came in. He yelled at me washing my feet. He told me to go take shower if I wanted and that people brush their teeth there. I am trying to explain but he was in no position to listen. I kept washing my feet and he through me a piece of trash and walking out saying I was luck. I could not hear the last part of his statement as he was walking away. Maybe I am wrong but I need help here.

Something was wrong with the system for showers this morning so I grabbed some food & waited. After checking back like 3 times the lady just went ahead & gave me one. I didn’t show it but I was getting agitated cause this was the only chance I would have to take a shower until tomorrow (I’m a truck driver IYKYK) I had to leave a review because both the ladies at both counters & security working this morning were real cool & I appreciate her for getting me taken care of! The same way we get on here & talk about the bad I think it’s important to say something good too. Great job ladies working the early morning staff! (It was like 2am)

Came in to get gas on the way back home from vacation. Nice decent place but they could clean up a little bit better on fhe outside and the inside. The gas prices are ok but i suggest you look around. Nice selection on snacks, chips, drinks, they even have souveniers. I must mention they even have tools and equipment if needed. The gentleman that check me out could not find the prices on the chips I was trting to buy. I use to do audits so i took a picture of the price that was in front of the chips and he told me since NONE of the CHIPS scan he could not sale them to me which to me he could of typed it in but NO all we got were drinks and put all 5 bags of chips behind. Other then that a decent gas station. I give it 3 of 5 🌟..

No temp parking for trucks not staying overnight, can't park anywhere in facility lot to take a shower I paid for in advance. Fortunately got my money back. Area that should have temp parking is restricted as a fire truck zone. Bobtail parking is full, so no parking available for folks not staying the night :(The night guard was patient , professional and straightforward though. He knows how to do his job, man said no one can park in the red zone, all parking spots are full, **no zones to park for showers**

Whata joke!!! 6 hrs waiting for bobtail DOT Inspection!!! The reason was so funny, they are not working anything for hours, they said they waiting for parts for a truck a head of us!!! Until they receive those ordered parts, they will not work on any more trucks!!!! The point is that why don't start working on other other trucks until they get their ordered parts???? They are getting paid just for sitting??? What joke

There is an Arby's here, and the people who work there were nice. Decent size parking lot, however even with 25 OPEN spots, many idiots like to park in the way. The tow trucks/wreckers even park in fire lane. Seems like more cars coming and going than trucks, lots of 'sales people'...

First off, the manager is amazing. Hiring such capable, and decisive management is a smart decision for frequent travelers like me. I spend more money when I feel welcomed.The employee behind the counter literally made my day better. The professionalism and on-point people skills, once again shows a good hire due to management.Lastly, the employee behind the register, made my day better due to his positive attitude, and light-hearted nature.

This Truck stop is very dangerous to stay, on the night of 8/30 and the early morning of 8/31 to two Trailer Step Deck someone Stole the Complete set of Ramps and someone told me that almost every Night Something is stolen from the truck chosen by criminals and if you go to the bathroom late at night it can be very dangerous…. Something very funny that I observed was around 5:30 pm was that the lady who works security at this truck stop was very sitting comfortably with one of her shoes off and no stockings watching her foot and the customers passing by with their food purchased from Arby's restaurant

WARNING THEY DO TOW AWAY IF PARKED ON NO PARKING .i was almost towed away made a 15 min pitstop here. Guard wil take pictures of truck here . also Do not move trash cans apparently they are being used in place of cones or no signs saying not to move trash can. This On 08/17/23 ....the store is good but outside is another story

I have to say this is the friendliest the clinliest and most wonderful loves. I've ever gone into there's a gentleman that works the evening shift his name is Steve no matter what time I come in there. How big of Anita have? He's always there with a smile on his face and I appreciate that I want to give him props. I want to push him up hes a good man and he does really well for your company. Thank you for taking time to read my review. Just know this Dude's awesome? And he does his job well and he respects himself. He respects the company that he works for and he works with pride. You can't replace that.

I am very impressed with the effort and dedication of their Truck & Trailer Repair Shop people. I primarily dealt with Lee Gilinger who is the assistant manager. He was very thorough and listened intently to my situation, so that everything was taken care of. He followed up each day and throughout each day to make sure everything was being done correctly. I talked with several of the techs and they are all good people that care very much about doing the job correctly. I have been here a number of times over the years but this time I ended up spending three days in the shop due to a POS trailer that needed a whole lot of work. they got me done and the trailer is totally legal and mechanically sound. They also did a little work on my truck, installing a windshield washer reservoir and pulling a screw out of one of my drive tires. They even purchased a 7-Way housing from Utility and installed it at no charge to make good on a box that was sold and improperly installed at a Loves shop In Springfield, MO enroute to Houston. From the manager on down, they have a lot of good caring, dedicated people and I will come back here whenever I’m in the area with a mechanical problem.

SOS, SOS, SOS!Don’t ever think about parking here specially if u hauling flatbed, stepdeck. I lost my 3 tarps, it’s around 1200$. Other guy loose his stepdeck ramp. How thieves can easily steal equipment? Manager or some employee also involved? What’s goin on? Supervisor of Loves truck stop must hire security service. Never park,Thieves stealing equipments and selling as used equipment.NEVER PARK, NEVER!!!!!!!!!!

I was outside the back side near the service door and was attack by 6 flying cockroaches after doing more investigating I found cockroaches filled in the bushes around the take out window Center I won't eat her anymore
