Called about 2 or 3 times about molded and molding fruit. Refused to answer the phone and their waiting music is absolutely horrible. Will most definitely not be going back to get any of their fruit. Also, I advise you to triple check anything you get from there seeing as some of our other fruits too looked suspicious.

Good place to shop at. Only complaint is the slightly pricier prices vs other nearby places (now there's no HEB in the nearby plaza. Sad) - And yarlsberg cheese dips are seriously overpriced. I remember when they were a steal. Not any more. OTOH, they have good deals in the meat department so that's a plus!

There’s always room for improvement. Well it’s grocery store. Nothing less nothing more. Sometimes you get great deals with coupons applied only. We know prices are up.Otherwise one can purchase 80% of similar items at their competitor store.However, Kroger does have more variety options.I’m in my 50-s and been asked to show my ID to buy beer or wine, I don’t remember.Are you serious?Specs don’t ask. I can understand asking younger people. Like real young.I ended going to specs haha. That’s just ridiculous.

Not sure If this was a racist situation or what but I was very fairly mistreated! I’ve been going here for two years and never has my id been scanned. CASSANDRA AND SOUDA decides that my temporary id from DMV along with a photo of MY VALID WAS NOT ENOUGH TO VERIFY MY AGE! .i am a 34 yr old female ! They claim they have to scan it nothing else ! so i had to go home get my passport just for them NOT TO SCAN IT !

Self checkouts all jammed up with one employee trying to help all 6 checkouts.Just another place that's following the Democrat Bidenomics plan.Cut corners, go out of business.👍😎

I have been going to Kroger for years and years and years. Yet, I am getting extremely exhausted with them constantly rearranging the store! I find it so damn annoying to where I've started shopping at the new HEB by my house more often than not!I can no longer just just go in and get what I'm looking for and get out fast anymore.And if I want to go through all that aggravation of finally finding what I'm looking for I should not have to do self check out! I am not an employee!

Unfortunately the place is struggling for a while, and you will find a new manager multitasking and juggling with several tasks. However, you still can find some worthy items, and Krogers brands in here, but not as competitive in price.

Update 12-5-23. Two employees smoking by entrance right around 5 PM. Please somebody build a new store for Camino where HEB used to be :-(Update...I was unfortunate enough to run out of necessities on Thanksgiving. An employee was SMOKING directly by the entrance. One whiff of sidestream smoke is enough to make a person as sick as me more sick... I approached TWO employees and complained....they both said " I have nothing to do with that. You'll have to talk to the manager". And one laughed in my face and told me "don't get on me"WRONG. The correct response is "I'm very sorry about that, sir. I will tell my manager about this."This is the only store within range of me except Aldi, and it is just lucky for Kroger that they have that weird pay a quarter for a cart policy, but I pray a new grocery store opens on this side of Hwy 3 because this Kroger is just awful , and it has been for YEARS. ITS TOO BAD THOSE CUTE LEGO EMPLOYEES DONT ACTUALLY EXISTThe pharmacy is decent and friendly enough. The produce is just a nightmare and I am sick and tired of wasting money on rotten, moldy vegetables and also fruits. But mainly Vegetables... especially the boxed salad mixes... which most shoppers want. I just bought rotten onions , salad. On and on. I have also bought fish there that has made me sick so avoid the butcher too.

This is what I got vs what I ask for....not only that one side of the cake was flat as if they messed up and was too lazy to make another one. I was shocked when they gave me the cake I wish I would of made a big deal out of it but I was in a rush and just accepted it. NEVER AGAIN. I suggest another bakery if you need a cake made. LESSON LEARNED

This Kroger always has the best cheese selection and the staff is so knowledgeable! I've never been disappointed with a suggestion given to me, and today I think I had the best one yet. This spicy cheese that Jamie makes there is killer. I put it on some bread from the bakery (always fresh and well baked) and broiled it. Just about the best way to put on 15 pounds I've ever had experienced.

I’ve been a customer for a number of yrs to pay my rent with a money order . I was up there the other day and this young man just shined so brightly ! His name is Edgar and he’s at the service counter . We visited for a few minutes. He hasn’t worked there very long but it’s helping him get through college . 20+ yrs ago my daughter worked for Kroger when she was at college . Just a really very wonderful person to be a face of Kroger! You go Edgar! Thank you !

I love the fact that I can find international items here with no problem. It is a clean and organized place. Although it is a festive day the store wasn't as pack as you can imagine. Most of the self-check out were available and I was available to go in and out as fast as I could. Staff are very helpful too.

Jasmine and Suda are an awesome management team. Employees John; Reece, and Amanda went out of their way to try to help me load a Kroger reward card the other night Aug 21 when no one else would. It is the fact that these three showed courtesy and willingness to help, that wasost important to me as a customer.

Love most of the employees at this store, but management is very poor. NEVER do they staff enough cashiers. I have to do my shopping on the way to work in the evenings due to the fact everything is closed when I leave work. I've had to leave carts full of groceries, groceries on the belt and have been late to work due to not having appropriate staff. Tonight was the last straw! NO CASHIERS!!!! Last time I looked Kroger doesn't pay my salary, so don't like to use the self scan. 2 employees helping people checking themselves out. Ridiculous! Those 2 should have registers open and checking the customers out quickly. My register malfunctioned several times and a very nice lady helped me but we should have the option to have our groceries scanned by someone who is employed by the store. I can get out of HEB and even Foodtown so much faster than this Kroger. Poor management for years!!! I have given most of my business to other stores who employ cashiers and provide good paying Texas jobs to their employees. A good customer lost tonight.

Why can Kroger not have access to another register other than you scan!? You guys are pathetic! I know what Elms does, it gives managers better bonuses! Shop at heb!

I used to really like this store. Why are you closing early all the time? On a previous visit, a week ago, I arrived at 10:45 pm and was told I could not come in because they were closing in 15 minutes. Seriously, I just needed to grab one thing. Tonight as I was walking in at 10:15, I overheard another customer ask an employee do you close at 11:00 and the employee said no in 15 minutes. 5 minutes into my shopping trip someone gets on the loudspeaker and tells everyone they're closing in 25 minutes. They do a really good job of making their customers feel unwelcome. Apparently they're not worried about the store making any sales. Do they think that they get paid by a fairy with an endless supply of money? I almost never leave bad reviews. After my first incident of not being allowed in, I swore that wasn't going to go back to that store anymore. I told myself to let it go, I went back tonight and another disappointing experience. From now on, I'll drive the 5 extra minutes to the HEB off of 45. Do better Kroger.

This store is clearly understaffed so don’t hate on the ones that do show up and do their jobs. The same really goes for other establishments that are suffering with the same issue. I’d be grumpy too if I’m doing the work of 2 or 3 others with little pay.Yes, the store has changed its layout in recent months but it’s smaller than the average Kroger, so navigating to find what you’re looking for shouldn’t be a problem if you have the time.My problem is with the management. Seriously, how did you get where you’re at? They will argue and argue, saying it’s in their policy but they can’t provide proof of this policy.We wanted a price adjustment but that couldn’t be done. No worries. We rebought the same items and planned on returning it using the old receipt – well within the 30-day return window – as a matter of fact, only a week apart. This was literally the same shopping instance; us going from self-checkout to the customer service counter immediately after paying. The girl behind the customer service counter was new to that department and tells us the items cannot be returned but wasn’t sure. So, she called the Manager.The Assistant Manager comes over and tells us that these returns were not allowed. We questioned it and he said it’s against policy. We asked him to provide the policy, but he did not. After explaining how we were trying to save money, he judges us on the inconveniences of our method, criticized us on saving a few bucks, and added, “we can’t let you return something you just pulled off the shelf.” He undoubtedly thinks we’re trying to cheat them.After about 15 mins of back and forth on why they couldn’t do it, the criticizing, the judgment, he tells us, “I’d be happy to return the items with that receipt [he points to the receipts I had in hand thinking it was the new receipt].” I was holding the old receipts. So, we returned everything we needed and got our "price adjustment" using our method.There’s absolutely nothing wrong with trying to save $20+ bucks. We go grocery shopping weekly, so it isn’t inconvenient to bring back a sale item unless it’s a perishable. Furthermore, we have returned items a number of times without any issues.If Kroger has a no return policy on certain items, state it clear and in view where the customer can see it when the item is purchased. If I had known this, we wouldn’t have this lengthy review.

This is by far the WORST grocery store I’ve ever been to. I only go here when I absolutely have to just to grab one or two things. There is nothing “quick” about this place. No sense of urgency. They have one checker on a busy Saturday morning. All I needed was a gift card but there’s a line of people with full grocery carts waiting to check out. Hence the reason I ONLY grocery shop at H‑E‑B! I always say I will never step foot in Kroger again and after today I’ll make the further drive to H‑E‑B if I need anything. Kroger take business lessons from H‑E‑B. I’m surprised they’re even still in business!

TERRIBLE. high key felt like the weirdo in bakery was racist. Saw me standing there and did not bother asking if I needed any help. Kept looking at us very weird. When I finally asked him for a cupcake that was behind the glass he quickly said no because it was “expired” which is fine maybe it’s just the display but was very short and had an attitude. I never go out of my way to leave reviews but this was just so irritating.

Thank you to KENDRA in bakery. I was stressed cause I couldn’t find the right cupcake for my daughters birthday photo shoot. She went in the back to get me one that didn’t have frosting yet. She put on fresh purple frosting (the color I needed) and decorated specially for me. After I went to get purple balloons. I just needed 3 latex ones. It took sometime since everyone seemed so busy. but Kendra also helped me out with that as well. It wasn’t even her department. I’ll continue to shop here because of her friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you Kendra!
