Horrible nasty place i worked here for a week and this is what i saw. The deli never cleans the sinks . They wash the food in that nasty sink how they get away with it is crazy.. also thats the cleaning machine next to the strawberries they are dipping for this valentines day... no to all this .. so yall know what yall really eating management should be ashamed

The prices are ridiculously high. The coupons are not a big help anymore, they just bring their price down to HEB"s regular price. Very few decent deals. I only shop for items exclusive to Kroger.

What is happening with the prices there? $0.79 for 1 cucumber is crazy. I understand inflation but your competitor down the street can somehow sell them for 3 for $1.00. I just had to leave the store after walking around and seeing so many staple items at outrageous prices.

Nothing like a good old Bait and Switch. During the final week of February, the Flyer stated: 2 DiGiorno Pizzas for $5. Get there, and they are $5.99. Each. This Group can take their "Digital" Coupons, and put them where the Sun don't Shine! BTW, the Pizzas were not Digital.

I'm so disappointed with curbside. I ordered a 6pk of roasted seaweed they gave me a single. But they charged me for a full pkg. I also ordered Jasmin rice. They gave me cheaper $1.50 rice. But I was charged $4. I called to let them know and they said they'd refund it.... I'm still waiting 🙄 this is the second time I've had problems with curbside. I like to give benifit if the doubt but trust me, there won't be a 3rd. Grocery shopping is expensive enough without this.

Came to this kroger last time I come to it manager sitting in the office on her phone Mar 9 @ 9:23p not one care in the world while lines are extremely long all the way to beer isle also pulled expired items off shelf and handed them myself to her comforts shakes for kids check your dates bye!!! This store is very clean & the Staff is very professional. The Parkng area is sufficient. The Shopping baskets are sufficient, during my visits to the Store.The camera monitoring system is adequate, exterior & interior. E J S,Sgt Major, Special Agent, TXARNG, Note: Ms Mayra & Mr Tyrone are assets to the Staff @ this Store.Ms Carmen,also, very Professional.Also ,Ms Veronica ,self checkout,always displays highest degree of Customer Service orientation.

Kroger is the best grocery store in Houston in my opinion. Prices are always fair and quality is always high. The employees they hire are also high quality. I enjoy every Kroger I go to and always find what I'm looking for. My husband and I started coming to this location a few weeks back and now it's my home store.

I’m a soooo disappointed in THIS Krogers! The manager MS. BETTS was so RUDE to me and my sister and did not attempt to accommodate us. We had a pick up order in between the time of 7 PM and 8 PM. We got there in the pick up spot number three at 7:51. The facility can check the cameras as we were waiting for our order around 8:10 PM we decided to call to see what was going on with our order. They placed us on hold so we went inside. This is where miss BETTS STATED THAT WE WERE NOT OUTSIDE BEFORE 8 O’CLOCK AND HER EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS LEAVING AT 8 O’CLOCK. I TOLD HER THAT SHE COULD CHECK THE CAMERAS. SHE TOLD ME I CAN CANCEL MY ORDER OR COME INSIDE AND MAKE THE GROCERIES ONCE I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER, SHE MADE ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES GIVE ME A LOYALTY CARD. SHE DID NOT GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS ON THE NUMBER TO CALL AND DID NOT PROVIDE HER NAME. As a manager I feel that if that was the case then she should have gotten our pick up order together or she could’ve checked the camera instead of basically telling me that I’m lying about not being outside when I told her that we can go upstairs and check the camera. She did not want to do so even though as I observed her, she was not doing anything productive, but following me around the store.

Beware, this Kroger sells non organic food as Organic!! Not only eggs but cucumbers, celery and other items advertised as Organic!! You pay more for trash food!!

I love this Kroger location! Many of the staff are so friendly and helpful. During my most recent visit, I saw the cutest things. These little Hummingbird cut flowers are adorable! Kroger has a nice variety of fresh florals in all prices ranges. 💐🌷🌻

Today my wife and I went to buy groceries like always and the cashier named Essence (I guess) was not friendly and rude with super bad attitude . In addition to this the lady working in the deli department (like always) had the same bad attitude, so I talked to the Hispanic young lady that seems to be in charge and I hope that she or someone else take care of this.Like I said always, we deserve a better Kroger in our neighborhood and a better Kroger with whole lot better management.Sorry but this Kroger with this employees deserves not even a half of a star...

I have the highest expectations for krogers I always prefer kroger's over Walmart any day! But this has happened to me too many times already. I've found bugs in pre-packaged salads and produced. I will not be going back to this Krogers (Normandy & Woodforest) for any produce.

I love the store however the incident was never resolved still haven't received my gift card. I was shopping one day and there was sharp metal which had come.up.out of place that pierced through my shoe causing my foot to get cut & bleed as well as it caused cut in my shoe. I have yet to hear from a manager after speaking with one the day of and a second manager who called me last who was kind and did notate my complaint. I just want my gift card that was promised had someone followed up with me rather than me keep calling I wouldn't have placed my statement here. Kroger's on Woodforest & Normandy

While checking out the cashier was on her cell phone… seriously if you’re on the clock there is no reason to be on your cell while checking out customers . She literally was not paying attention while scanning my groceries because the lady infront of me was still trying to grab her bags and she was smashing my bread with my pineapple and the lady’s bags. I had to get her attention and ask her to stop and pay attention. The cashier mumbled something after what I told her. I just don’t understand why management doesn’t say anything about cashiers being on their cell phones. It’s not like there was an emergency and she needed to get on her cell. SMH.

There’s been more than a few situations were I have had to return molded food or let staff know items on the shelf are expired. I’ve purchased meat and opening the package the inside is rotten and black. The manager on staff seemed bothered when I came back with this moldy return.

If your try to add cash to your Lyft account bypass this place when the app clearly states you can add money there. Go some place else because you'll will be stranded just like I was with a cart full of food people the will look at you and tell you to go to another store. No one knows how to do it shameful people need there service which they can't provide rather sad!!!!!

Hire some cashiers. Line was halfway down an aisle and the only way to check out was the self checkout. Since EVERYONE missed the training session on self checkout, the line was backed up. This hasn’t been a one time thing.On a positive note though, for the first time in a long time there were actually shopping carts available. This store used to be ran really well, Managers step it up!

I've been coming here for years and I've never had someone here give me excellent customer service. ALIAH was so polite and knowledgeable. I was in a rush the other day and usually don't get the help I need when I'm here but when I seen her and asked her for help she was quick to assist me. Not only did she take care of me she was helping another customer at the same time and the way I watched her customer service she is outstanding and needs a raise. Thank you ALIAH!!! I Will be coming back to see you again!

I went to several stores looking to purchase 3S Tonic vitamin supplement to no avail. So now I decide to pray to🙏🏾🙏 Elohim/ God which I should have done at first. I was led to ask the pharmacist Mr. West. He was so polite! He pulled out his phone or something that look like a phone, located the isle number, location on the isle where the product was. Not only was Mr. West polite he was kind. Elohim/God will have people to assist and help you with all things no matter how small or big your request is.
