This Kroger location is bigger inside than what you expect by it's outside appearance. The parking lot is small for a Kroger and on top of that the parking lot is shared by other businesses in the same strip. The Kroger's offers the normal amenities that you expect from the store.

Unpleasant Experience at KrogerI am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at your establishment on the 18th of December. My mother, a loyal customer, visited the store to purchase groceries, which included a bag of grapes. Upon returning home, she discovered that the grapes were missing from her bag.Given the late hour, she decided to address the issue the next day due to a scheduled doctor's appointment on the opposite side of town. Regrettably, the experience that ensued was disheartening. When she informed the store manager about the situation, she was met with a disapproving glare, as if she were attempting to deceive the store over a four-dollar item.To resolve the matter, my mother had to return to the specific register where the grapes were purchased. After explaining her situation to a worker, the grapes were located. Unfortunately, the entire incident unfolded without a genuine apology from the store or its staff.The lack of courtesy, respect, and basic customer service is deeply troubling. This incident tarnished the shopping experience for a customer who had just spent over $100 at your store. The insensitivity displayed by your staff is unacceptable, especially towards an elderly customer.I implore you to address this issue promptly and reevaluate the training provided to your staff in terms of customer relations. Such treatment is not only disheartening but also reflects poorly on Kroger as a reputable grocery store.I sincerely hope that corrective measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. As a concerned customer, I urge you to prioritize respectful and courteous customer service to maintain the trust and loyalty of your clientele.

Will someone please get this cashier some back up help?! He saw me coming with a cart full of groceries over $300+ He immediately called for back-up help…I had to sack my own groceries 😔 No one ever came to help and the line behind me was growing. I’ve come to this Kroger’s before and it’s not my favorite, it’s in the rough part of the ghetto. They’ve even had armed guards here. Yes, they are cosmetically sprucing up the place, but it does not detract from the apparent apathy of some of its workers.Besides that, this cashier is ALWAYS in good spirits, very friendly, helpful and professional. If you lose this cashier, I will take my weekly $400+ grocery bill elsewhere!

Muhammed is the friendliness and fastest cashier in the store. He knows who I am, always reminds me to enter my kroger member number. He is very professional and courteous. We enjoy shopping with employees like him. šŸ‘

They want customers to do self checkout I think that is unfair.And any ad merchandise needs a digital approval.What else will they require? I do have other options.With all the customers shopping I just want to purchase goods & go home safely.When you have to go to three different stores it requires more time traveling.Have they reviewed the crime rate in Houston?I guess profit is more important than customers safety.

I went into the store today looking for flowers. As I was looking at the flowers in the different vases I noticed that majority of the flowers were dying. I also noticed mold growing in a few of the arrangements. I asked to speak with the manager because one you shouldn’t be selling flowers at full price that are dead or have mold growing in them. I informed the manager and we walked over to the flowers, as I showed him what was displayed not once did he he offer to mark down the flowers. He kept stating that the flowers were premade and I could come back Wednesday when the new deliveries would be in. After I asked if he could make me a new arrangement he stated again no because it’s premade. Go to H.E.B where the employees are nice and the flowers are fresh.

Everytime I shop at this location I’ve learned to check the receipt before walking out the door. The cashiers will look you dead in your eyes and tell you that you got the deal that was on the weekly ad, even when it not adding up and then get a attitude with you when you come right on back with the weekly ad and receipt, to show them how they really did over charge. I’ve had them owe me over $30 before and they don’t even do the maths right cause they never given me back the taxes that I paid the first time. It’s too big a difference to be accident and management needs to look into it.

The fact that I have to check out a cart full of groceries in self checkout on a Saturday morning at 10am is the reason you get one star. This isn’t the first time. I’ve learned my lesson this time though.

Love this location. Always have what I need. Shopped at this store for 4 years straight can’t convince me to go anywhere else. The staff is so polite and helpful! You can tell it’s well put together store because you see the same staff from 4 yrs ago. Good job guys and gals keep up the great work we really appreciate it!

The customer is the worse! They hardly ever have personal and it has gotten horrible with these hires the people that get hired are so ghetto in this place. They always have something going on. I stopped coming because through the years it got ghetto. The people in register talking about the customers going in there in front of other customers. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to the champion one is way better and cleaner and the customer is very good.

Please do not shop here if you expect to have a cart to use!!! Oh and if you find one, 9 times out of 10 it will limp terribly and make noise as if it is on flat tire throughout the store. And I mean LOUD!!! Oh and forget about shopping for your WIC ITEMS mommies. I found literally 1 WIC STICKER while searching for WIC items. I brought to a manager’s attention. Nothing was done about it, it’s been months and no change, oh wait they have added one more to label the half gallon WIC milk. But good luck trying to figure out the 1% or 2% gallon of milk, you know to save time and embarrassment at holding up the ONE register they always have open. Oh yea, did I mention this is basically a self checkout store so if you are elderly or just not into that kind of thing after you spend soooo much money throughout the store, then go to HEB up the street. Oh and PLEASE CHECK your receipts. I think they may have fired the people who update prices on the shelf because I find an error always. 9 bucks for a bag of grapes, that were on sale per the tag. That’s only TODAY’S pricing experience. I could go on for days. I guess Store Manager LOUIS too busy to fix these issues. How dare us over paying customers complain!!!!

Wish I could post with ZERO stars , went yesterday afternoon not one register open only self checkout and this store only has 4 , started with having to go out to parking lot and get my own basket grabbed my 3 items guess I was lucky because I was only the 4th person in line asked the girl running self checkout if she could call cashiers or management to check she tells me they only have 1 cashier and they went on break asked you don't have any managers in store that could run a register then she called the ONE PLUS ONE up front but no one came as I watched management walk around store self checkout line extended past frozen foods now , oh almost forgot to mention the broke down car in the middle of driveway blocking front entrance and there not one shopping cart in that store that doesn't make a ton of noise and shake and the parking lot full of pot holes KROGER if your not going to do something about this nasty store CLOSE IT DOWN !

Every single time I come here whether it be a holiday season or not the money service center is understaffed and the wait in line takes at least 20/30 minutes i voiced my opinion to the store manager and he claims it’s bc they have to spread the workers bc valentine day is busy . I understand a busy season . Hire 2 people to help on money service , or at least when the line is at least 10 people have someone come and help out for the time being . There’s no excuse to have to stand and wait this long ! Please Kroger do better the 360 cypress creek pkwy is just as bad the photo doesn’t do justice bc of course I wouldn’t put anyone face on here without permission

Kroger may need to hire me for DATA PRIVACY! I wanted an money over for over 3 grand and had to issue my license no problem but to think you are getting my social security number to be stored in a log book that’s on a desk at CS is definitely a call for concern and identity thief! Wonder if the FTC knows of this practice of storing Personal Identifying Information?

Pharmacy needs their business hours updated when you call to check them. It will tell you that the pharmacy is open til 10 pm or 11 pm. My problem this evening was that I called the pharmacy again 7:33pm and got Pharmacist Anas Alkhatib on the line. I told him my Dr. called in my scription a couple of hours ago. Would he happen to know when it's should be ready. Without me indicating who I was, he quickly said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Puzzled, I thought to myself to save waiting time, let me give the about 25 mins. (Since over the phone, I was told the pharmacy closes at 11pm. So ironically, I arrive at the pharmacy exactly at 8 pm only to see "closed" signs up. I approached the counter and waited for Anas Alkhatib to address me. After about a min or so, he said, "Yes." I said hi, sorry I didn't realize you closed at 8. The phone service said 11. He said that's for the store. I said yea, but it told me the pharmacy as well. So I said, "Do you know if it's ready?" He said yes, it's ready. I told you 15 minutes. Now you have to wait til tomorrow. I said yes you said ut would be ready in 15 minutes but you didn't say you close in 25 minutes. I was very upset and disappointed at this situation because I really needed my prescription because I'm in a lot of pain and I need to start fighting my life threatening infection and this man was totally insensitive and cared less about my needs for my urgent care prescription. I pray I make it to tomorrow to get my prescription, and going forward, I think it's time to take my business elsewhere.

I honestly don't shop here much because the prices are higher than HEB and Walmart. But, I do really like their deli hot chicken pack of 8 pieces. I find that I prefer it over KFC most times. Keep making that chicken and I'll keep coming back. šŸ‘šŸ¼

This Kroger has definitely seen better days. The store is usually pretty clean, but the selection is lacking. Especially in the produce department. The employees are always very friend and willing to help you find an item. Checkout lines usually aren't very long, except during rush hour or on holidays.

I ordered a birthday cake from this location. I will never again order a cake from this location. I’ve order cakes from other Kroger locations and the cakes look professional and I’ve never had an issue. This was my first time ordering from this store and I was really disappointed at the writing on the cake. The cake was supposed to say Happy Sweet 16 but they put all the letters together in the middle of the cake. It looked like a run on sentence. If I thought I could have had another cake made someplace else on short notice I would have. Very disappointed.

Tony is awesome, I'm an Instacart Shopper so I came to this location for my first order with the app, now I already did 4 orders on this location and Tony has always helped me with questions that I had with items, he's very patient and very active. We definitely need more people like him. 5 stars to Tony!

I wrote a review 7 months ago it was horrible, but this is worst. It's my fault because i keep going back to this location. There was corroded food on the shelves 2 wks in a row. To the point fuzz and mildew grew from the products. 1st week i told 2 employees both ignored it i didn't even bother this time. Damaged can of Bush beans i actually touched. Im so grossed out and disappointed.

I absolutely dread coming to this Kroger. If it wasn't for convenience I would not come. Some of the cashiers are rude. Managers aren't much help. The inventory sucks and they have expired items that I have found on the shelves. They cleanliness is good. The outside of the store is not very presentable.The shopping carts are horrible. I think this Kroger needs a remodel for sure!

Very unorganized with covid vaccines there’s no point of you making an appointment they don’t respect that at all. You get they are for them to tell you that they are only taking second doze patients first and if there’s enough vaccines left they will provided out with one. So what’s the point of you making an appointment? O why they don’t call you ahead of time to let you know they don’t have enough vaccines for you to not waste your time going
