Last night my fiancé and I were at this Kroger to go get some gizzards and other products. I see why I prefer to go on Wirt road Kroger instead of this Kroger. It’s nasty! You guys packaged the meat and see that it’s green and labeled it like it’s still good. Y’all should be shut down by the health department for this! That can harm someone. And even the meat above was green and old! Please if you live in this area like I do avoid this Kroger and go to the Wirt one it’s way better and definitely more safe!

Two younger gentlemen— Alex and Antonio helped me out today with my vehicle registration paperwork. I believe one was relieving the other on his break, but they were both very kind and had wonderful customer service skills. I was having an otherwise stressful day and observing these two young men made me momentarily appreciate humanity. Give them a raise!

Every single time I go to this location, Linda the cashier is always rude! There is always a problem with her. If she don't like her job. Then she should get another one. I don't know how they still have her on a register. I've told another associate there, and they said I'm not the only one who said that about her. Management definitely needs to speak with her.

They never have baggers and the few times they do they just toss it in carelessly and senselessly. Always have to rebag. Better to do it myself but they never wait for you to finish and just shove your stuff with the next customer (on a day that’s not busy). Terrible service

Prices are higher than competitors. Electric carts never work properly. Always go dead before shopping done. Most tines within 10 minutes regardless of what percentage it says battery level is.

DO NOT GO TO THIS KROGER! If I could give 0 stars I would!Do not bring anything home from this particular location!!! THEY HAVE A BAD GERMAN ROACH PROBELM!It's one thing to have like one or two in the back room, it's inevitable with grocery stores! But if they're SWARMING on top of product AND self checkout registers during the DAYTIME, there's a massive problem!I let an associate know, and they seemed very nonchalant about it???This is so upsetting because there's SO many communities that rely on this store, but they're giving you food that may or may not INFEST your home!

Smells like rotten fruit in the entry. Unfinished packaging everywhere. This place feels stuffed. And i saw many people making weird faces at their dysfunctional cart with squeeling wheels, or jumpy cart.

I have shopped at this Krogers since the 90s. But noticed in the last few years they’ve stopped selling things they used to sell. Produce has gotten bad. But today was the worst! I wondered why all the heads of lettuce were wrapped tightly in plastic. I also saw their cores were red. I went ahead and bought one. When I got home I took the plastic off and saw the edges of the leaves were brownish red and peeled them off until I got closer to the core when I saw worms in the middle! I will shop at HEB from now on!

This location is my go-to for great produce. The registers are rarely well-staffed, forcing many people to wait in a long line or self-checkout. That is a downside, but the facility is clean and the floor staff is always helpful.

This s the first time I’ve ever written a review about a grocery store. However, my experience here was nothing short of horrible. Valerie was the checkout girl in isle 11 and she was super rude. I mean down right ugly! She also threw my change in my hand as if she would die if she accidentally touched my hand. What really kind of got to me was how she didn’t feel it was a problem. After I looked at her after she threw my change in my hand she smirked and said sarcastically have a nice day! Valerie should not be at the checkout line if she has issues with any customers especially those who may be a different race than her. It’s 2023 get with the program. Groceries are too high to have bad customer service with the high cost to feed our families!

WARNING ⚠️ they some times close at 10 not 11!Pharmacy area has a cold feeling... not talking about temperature I am talking about energy feels cold? Like somone died right there or something?Parking is crazy! Homeless people hang out in Parking lot and by the door! They need to update and put more self check outs or something it gets way to congested in the front check out got to go all the way around to get to self check out sometimes. They do have updated freezers.

I visited this Kroger today and the A/C was broken or something because it was extremely hot in there. There’s weird loitering outside at all times and it gives this store a bad look. The HEB up the street from here is better than this place!

I know Kroger has a substantial amount of money. They need to UPGRADE this Kroger immediately. We just moved to this area. We found a very nice house over here but between Kroger and HEB they both look like they were built 100 years ago. Kroger does not even have a fresh seafood section where the cut the seafood fresh. I’m so irritated that I can’t enjoy my grocery shopping. I guess I have to drive a little further to get a better experience

Kroger is close to my heart as it has been a provider of food stuffs for my kitchen since I was in middle school, it will continue to be my go to grocery store, I love how they have integrated themselves into the community throughout the Houston, Texas area.

the place smells of mold and is always dirty/ unkept. produce spoiled all the time and even saw some that were molding. I can’t stay in there for more than 10 minutes without getting nauseous. it needs renovation and a better cleaning staff.

Twice I have wasted my time trying to use their money services department. They will watch you stand in line and not say a single word, until you ask them if you’re gonna get help. And I get a “oh our system is down” so you just let your customers stand here!???? This morning the security told me the guy would be right with me and he was taking forever so I went to ask myself and the employee was sleeping so after waking him, he tells me “they can’t help at the moment” Krogers you got to hire better!

First time inside store ever. Was very quick in and out. Used self checkout, had issue, clerk right there eager to assist. Issues resolved. Complete time in and out with checkout was less than 15 minutes, maybe closer to 10.Very clean and organized. Helpful personnel. Will go back when I really need to shop.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff! Great Christmas deals on soda, fruit and floral for a work event. We use them often for work events... baby showers, anniversaries, promotions, retirement gatherings. Chicken wings in assortment of flavors! So good!!

Andrea has really changed my view at this Kroger’s! She is the most polite, outgoing and energetic person! She is always smiling and you can tell she really loves her job. And that’s what makes my experience at this store great.

They never have carts available and they are not cleaning them either The store is getting dirtier every week. Not well kept up. Some employees are nice others are not happy to be there and it shows. I only go there when I need to pick something up quickly but never do full shopping as their quality in everything continues to go down.

Just got food poisoning because they sell 2.5 week old expired food! This place is disgusting and awful. AC is broken. I don’t know how this Kroger is still open, it is TERRIBLE.

Slightly smaller selection in some areas (frozen vegetables, produce) than I'd like, but overall a decent store. The nicest thing about it? The lack of traffic in the parking lot. Some of the other grocery stores near me are nightmares in that regard. The worst thing about it? The carts. Seriously. No one in the area puts their carts away properly so they just litter the parking lot and make things terrible. This isn't really the store's fault, but it does detract from the experience. Also, the one cart I can consistently find has a broken anti-theft wheel that just won't spin, but hey, at least I can find a cart. Go here during off-hours for the store if you can, and you'll be rewarded with a cart, a complete lack of traffic, and a grocery store.
