Customer service is not good at this location inside of Kohl's! The young lady that works there she only had initials for her name she was not friendly I walked around for like 5 minutes looking for a couple of different perfumes her nor the guy that worked there yesterday with the glasses neither one came up to me and asked if I needed help looking for anything so their customer service is a failure at this location. You'll be better off going to the mall. There's selection on perfumes was very slim.

The reason I’m not giving this place a full five star review is because I hate monopolies and big brands and also a lot of department stores are going out of business nowadays and honestly, I don’t really like department stores. They seem like huge bins of trash and they try to reach a wide variety of people, but don’t really have any arts or value to them and some places try to do better but this place does not always. I do like their selection of clothes from time to time and as always much love from Houston and the universe.

I love kohl's, because there's always great options with good prices. They also have some of the best sales! I go to drop off my Amazon returns and then can spend hours shopping for myself, my children and extra goodies. This store is always clean, the associates are always very nice, and my check out is quick. I also can use my Kohl's credit card without even having it on me, which I love!

I’ve been shopping at the Kohl’s near North Fry Road on I-10 in Katy, Texas. This store is always arranged well, and the selection of goods is great. The sales staff are helpful and friendly, especially Rickie at the cashier desk. She’s always very pleasant. Check it out. You’ll be happy.

Bad experience, where I was rung out at Sephora but the security locks weren’t taken off my clothing. Had to be brought back in and my items checked. No apologies for the misunderstanding or anything. I won’t be back to this store.I understand that it’s part of their security measures but they also have to deal with customers with respect, they could have turned this experience around and instead I left their store with a bad experience.The only reason I go into Kohl’s now is to return things to Amazon. I have plenty of options for that that don’t involve shopping at their store. And I won’t have to deal with accusations of any kind. I’m upset at how I was treated and I think most people would be if they were treated the same.

Went to pay bill. Rude lady at first register I approached refused to take payment & told me to go to register behind her. I stood in line 15 minutes for 2nd clerk & she refused to take payment saying her register was not accepting checks. Was totally pissed and went to west side of store to 3rd register & nice young man quickly processed my payment. He said ALL clerks at ALL registers can and should take payments. He told me to ask for a manager next time. Totally inept service by first 2 ladies who would not assist me. It's like this every time we try to make a payment in person.

Daveiona was an amazing spirit to interact with so early in the morning! She was very friendly and helpful during checkout. Walked me through Kohls Rewards and honored a coupon I had obtained earlier on. Definitely a wonderful personality to have on the team!

I came up there 2 days ago and I assisted by an Bri from Sephora ( beautiful young woman by the way ;). She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was concerned about. But I got what I needed!

The clothes and item are good quality, but can be overpriced. If you catch sales or get on their email list and get coupon codes the mechadise isn't overpriced. Nice clean store with friendly and helpful staff.

Kohls is a great place to shop. My personal opinion about Kohls is the size of the store. It is not huge but the merchandise appears to be a 'little of this" and a "little of that" and it is easy to get to the area of the store you were coming in the store to get.

Ordered a Hot Wheels toy set online for in store pickup. Drove 45 minutes across town since this was the only location with the toy only to find the toy was missing the cars! How did the employees miss this as they packed the order? The store employee offered me a 15% discount if I wanted it.. but what's a Hot Wheels toy without cars!! It was a big disappointment.

Stack your coupon's and save! Recently bought a king size memory foam mattress topper online and was able to stack several coupon's which equaled great savings! Notified store I was on my way using my phone; picked up item at store with no problems. They even have a designated parking for online pickup. Very pleased with the whole online-to-store shopping experience.

It's very tidy considering it school clothes shopping time. The employees were friendly. I used the Amazon returns counter. It was fast and easy. The floor plan of the store is a little confusing to me as well as several customers saying the same thing today... We helped each other navigate due to a lack of visible employees.

I had purchased a carpet cleaning machine! After checking out I pushed my basket to the door but couldn’t push it any further! The lady who checked me out said the baskets can’t leave the store. Mind you I had a carpet cleaning machine and she said nothing else to offer help for me. Fortunately a nice lady was leaving at the same time and offered to help me! I’m 77 years old and recovering from a broken shoulder! I went to get my car and the lady carried my purchase to my car! The store offered no help! I’m so grateful for the nice lady who helped me!
