Highly recommend coming here! Communication at this place is wonderful! They actually care! This was my first time going and I really appreciated them listening to my concerns! I did ask for a trim on the tail and they trimmed it all and took off a bit to much but that was my fault, I didn’t specify that I wanted just a trim on the tip and usually I don’t even get her tail trimmed, but overall I am happy! My dog isn’t a fan of her face being touched and they did a great job given the circumstances. I will be returning!

Not too many trustworthy dog groomers open on Sunday, but I found this GEM. I called Kennedy’s Pet Services around 12pm to bring my dog as a walk in , the guy (Seth) on the phone was very kind , explained pricing details and invited me to come in. The place is very clean and the employees are super professional. I felt comfortable leaving my small bichon in their hands. They told me about 2-4 hours and they were very prompt and communicative. We’ve now got her on a 6 weeks schedule :) I’m glad I’ve found my new regular dog groomer !! 5 stars across the board! Thanks guys ❤️

*response to owner* - I think you’re missing the point..I’m not upset with the groom and yes, he looks great as I mentioned when I picked him up.. I’m upset that his eye looks the way it does when it wasn’t that way when I dropped him off.. which is scary similar to others’ experiences.. and there’s no explanation or camera proof to back up your claim that nothing bad happened.FYI - Had you told me he was jumping around being wild and the lead that holds their head up could’ve had something to do with it, I would’ve believed you because I know how my dog is, and would’ve said no worries and left it alone. It’s the fact that no one said anything that has me scratching my head as to why you think that’s good business..Not gonna fight on the refund - it’s not about the money, it’s the principal.Let me preface by saying that my Australian Shepherd mix is 60 lbs and does NOT like being restrained - I fair warned the guys working on 3/30 upon dropping him off that he may be challenging, and left trusting that they would call me to pick him up if he was unmanageable.The first picture is of his eye as soon as I picked him up.. so naturally, I’m concerned by this and send the owner an email on Saturday (3/30).Looking at reviews online today, I see other people claiming the same thing which is super alarming and I can’t help but feel like I paid people $120 to abuse my dog.. not okay to forcefully restrain someone else’s animal without permission.. and then to take it too far…?Not sure who is overseeing the day to day services at this location and not sure if there are cameras, but I requested footage and if there is none, I’m going to go with my gut and will not be returning, and also expect a full refund.

UPDATED REVIEW ‼️‼️Please be careful who’s there when you take your dog to get groomed!!!!It took me a while to do this post cause I wanted to see his fur growth and let me tell you I’m so disappointed I cried for my dog… after bringing my Pom Bombom here a couple of times I decided to change his look fully trusting the pet groomers here. I told her I wanted a “boo cut” almost for him to look like a cute teddy bear. Tell me why I pick him up and he looks hideous, uneven, dirty, grinch looking paw pads unevenly cut, and on top of it scared. I showed her an inspo picture so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding or confusion. If she didn’t know how to do the cut she should have said so instead of messing up my Pomeranian’s coat. When my husband called to tell her about the issues she said “well he looks better than when he arrived” the audacity and rudeness of this lady trying to dismiss her mistake. For reference I posted pictures of #1 what he looked like before. #2 what I asked for. #3 how she left him. I wouldn’t have been as upset haven the fact that she was rude about our issues with his cut and no one ever called to apologize or offer a solution for an error clearly on the workers side. I feel so sorry for him he looks so hideous his fur is growing back so uneven and patchy and now I’m trying to find ways to grow out his fur and try to give it the best care which will never grow back the same. I will not bring my dog back and if you chose to bring your dog here I repeat myself again please be carful who’s there when doing a cut!!!

Excellent staff! I’ve been taking my boxer (for baths) and my shin tzu (grooming every 6-8 weeks) for over a year now. They are very loving and attentive to my babies. Love their staff and commitment to always offer a great service at every visit.

We took our 5 cats to get groomed and they all came back looking and smelling better than expected! The 2 women who took care of them were so polite, friendly and we knew when we dropped them off, they were going to be well taken care of. We got a status update midway through and a full report on each of the 5 individually at pick up. A big bonus for us was the weekend availability and the pricing. The fact that they were able to give them all baths, nail trims, ear cleans, de-shedding and a cut on one just reinforced my trust and confidence in their abilities. We will definitely be returning customers!

Today was our second time but this is for sure our forever place. I'm terrible at scheduling things but they've managed to get us in for a quick nail grind both times. The woman at the counter was the same both times and she is super friendly and personable. Especially considering my Jett peed both times. She's very smart about managing the traffic of crossing dogs. The price is great. They have very practical products as well as some ridiculously cute toys and accessories. I mean, why aren't you they're yet?

First and foremost Me and my wife really loved the cut that “Black” did on little Moses. Very professional place with great customer service. They accepted us as a walk-in and fitted us right in. They were very welcoming and Explained everything that our dog needed. Will be coming back to see “Black” when Moses needs another trimming. GREAT JOB!

Highly recommend this grooming place! There is a barker cypress location, they are super friendly and my baby came out very cute. They have very good communication when it comes to your puppy! I will be telling friends and family about this spot.

Take your pets here!! They are professionals and the shop is very clean with a friendly atmosphere. I took my 5-month old Yorkie pup here to get her very first haircut and she had a great experience. When I called to confirm my appointment, they went over in detail how they were going to handle her to make sure she had a positive first experience. Megan was her groomer and she was excellent. She took her time to slowly warm little Gracie up to all of the grooming tools and gave her the cutest little puppy cut. I didn't have to worry one bit after dropping her off, and by the end of it she didn't want to leave! Megan also took the liberty of grooming her face in a way where her overbite wouldn't look so prominent which I appreciated so much. It shows the love and attention this staff gives their fur clients. Support this local small business, it will be worth it.

Great service my dog Lovey can usually be a complete handful when it comes to the groomer! He has terrible anxiety but he was completely happy during his service and even after being completely matted he looks amazing! Great cut and completely happy they could squeeze him in today.

It’s the first and last time I will bring both of my Pomeranian.My bigger Pomeranian hair was uneven, very ugly cut, almost no experience of cutting at all, he seems to be very sore and barely can walk.My little Pomeranian hair also uneven on the neck area. This is the most disappointed i almost cry and regret my decision this morning to bring both of my dog, base of the reviews.

They have been patient, understanding, and careful with my 13 year old peekapoo who has gotten very crotchety in his old age and my pitbull comes back soft and shiny. I’ve been to the Cypresswood location several times and I’ve been very pleased every time with no complaints. I definitely recommend their services.

MEGAN is amazing!! She takes care of all five of our dogs! They come in looking a mess and she makes them runway ready! My little Maltese was afraid of clippers but Megan is able to beautify her and work with her anxieties. We highly recommend bringing your furry family members to Kennedy’s where they will be loved on and taken care of from tip of nose to tip of tail!

Took both my 2 dogs to get groomed and bathed. My other dog was taken care of. Whoever handled Otis (the one in photos) didn’t do a good job. They didn’t trim his facial hair and I paid extra $20 for a blueberry scrub and they didn’t put it on him because he still had the doggie smell. He wasn’t bathed either. Also he had his eyes vessels popped. Took him to the vet and they stated that happens under stress or they held his neck to hard.I called and spoke to the lady at the front she was trying to help me but then Seth the owner accused me of hurting my own dog! He said you tipped us so that means you liked the services. No sir I always tip everywhere I go because I thought you all took care of my dogs right. All I was asking for my money to be returned for Otis NOT Freddy. He automatically told me no and accused me of hurting my own dog. Don’t take your dogs here they take no responsibility for anything. I can’t believe his behavior as an owner.Look at the pictures does it look like he got a haircut?! Smh so hurt that ppl don’t take any responsibility for not taking care of my dog properly.First and last time taking my dogs to this unprofessional place!*** Answer to the rude owner: It’s not a week later. It was on Thursday 12/23 and I had to wait for the holidays to pass plus the company isn’t open Monday’s so check your dates before you try to come and respond like I waited forever to contact y’all! You’re trying to justify your irresponsible actions and rude attitude. No compassion what so ever!

I was greeted at the door by the owner. My dog was very relaxed from the moment he walked in.I usually go to pet smart to get my 15 year old Yorkie poodle mix groomed. However, pet smart cancelled my recent appointment due to my dogs age. They said he needed to be monitored by a vet 😲... But my dog is healthy and vibrant!Kennedy's had no problem with my dogs age. It was a very pleasant experience for my little old man. 😊🐕 And the prices are very reasonable!

I don't often write reviews but this is the Best Grooming place I've been too Hands down. My dog has been to a highly known one before in the area and came out traumatized. He literally had to see a vet because he was vomiting after the experience there... but here it was different not only was he his normal self but he seems really happy plus his cut looks AMAZING. As you can see in the photo he is enjoying it! Charmaine the hair stylist accommodated my dog and myself, she was very patient with him and took her time. I am so grateful for this. I also met the owner during my visit he walked me and my dog through the steps and helped relieve all anxiety for the both of us. We received such amazing service. Definitely Recommend giving them a try.

Today was our first visit to Kennedy's Pet Services and I have to say it will not be our last. I have 3 German Shedders..( yes they shed A LOT!!!).. And they took Excellent care of them! I am soo glad I found them! Thank you for taking care of my fur babies!

Charmaine is so able and talented. She took time to learn how best to groom my Lagotto. He looks great! She is loving and gentle with him. The shop is nice and the other staff are so friendly. I'll never find a better groomer or business. Highly recommended!
