This place is always busy. They do have pretty much a lot of items for your farm animals and other animals as well like dogs and cat food and supplies. The prices I guess every where you go are gotten higher. They also have a few plants for sale. The times I been there the service is good. Overall all I like the place

Great little inner city feed store / best helpful & informative crew members always courteous / have never left without what I needed. And before someone pops off yeah, they occasionally run out of hay but if you're that popular, the fast-moving items do just that. Keep up the great work.

Grew up down the street from here back in 92. I come here with my wife to get plants, guinea pig food and wood chip bedding. 10.99 for a 8.0 227 liter wood shavens bag. Timothy hay 48 0z 12.99. My wife also got a begonia house plant. Everything here top quality for animal accessories or house plant decor. The security guard coo nice to talk to. Cashier are respectful to customers. The only thing I can say is there not much space for parking but other than that I do recommend. Sometimes on a good day you can catch the BBQ on wheels out front.

Bad customer service: I go there all of the time. Victor just had a recall on their dog food. When I called to inquire about it the store manager wasn’t pleasant at all. I asked for the owner and her reply was she will be back tomorrow. The store manager kept over talking me and I said can you please not over talk me because I allowed you to finishing saying what you are saying to get a better understanding . Then her reply was I’m scared to even say anything now. Let’s keep it professional. It’s not about the 42.00 dog food. It’s about what procedures do you have in place for this. I have an English bulldog worth more than the 42.00. I just like to support minority business and I drive across town just to do so . But I will not spend my monies where I am disrespected.

I’ve came to location for at least 10 years, and there’s not one single thing I don’t love about this feed store. Mr Chester is kind, and knowledgeable on just about anything!! Their dog food is cheaper than everywhere, including tractor supply. I love the friendliness of all his employees, and the cleanliness as well. The plants always grow when I buy them from here compared to Kroger’s plants, etc. Will definitely continue coming here

My go to but they have simmered down not sure if the old man who was manager died but overall they had what i needed that i cant find at other feeds stores. They dont have harnesses like they use too nor big parrots so you have your pros and cons. They are very helpful and work great together

Nice spot.. prices are good... They carry pretty much all the essentials... However... Parking is rough.... Limited spots and always some large trucks coming in and out.. that with at least one bad driver trying to do something strange in the parking lot. With limited space.. can be trying... Parking is the bad thing . But they will for the most part get you in and out rather smoothly.

This place is highly GHETTO they sold us a sick bunny that was dying we took the bunny back to the place, they agreed with everything we were saying until the owner came out and she told me there’s nothing that’s going to be done she was screaming and very much unprofessional even though the employee agreed he was a witness to us buying the bunny in the end all the employees tried fighting my underaged child.they cannot control their temper but they run a business dealing with nothin but customer service! Sad case

Visited store 3-16-2022, called manager 3-17-2022. Worst manager of the year. Manager Maria is off the wall. I went to purchase my dog's yearly vaccines, I asked for 8 n1 the employee told me they only carry 10 n1 for adult dogs. I had not heard of the 10 n1 so I purchased it but come Thursday I still felt uncomfortable since I've always given my dogs the 8 or 9 in 1. So I called this morning to ask if they had the 8 or 9 n1 they said yes they have the 9 n1 so I asked to speak to a manager and this manager Maria gets on the phone and I asked her why was I told yesterday that they only carry 10n1 for adults dogs? She refused to believe I was lied too. Not only did she argue with me but she condoned her employee dishonesty and at the end of our conversation and I'm quoting her she said I'm going to tell you what I think and hung up. This is the worst type of customer service I have ever experienced from this store. Jensen feed store has been around since the 1970s and I have never experienced such rudeness and dishonesty from anyone at that store until this morning when I spoke to the manager Maria I give the store a zero.. the feed store on Market street is a great store since I found it in 2008 and it may be out of my way but I'm returning back to that store because they have always been honest, helpful, welcoming, and they know how to treat their customers.

Great Place for your per needs, and A1 customer service! The ladies there were very knowledgeable, I definitely thank them for their concern for our injured pet. He was in a bad scrape with neighborhood dogs but prayerfully he will fully recover. 🐕🐕🐕🙂

I visit this place every few weeks to buy a couple of 50 lbs bags of chicken scratch for my Pops. He likes to set it out in his yard to feed the squirrels and birds. Every time I go I get waited on and loaded up in a quick and friendly manner. This spot is great for gardening supplies, nursery items, farm supplies. Awesome prices.

The security guards gave a very bad experience since I arrived pretty much making me move my car since they felt I took too much of a parking space. They also made me wait in line with my children by returning us to another line when there was no one actually in line due to covid 19. The security guy told Me joking that he was making things harder for me. This was the first and last time I will show up to this place. I was excited to find great prices and what I needed for my animals but their prices are on the high side and very limited.

I love this feed store! Has just about everything you need. Prices are reasonable & the staff is always very helpful. The only place I can find lemon grass. Fruit trees sale out in a day. Go early.

They have parrots here, dogs, so MANY BEAUTIFUL BAEBAES (birds), cages, food and medicine. I get my fancy pigeons here, ALWAYS beautiful and healthy. The employees are personable and love what they do. It's a bit expensive but worth it, their animals go FAST.
