Horrible first impression of this place. The owner argued with me because I simply called the number that says they are open on their door. Also this google site says their open until 7. I’m not sure why ppl are so rude to customers who chose to come and spend their hard own money here. Taking my business to a different shop who has better customer service skills. Learn how to deal with the public if you want to run a successful business.

Overall had an amazing experience here. I got my tegu here 2 months ago and he is very healthy and getting much bigger. They have a wonderful selection of animals. Some of the craziest reptiles I haven’t seen in a while as I have not been able to go to a lot of conventions. However, they don’t only just have reptiles. They have all sorts of mammals too. The owner was very friendly and gave me a good quick tour of the store. Overall the best pet store/ con experience I’ve had. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Has anyone ever purchased from them online and actually gotten the animal they purchased? I sent them money and they refuse to use payment forms that have buyer protection. And their “tracking” system is very weird. Just seems sketchy to me

SCAM! This is not a real company. They stole all their information from huanimal Houston underground. They took $250 from us and who knows how much from everyone else. Facebook won't take them down.

Love stepping into a place in which you welcome to handle a reptile. Nick is so knowledgeable about every reptile he has in his store and some that he doesn't. I have witnessed how Nick goes to the extreme to help rescue reptiles people bring into his store. Thanks Nick for ensuring humane treatment to all animals!

Sad to say that they were not open and had no sign during business hours.My nieces and nephews were so exited. They should be more conscious about their customers time.

A place with a home like feel. A place where all animals are actually treated as a pet, and not a money maker. I would highly recommend anybody to at least stop and give time to check it out.

SO COOL! I love the motive for the rescue. All the animals there are super sweet and well taken care of. DEFINITELY recommend checking this place out!

Love this place... I've been wanting to buy the exotics you can't buy at PetSmart or Petco..... All kinds of pretty animals .... If y'all want a beautiful reptile y'all need to stop by here
