I'm glad HEB is in the area! Many products are fresh and ready to go to your table!I got to come here for the first shopping and I was happy with the groceries they had and many were on discount for whatever reasons, perhaps due to lunar new year?!! But still twas great for me!Staffs were nice and helpful for my shopping!Can't wait to go back again!Cheers 🥂

HEB keeps impressing me with their wide variety of produce and multicultural foods. Just today blew my mind as to the treasures I spotted inside the store turning every trip I take there into a learning experience and an opportunity for me to expand my palette from the normal, boring, and bland everyday routine of the same meals. For that I can not thank you enough.

I had a really poor experience at this HEB. The store itself is fine, but customer service is everything and it definitely left a lasting impression. I normally bring reusable mesh bags for my produce to avoid using the plastic bags. I forgot them today so when checking out I just placed the produce on top of one of my reusable bags to avoid them touching the belt. The cashier, Marie S., saw this and then quite literally snatched the bag from under the produce resulting in them rolling all over the belt. I had already provided other reusable bags to bag the groceries, so I explained to her that I had done that to avoid the produce touching the belt. She said “well you should have used the plastic bags”. Lol okay. Placing the produce on the reusable bag instead of placing them in individual plastic bags didn’t make her job any more difficult. So it really rubbed me the wrong way that she went out of her way to be so rude. I understand that not everyone cares about the longevity and health of our planet, but I shouldn’t be treated rudely because I do.

Always great produce, meats , dairy and all other house hold items we always need. All workers are extremely friendly and provide quick service. The only thing that is somewhat of a issue is that on most days of the week they have reliant energy or a 3rd party soliciting you on different sales they have once you’ve paid and you’re trying to exit . Everyone is always nice but to be honest , we just want to go grocery shopping , pay and go home. Thank you H‑E‑B for being my HEB !Edit : visited HEB again on 11/19 and Reliant Energy customer service rep trying to sell me new electricity again on my exit to the parking lot

The only reason I’m rating this specific H-E-B three stars is because I used to work here. Honestly, that means I should probably rate every H-E-B lower because I know what goes on behind the scenes. People who have worked there for multiple years probably have a different experience, but even while I worked there for the multiple months (3) there was always people who worked for decades on end who ended up randomly never showing up with no call no-shows. I feel like as a new worker I was constantly expected to do too much and I was working overnight as the sanitation crew and I felt like I had the weights of the world on my shoulders because I had to keep this entire store clean for the entire city. Also, they apparently service so many people that in Texas this is one of the best monetary locations and honestly honestly, I think part of the help is mostly the variety of different foods that they have. The management was nice but sometimes like I told you they expected way too much. There was this one time where the water was shut off, and I was still expected to find a way around cleaning, I was expected not to clock out and go home early and my boss was sleeping, so there was nothing that I could do and I ended up going home early, and at least I did not get in trouble. There was another time that glass had broken on top of me while some construction workers were getting some stuff done, and I felt like I deserved some form of compensation.that never happens, but as always much love from Houston and the universe

Anette T was on the 15 items or less lane. She never greeted me, and proceeded to throw my avacados, apples, and mangos like she was mad about something, ensuring they would bruise. I've worked HEB in the past, and I know throwing produce is not part of the training, or at least it wasn't at the time.

I have a great time!!!! Especially in the seafood department and over there at the Health snacks!!! I just love customer service it’s a young man that works in customer service with two-tone colored hair his mannerism and his energy him as a person. Great for customer service!!! Way to go H‑E‑B

Only complaint I have is the bathrooms. 90% of the time you can't use them because they are being used... There's only two stalls.... Only two.. get rid of one of the urinals and add a third stall.... It's pretty annoying when you can't walk in a store and use the bathroom... Adding one stall is going to bank rupt your company??

I never got around to writing about this HEB, apologies HEB. I enjoyed this location, I don't live in Katy and was killing time waiting for a friend at a doctor's appointment. I found some hard to find items and was thrilled you guys carry ColCafe , a Colombian instant coffee I tried in Colombia. I was uploading my pics and forgot to write a review. Definitely should have been a better rating! I had one issue that really grossed me out. When I first entered the store by the fruits and produce I noticed a customer opening up all the strawberry packages and trading the bad ones for better ones. This was alarming for me especially with all the rise in Covid cases and the fact that it's just gross! I found an employee and told her about it and she said she has never seen a customer doing that and I replied there is someone doing it right now and she told me to contact someone in produce. Not the response I expected. I told her if she didn't care then I didn't either, I don't regularly shop here anyways. Off the customer went leaving all her germs in over 5 packages, unbeknownst to your other customers.Really, where did she go next, did she open some cheese and sample it too??I have seen people take grapes and cherries , that didn't make my skin crawl like when I was watching her hands all over those strawberries. Sure we wash fruits and produce but it's vile to see some selfish customer without gloves opening and sorting through packaged fruits with unclean hands.The chef lady was nice and was happy to tell us about what she was cooking and it was really good. Still the strawberry lady was too much, I was happy to leave with my Colcafe, but really put a sign up or something. A customer should not have to get involved in a situation like this, I noticed others looking at this woman but we didn't say anything. Who knows what her reaction would have been. Maybe do a better job of monitoring your fruits, vegetables and in this case, customers! These strawberries are already priced by the weight in the packages, so I doubt the strawberry lady weighted the packages she sorted through. So your customers are not getting their money's worth!I am sure you will be just fine without my business as I don't live in your area, but if I ever go back, I will avoid the fruit and produce area!! For now you get a 2 star, would have been a 5 had something been done, like notify your customers or remove the contaminated fruit. Something besides an employee telling me to contact someone in produce, it's not my job and I don't have time to do their job! I doubt your employee even brought the matter up with management. Very sad in these times!

Run away from here...their card reader NEVER works...I already have social anxiety and I swear I need to sue..their cheap reader won't read you have to try like 10 plus minutes for it to work..meanwhile the line behind you grows and grows.....why don't y'all have tap!!! Then I have to always bag my own groceries...while the girls just gossip around and talk ,this is ALWAYS the issue..no baggers!!! no one to help me to my car!!! They have gone downhill in customer service. The one employee pulling for online orders was using the metal cart as a scooter!! Almost wiped me out! while another employee jokingly told him he hopes he gets hurt! I tried doing curbside but they always say out of stock on my items,and I get off to check and I see my grocery item!! so I have to make ANOTHER purchase!! Please fix this asap,I am highly disappointed in the trash customer service that you provide now. Bring back the old crew or get some new ones because who you have now is slacking!!!! It must be hard to find good employees or yall are getting cheap on the pay because this is HEB the wealthiest company out there and y'all have the most ancient non working card readers smh

WORST H‑E‑B I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. If you are planning to do curbside please read all the reviews regarding their horrible curbside. I came a bit after my curbside time to find out they had canceled it. I don’t live In this area, I live up north in the woodlands/Spring area. Myself and my bf have had situations come up here and there and we have came after our curbside time and always been able to pick up okay. I am taking care of my mother who had a bilateral mastectomy Monday then had to have emergency surgery again a day ago. She wasn’t feeling well earlier today so I couldn’t leave to get the groceries on time. When I got there I had a girl ask for my name and say she didn’t see an order, which caused me to check my app. I though maybe with being so emotional over everything my mother I got the wrong location. I didn’t, it was the right location. The girl advise the order was cancelled and went to check with her manager and came back to say everything was “put back” and they couldn’t full fill my order which I know wasn’t true because my sister works for H‑E‑B, but I was so emotionally exhausted I just let it go and left. I went in the store to at least grab some of the things bc my mom is struggling to eat and her nutrient profile looks bad. I wanted to make sure she had some supplements and snacks to help and I will worry about the rest later.If this was a new policy I would had understood and i wouldn’t had even showed up had I known that I wasn’t able to no longer get my order but seems this location is pulling things out of you know where vs other locations aren’t doing this. Speaks volumes of this location… I get they may be not be able to just have everyone from today show up on another day but every other H‑E‑B I have ever been to has told us they’ll keep the order for 24 hours. We have never gotten to that point and in this case it was deft NOWHERE NEAR 24 hours.I am sure you may think they were sooo busy they couldn’t handle folks coming after the time. Think again, the parking lot was empty. There was just me and another car. The bunker hill, woodlands, Conroe and spring HEB have been super busy and have NEVER done what this location did.They could had saved me the drive when my mother isn’t doing well and needs me. I am thankful I don’t live near this H‑E‑B and I’ll make sure my mom shops her groceries elsewhere given she won’t be able to walk around a grocery store to shop in awhile given what she’s going through.

For the third time I see customers allowed in store with dog and not a service dog.This time I was in the dairy department trying to get eggs but I didn't because dog lifted his leg and took a good piss on a display. Three managers were notified no one moved from the huddle they had going and they did absolutely nothing. I spend lots and lots of money on cuts of meat at HEB, I deserve better treatment for my money.

So sad. Nothing organized, dirty bathrooms, criminals and stuff. RODENTS. I just can’t. Everything’s usually opened or stolen. No offense, but it’s true. Just don’t go there if you like a clean store. I personally don’t like it. No shame to the people that go to this location.

Filthy freezing section where the milk and other dairy items are kept. The pharmacy is pretty disorhanized. Not enough room to keep meds organized. Poor people are stumbling all over each other. If I had a store closer to my home, I wouldn't shop here. That being said, the people that work there are always very helpful, and kind. It needs a good cleaning for sure.

Having issues with curbside and quality items that are put into my cart. Started using Randall's for my vegetables and meats. Plus, their curbside is just better in many ways.

Well this is sad , that I have re consider my review . I’m not sure what’s going on in there . In The past 3 curbside orders I have items missing . Emailed my dissatisfaction and no one bothered acknowledging the issue . I’m not sure why orders are not double checked before setting into customers cars. I get may happen once or twice maybe . But three continuous orders is crazy to me . Missing items are crucial because customers have planned meals for the week . I have addressed this issue a couple times and nothing has changed it’s obvious it’s not of importance to HEB . What is going to change me getting my groceries from HEB. Upon reading other reviews it’s obvious I’m not the only one complaining about this and it’s obvious that HEB doesn’t not acknowledge this , and yes I will call your 1800 number .

I love shopping at HEB especially in this location, but today I went to make some purchases using HEB digital coupons, I only brought a paper coupon that I received by mail, I was trying to pay in self check out, but my paper coupon did not pass for some reason, the cashier looked angry at some point, she called the manager and she helped me, but she did not leave my side until I finished paying, I felt uncomfortable, it is not my fault that the store has coupons in the app. I'm Hispanic and they made me feel super bad for paying with their own coupons. They should be trained on how to provide a good service.If they don't like the work they do, that's not the right place for them.

Never going back again! Store is locked down after 8 pm! Got yelled at 3 times for going the wrong way! Normal entrance closed & had to walk from the fruit section (outside- all the way to the pharmacy to just get in the store). Absolutely ridiculous!!

Questioning my safety at this location. It’s one thing for a grown man to try and look through your purse and think about stealing it. It’s a whole other, when somebody’s crazy parents use their kids to approach you in a parking lot for money. Extremely weird encounter, and a lot was going through my mind. I don’t have any extra money more than anyone else here, but I felt I was targeted and didn’t know what to expect next. Very nice employees, but absolutely no security for their shoppers.

After navigating the worst grocery store parking lot in Katy I expected low inventory due to the high volume of customers. I was wrong. They were working hard to keep the shelves stocked.It was early evening on a Sunday and the store was packed. Everything we needed was available except Monster. I already knew they don't carry it so no surprise.We packed up some decent looking steaks and few links of the house brand sausage. Their sausage is surprisingly good for a house brand.It took less than five minutes to checkout and we're back to the parking lot nightmare are made of.I deducted the star because they don't carry my flavor of energy drink. Otherwise it would be a fine star review.

Their Curbside is out of wack. There's been so many occasions when I've come here and I've been sitting there for 20-30 mins until I get my stuff. Why did I wait 20-30 you may ask. Well I'm patient especially when I see how busy they are. But when I'm seeing others cars that came in before me and they are already loaded then it becomes a problem. Their Curbside is a circus if you come during the busy times.
