Bringing my boo, (A little old school term, lol) we make it fun and adventurous when grocery shopping, which usually happens early in the morning.Picked up some of the usual items, along with some sweet potatoes which my plans on making this killer dish from.Great times, great grocery store.

I have never experienced anything bad into now with H‑E‑B on shepherd , I ask the young lady I wanted a cake of the cowboys complete dark blue , around and top of the cake imagine. I look into the cake while been there and I didn’t wanted to make a scene I took it home how it was , the color don’t match the cake the top looks different. I’m really upset 😭 the young lady name jenny had a bad attitude while taking my order , and I kept asking her question but she kept ignoring everything I was asking ..

You can always find great quality food. I appreciate the ready food section for busy moms or for ready to go lunch items. They also have prep food ready for oven, and I love it. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. I have never seen it dirty, so that's a huge plus. I can go on and on, but just go. I really recommend this store as your go-to grocery store.

HEB is 5 stars! If you aren't shopping here, you're missing out on the best grocer in Texas!!! This HEB is 2 stories. You can park under the store and take an escalator up. The coolest thing I have seen is that there is a cart escalator too! Pretty neat. 🙃

I love HEB. The produce is the best. Since it's a Sunday morning it was packed of course and the check out lines were insane. The self check out area had nobody there. I had 11 items and while I understand it's 10 items or less, since it literally was empty, I did not think self checking out 11 items would be a big deal. The worker at self check out got a gate he put in front of the entrance and stood there with his arms crossed staring at me. It felt very intimidating and I have never come across a worker like that at HEB before. This was especially difficult for me as two nights ago I got into an accident and I have a black eye and stitches on my face so it's difficult to go out in public, but I just needed groceries. One extra item should not have made the worker behave like that.

A massive store 2 floors. Covered parking again 2 floors. This was opening weekend do the crowd hit critical mass, but even with that the store clean service outstanding.Full-service bakery and butcher. The produce was very good. The lines to check out were long but moved quickly. Nice self check out was moving quickly as we're the other lines clerks helped people get to shorter and quicker lines keeping things moving. They have. Large selection of organics and vegan foods

I love that I can come here in the rain, easily see spaces to park with their overhead light indicator system, and that it’s easy to find curbside pickup and the like.Staff is really helpful, from helping to moderate lines to them finding my wallet when I left it on the olive bar.Last but not least there’s a security attendant in the garage who sings! I kid you not, it’s gorgeous and warm and makes me day. That man deserves a raise!Ps - Quality of groceries and stock is usually on point. Buy HEB brand, it’s as good as whatever brand name you were reaching for.

H-E-B truly is the best. Their prices are great, the bulk food section is amazing, and the store is always clean and has a nice atmosphere. Our last visit the security cop in the parking garage was singing Christmas carols and it was just really cool, highly recommend for grocery needs!

This is a fantastic H‑E‑B. Plenty of selection, very clean, organized, friendly staff, and tons of items to buy. I have shopped here many times and always found what I’m looking for. Prices are reasonable and not outrageous. If you need anything in the grocery sector, it is almost guaranteed that you can find it here. Happy shopping!

Jose from the delivery department was rude, unprofessional and condescending. When I asked to speak with a manager he refused to transfer me. I was not rude back nor did I yell and he still argued with me about transferring me. He wanted me to name who I wanted to speak with as if I knew the manager in charge. I had to call back three different times. Until I was able to speak with Jay who is over the grocery department. He then transferred me to the manager in charge (MIT) Alley who did not answer. Although I did ask not be transferred again I accepted because Jay was actually respectful and I didn’t want to come off difficult. But in the future a customer who has not been able to reach a specific person or department should not have to be transferred. You should actually make sure the person requested is available first. The customer service provided was subpar and I don’t appreciate it. I shop frequently with HEB because of the local products and quality. I wouldn’t press the issue as much had I been able to get transferred initially. Jose was more into being condescending vs helping me and I just wanted to get help. Who knew something so small would grow to become this big???Update: I called back for the fourth attempt and a lady answered unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she put me on hold to attempt to find Alley who was not available or able to be found. Which I understand. She then attempted to reach Dylan another MIT I was on hold 5mins and the phone hung up. It’s my daughter’s first birthday and I’m trying not to allow this to ruin my day… thanks so much HEB for your lack of customer service!Called customer relations and spoke with Sheryl regarding the series of events and was able to send a request to corporate. Regarding the service received/not received.Hopefully this will help someone in the future not have to go through the same.

Great selection of fresh produce, baked goods, sushi, fish and meat. Clean facilities. Really well priced. They even have a Roastery's coffee cafe Parking might be tough during the grand opening with their sales. I'll definitely be back!8/29/2020:Amazing service and selection still. Parking was decent on Saturday afternoon as we were able to get covered parking. Masks required to enter.

Real safety concern if you park on the Shepherd side after dark. You have one operable door that you have to cross cross through to get to the escalator. Then you have to cross cross back to get to entrance of the store. If you park on the east side of store on the 2nd level, you will have safer and easier access. Always clean and organized , however. Didn't have my Texas South winds cherry wine though the website showed it did. Oh well...

The store is very nice everything is easy to find. I also love love love the location it’s so close! There is an option to park on the street level and ride the elevator or escalator up stairs to the actual store. You can also park inside on the upper level and walk right into the store.great selection of meats and fresh foods as well as some samples. I love that they have fresh flowers it always smells so beautiful in there.

If you're looking for the largest selling beer in America, regular old Budweiser in bottles, you're better off shopping anywhere else, including other HEB locations besides this one, which actually are capable of stocking properly. They literally have 20% of the shelf space allocated for it than they do for Bud Light, the most boycotted beer in America, and that 20% is always half utilized. I often come here for nothing but that'll stop because this store doesn't care about the customer no matter how many times you speak to management about it.

I always loved HEB and this one is a great reason why. Ample covered parking for those rainy days. Since it's a 2 story building, they've made access very easy. With large elevators, escalators as well as stairs. There's even a convenient escalator for your basket after you've finished shopping. This is a very large store with many different departments specializing in just about everything from vitamins and healthcare, to delicacies such as different cheeses and wines with a huge produce department as well. You should definitely be able to find what you're looking for here.

Placed an order for 35 bags of ice a week ahead of pick up. Their system was down in the morning and so I had to come back four hours later, and they still didn’t have the order ready.Don’t get me wrong, I love H-E-B, but this location wasn’t on their game

Usually, the customer service is great but I noticed that I was ranged up the wrong produce. It wasn’t much but I don’t like being charged 30 cents more for produce that I didn’t buy. When I went to get the difference the manger told her cashier, really? Yes really, I’m sorry that 30 cents doesn’t mean that much to you but it does to me. I mean it made me feel like I was being ridiculous. I saud thank you and left and didn’t say anything back. Just gave me a snarky look.

The bakery department is horrible! I went in there multiple times and even had Shipt deliveries of the cookies. The cookies are always over baked and very dark & crispy. The cakes and pastries are always dry! I have been embarrassed at work events numerous times but always go this location because it’s close to my job. I now go to the one by my house when I get off and just bring whatever items I purchase to work the following day.

I am a regular customer I come a lot here because I like the location! But honestly the customer service was not good today I really don't understand why cashiers take them E-Learning if they don't even practice it! Always with their sagging faces! It's nothing like Roy he has the best cheerful face no matter what he is going through! I hope you guys never get mystery shopper's because that guy Robbie no good!

HEB honey smoked Turkey is the best! Next to it they have portions of Thanksgiving style turkey for making those great turkey sandwiches you only get to have after Thanksgiving...London Port roast beef is the finest, I have it sliced a bit thinner than thickness #1....heaven! Only at HEB.

The last time I shoped here I had an amazing experience with great customer service. Today really sucked. I honestly believe Tony needs to be taught how to bag groceries. And he really needs to have a better attitude with customers!

My wife and I want to say it was pretty cool coming on their opening day the whole lay out is pretty cool easy access everything you would need, 50cent avocados And all the bang energy dranks 🤘🏽 All the free samples I had to get the heb sushi for lunch. The cart elevator is hella cool!!! Like if you came here on opening day!!

I'm sooooo happy that I had my meds sent over to HEB pharmacy!! They do answer the phone unlike the other ones (not stating no names).. the price I had to pay was reasonable! Excellent customer service as well! Thank you HEB!!
