The people have always been really helpful for me. No matter how much help i need figuring out what i need to finish the job they always have plenty of time to help. Their inventory is large enough that for anything you need they probably have it in stock and if not they CD an get it quickly. The downside is their prices are about 5-10% more expensive than someplace like home depot for the same part.

We walked in and everyone was with customers. I took a number, which it didn't look like they were using, but just in case. We started walking around looking through the store. Three customers came in behind us. We were never acknowledged. All three customers were helped. We left without purchasing what we needed. No one ever spoke to us.

Customer service was a VERY big help in my dilemma. Although they didn't have the valve I needed, the gentleman worked with me until we found a distributor. NOW, that's great customer service!! If I should need other valves, Grainger will be the first place I go. Thanks 👍

I expected greater product knowledge. I paid 2-4 times as much for a product here I could get a similar item elsewhere. I wanted to make sure the product would work and not wear out for that price and couldn't get any reassurance from Grainger.

Great service - set up really well for social distancing. Ordered online, drove to the store and it took around 90 seconds to park, have the order picked and then pay from the parking lot! Thanks!

Ok, first time there.Bought a few things. 20x25x4 media filter. MERV 11Firstly filter is smaller in dimension compared to 3M. Then just now it started choking the AC blower creating AC not operating properly. I changed the filter with 3M and wallah AC is fine. Wow. Quality is low.

My capacitor died around noon on July 4th and my A/C repair guy referred me to Grainger as an HVAC supply retailer. I called to see if they had a replacement capacitor in stock, which they did. They said it would be a $50 surcharge to open the store on the holiday, to which I agreed since it was so hot. I completely understand the surcharge to open the store outside of regular hours. They took my information and then informed me they would not open the store since I was not an existing customer. Luckily I found the capacitor elsewhere and did not have to sit through the extreme heat until the next day. I'm not sure why my $50 was not sufficient compared to an existing customer's $50, but they definitely will never get my business. If you're in a bind and don't have an existing account with them, shop elsewhere.
