Back for a 2ndI’ve purchase high end dog beds in the past and was pleased but this dog bed beats the others. It arrived fully assembled and took just a couple of hours to fully inflate. Within the first 24 hours, our puppy had an accident on the bed and we just wiped it right up. It didn’t even soak into the fabric. You’d think with water(or pee)proof fabric like that it would be scratchy and uncomfortable. Nope! The fabric is soft and BEAUTIFUL. I’m happy to pay hefty price for a dog bed that will obviously last for many years and keep our old dogs comfy. Thanks for making such a great product!

Very Nice BedMy Mastiff loves this be more than any other bed I ever got for him. The quality is very very good and the workmanship is second to none. The time and design that went into the construction is amazing. Best of all the dog got off of my couch. lol. This is my second purchase from Gorilla Dog beds and could not be happier with my purchase and know it will last longer than anything else on the market. Thank you for making outstanding products.

What a great find for our big puppy! I’m glad the bed was a great fit and durable for my puppy! Very happy! We have a Dogo who likes to demolish crate mats. This one has already out lived the last 2 mats we had, mainly thanks to the Velcro straps preventing her from accessing the corners and edges. She also dumped water on it yesterday so we got to test that too. Overall no complaints here!

The only thing that has worked!I’m glad we found this! Our adorable little demon (superchewer Lab mix puppy) made it her goal to eat her crate pad. She would dig up the corner of her bed and work on it all night. She went through several regular ones until we found this. The straps on this bed helped us outsmart her. We’re 6+ months in with using this bed and it’s holding up really well including washing the cover. The foam insert has held its shape and allows her to get comfy. This bed has saved us money in the long run plus protected her health by preventing her from eating her bedding.

I have purchased so many dog beds over the years that I ultimately had to throw out because they were flimsy material that easily became damaged and worn out. I bought two of these for my dogs and they are hands down the best beds I have ever owned. They are durable, well made, nice to look at, and my dogs love them. I also appreciate that they are made in the USA!

Their products are good, however, they would not refund me a return. I sent them 3 email regarding a refund for an exchange of $355. All I got was radio silence! I'm also reporting this to the BBB and spreading the word through Social Media.Since I can't add a response to the "owner's response," I will add it here... this is a copy of the Second email sent! Not only have I emailed the company several times, but I also called the company and spoke to a young lady that assured me that my refund was being processed and even said was emailing me a confirmation number... it was never received!---Hello,This is the second time I have written to you requesting a refund for a purchase I made in Sept 06, 2023.I had mistakenly purchased a dog bed that was too large for the amount of $355.75, which I returned. I never got a refund.I then purchased the correct size bed for the price of $254.30 which I kept.Later I purchased an additional smaller bed for $150.30 which I also kept.I have attached a snipped of the charges to my credit card.Please process my refund.---

Was concerned that my 95lb ten month old German Shepard would chew the bed in his crate so I bought the extra large chew proof orthopedic bed. The quality was superb and it fit perfectly in his extra large kong crate. To my surprise, he loved it and not once had attempted to chew it. You can tell he is extremely comfortable for the limited time while we are out of the house and he is in his crate. Thank you for this outstanding product. We are truly pleased as it has surpassed our expectations.

Gorilla Dog Beds are durable, sturdy, and well-made. We have a ten-month-old puppy who is just downright DESTRUCTIVE. She tries to tear up just about anything she can. She destroyed all the beds, blankets, and crates before purchasing a heavy-duty steel crate (which she also managed to demolish and escape).However, the Gorilla bed has stopped her in her tracks! I highly recommend Gorilla Dog Beds to anybody else who wants a high-quality, long-lasting, comfortable dog bed for their fur baby.

Lives up to the name. Dimensions fit perfectly to crate. Our GSDs were constantly tearing up their beds every six months. After nearly a month not a single sign of fatigue or wear. The price will pay for itself. Highly recommend. This is our second purchase from Gorilla Dog Beds, and the first one is still going strong after a year.

I purchased this pad about a month ago and it is absolutely the best pad I have bought. I have a 10 month old shepherd who has destroyed everything I gave put in his crate. He dug at his new pad a couple of times and then gave up. So far so good. He doesn’t even try to chew it anymore. The fit is perfect, materials and craftsmanship are top notch.

Finally a product that meets its specs!! Admittedly I didn’t believe that it would work for my large dogs that live to chew! Worth every penny and then some. We had the Gorilla Ballistic Tough Crate Pad for several weeks now and my corgi pup hasn't even tried to tear it up yet. Plus the pad fits the crate perfectly. It cost a little more than I wanted to spend, but I'm very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Gorilla Ballistic Tough products to other fellow "super chewers

Impressive crate pad. Wish I had ordered 5 destroyed other brands sooner! Super quality and our Lab immediately was comfortable and hasnt even pulled a thread. Only drawback is that the type of crate we own doesnt easily allow for securing with included straps. But Pad fits tightly in crate so so far so good. Highly recommend you buy one of these now!! Believe me....dont wait and save yourself the frustration and lost money from other products

Gorrilla does not respond to warranty requests and does not back their product. After several follow-ups by email, with no responseI called and spoke to Lexi. Lexi tried to assist, but she could not. Lexi spoke to the owner about the inefficient turnaround, which caused a hole in the bed that had only a snag month ago when reported. The owner refused to replace the $310 indestructible memory foam dog bed. He told me to send it back for a full refund, farewell, knowing this wasn't possible. UPS $450 & FEDEX $350.00.You are being dishonest trying to perceive to the public that you have gone above and beyond, and you are a reputable businessman taking care of your customers. Public, please do not be fooled. I would not be writing this review without good reason. A full replacement of the same value was not offered. It was my request to receive a replacement. I did not want the money back. The owner declined. As stated, I was told I must return at my own (very costly )expense. The owner would not provide a return label. Which is unacceptable. Gorrilla dog beds lacks customer service and professionalism. Anyone considering purchasing from this company should do your research.

Awesome products! I bought the alpha leash with add-on loop and bravo tactical collar for my husky. I was welcomed even though this is not a store front like Google shows it to be. The owner was more than happy to show what he had available even though it is a made to order shop. He even threw in a free bag of dog treats with my purchase! All products I looked at were excellent quality and looked more rugged than the pictures show online. My pup is so happy!Oh and these are big dog collars where my husky fits a small so check those sizes!

Savvy and I have had our GDB for about 3 years now and she still loves it as much as she did on day-one. This thing has gone car camping and road tripping all over Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. If your fur kid doesn't have one, they are missing out! It's obviously too much to backpack with, but I keep it in the jeep so she can have a cozy ride home after a few days in the backcountry ruff-in' it.

My goodness! I’ve been searching for comfortable yet made well bed for my senior pup ! He’s got hip and joint issue and I knew per the vet he needed a orthopedic bed. Made in the USA is a big deal to me so when I saw this company I knew I had to try it. I got the plush pup memory orthopedic bed for my rocky and I can’t get him off it. He’s happiest on the bed. It was pricey but I wanted to make sure his last few years he was treated like the king he is!I know some reviews say bad things but over all I had the best experience with calling customer service for an update on my order and she was so nice.I’m glad I get to support a small local business!

NOT CHEW PROOF, NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I am writing this review to indicate my disappointment with these products and my frustration with attempting to speak with someone. I would have thought that spending 225 dollars would get me more than three hours but unfortunately, that has not been the case.I received my order last evening January 29th and put the bed in his crate and cover over it today January 30th at 2 pm. When I returned around 5 pm the cover was in my dog's crate with holes in it and he ate through the cover of the bed as well as through the bed. You can imagine my disappointment. I recognize that nothing is chew proof but your advertised product provided me with some hope that I could get months of use. Not less than 3 hours.I have attempted to reach the warranty department sever times via email as instructed but it has indicated that my messages has been blocked. I have called three straight days with no response after leaving messages. I have never wrote a review but I guess their is a first time for everything.I am happy that others have found some level of success with the product but I haven't and if I could give a zero I would because of the attempts that I have made to reach someone but with no luck.

NOT CHEW PROOF, NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE, COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHINDPurchased a Gorilla Dog Bed for my 6 month old German Shepherd Puppy, it was delivered on August 5th. Within an hour our puppy had torn open the bed and pulled out and tore up the foam mattress. The mattress and cover is advertised as "Chew Proof - Indestructible" on their website. The same day, August 5th, I sent a video to Gorilla Dog Beds and received no response. On August 13th I called Gorilla Dog Beds and was told I could file a claim for a "replacement cover". When I described what the dog did, they they offered a full replacement bed. When I indicated that I knew my dog would destroy the new bed , they "spoke to the owner" and offered me a 50% refund. This was not acceptable to me as the bed was advertised as "Chew Proof ( not chew resistant), and indestructible. When I told them I would take the 50% but would write negative reviews about their product, they revoked their 50% offer and said they would only send me a new cover "Per the warranty". These are terrible people making an inferior product that they do not stand behind. They use strong words to market their product, but the product itself is cheaply made and easily chew-able and destructible contrary to their claims.

Beware....it didn't take long for my puppy to chew holes in the cover and orthopedic dog bed. The 125-day warranty is misleading: apparently it only applies once to the cover. It will not cover chewing damages done to the mattress. I spent a lot of money on this product which lasted about the same time as the cheaper versions. My mistake was reading and relying on the positive reviews on their website instead of checking other review sites.

I absolutely love the quality of the leashes. They are very heavy duty and hold up great. I never knew I need a quick release leash in my life until now. It comes in hand when coming home from the park and your hands are full with tired kiddos kiddos and bags. I can use one hand to remove the leash and set my babies down all at once. If you haven’t bought one yet, your missing out.

The Best dog beds everI started with a Gorilla Ballistic crate pad and had fantastic success with it. Now it was time for a bed and see that they just added some colors and wanted to get something really well made for my Dane. I could not be happier for the second time. Great bed, love the large size. Had it for a few months now. My dog drags it around like a massive chew toy and there are no signs of wear. Good quality tough bed - comfortable too. Had one shipping mishap (because of COVID) and received an email directly from the owner. Couldn’t have handled the situation better and I got my dogs bed a few days later.

I purchased a Gorilla dog bed for my black lab. The bed was a goner within a month. My dog had chewed up the cover as well as the interior. Since I had been attracted to the website because they "guaranteed," that their "dog beds" are indestructible, I thought this was the place to go. (On their website, they say "Gorilla Dog Beds®’ Chew-proof line of orthopedic dog beds and kennel pads come with an industry best Chew-proof Warranty at 125 days.") I wrote to them and told them what had happened and requested a replacement and they sent a replacement bed cover. When I explained that my dog had also chewed up the foam mattress, they said, "We have the terms of the warranty below which was acknowledged by you at checkout and is also on the product page itself. As you can see the warranty is for a one time replacement cover and not the entire bed." And so their advertising claims that they "Gorilla Dog Beds" are "chew-proof," but then their warranty applies only to the bed cover. I feel it is "bait and switch." They should be held accountable!!! They told me to send pictures of the mattress to see if there was anything they could do. I did that, but have received no response. If I ever do get a replacement mattress, I will let you know and update this review. But otherwise, I think they are thieves.

We finally found a dog bed that our dog did not destroy!! Ive spend over $400 on numerous other beds. I’ve also cleaned up countless “indestructible” dog beds over the last 3 years. We have a 100lb dogo Argentina/pit bull mix that chews aggressively, but has not been able to chew his bed up yet. Very happy with the large bed we bought. Thank you, finally found a great product.

Excellent company focused on making the customer happy. I had purchased a bed based on my understanding of the insurance. Luckily they where able to catch it in time and help me get the right bed. They even allowed me to send the un-opened parcel back and help me better understand their website and which products came with warranties. They where great and I will continue to buy product from them in the future based on customer service. In addition their product is very very well made. and my dog loves it
