Will not take my fur baby's anywhere else. They do an outstanding job. Staff Nancy is so sweet and caring. She is very attentive and will always be there if you ever have questions. I just love Golden Paws 🐾. Drive from League City, no other place like Golden Paws, they make you feel like family.

DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!!!My friend brought her pup here for grooming and they CUT HER EYE. Her poor baby came home with bright red eyes. They immediately took her to the vet and they confirmed that there’s a lesion in her eye from her haircut. My friend contacted Golden Paws and they refuse to even acknowledge their mistake. They’ve ghosted them for a month already. My friends and baby Maggie deserve to be compensated on the vet bills, a refund on the grooming bill and an apology!! I would give them negative stars if I could!! I can’t imagine this happening to my own baby. Golden Paws please make things right!(I’m writing this on behalf of my friend who is not fluent in English).

So this was my first time taking my puppy to get groomed. I came here based on recommendation from a friend and reviews. Great experience, cut his hair exactly like we wanted. Definitely gonna be going back and highly recommended. It was definitely worth the 30 minutes drive.

LOVE Golden Paws. They provide great service, love my puppy, and are so easy to work with. I get compliments on my dog's cuts and grooming constantly. He's an F1B Bernedoodle - so lots of fluffy hair and lots of energy.

We took our golden retriever here for the third time to be groomed. Had a great experience the first two times. My husband went to pick her up and it was later than normal 5pm with no phone call. Our dogs are normally ready at 2 when they call. They claimed they were still working on her when my husband showed up at 5pm after she was dropped at 8 am. She came out bloody and needed stitches at our vet. I have owned goldens my whole life and never ever has this Happened. They claimed she had a previous puncture wound which our vet and we knew was complete bull. My husband called and they still wouldn’t admit to their negligence. Accidents happen and I understand that , but their pure lack of accountability is mind blowing. The owners need to be aware. Obviously I won’t be back and all should beware of this groomer. Completely awful experience forOur poor dog and us.

They are not good at giving dogs a good haircut...they need to hire professionals...also they make you wait almost ALL day to pick up your dog and at the end the shower wasn't great at all ... They rush on bathing and trimming dogs hair... The service is horrible and not worth it.

We've taken our dog here many times and never had issues, but what happened Wednesday was egregious. It was pure negligence. When we picked our dog up, he was shaking his head for days. Finally a few days later, I went to clean his ears, and thank God I checked before just putting my own gauze in because deep in his ear canal was shoved a dirty piece of cotton. Not a small one. A big one. Shoved all the way in. You could tell it wasn't torn off. It was like someone had shoved it deep in there to clean, couldn't get it out, and just left it there.My poor dog had this in his ears for days before I took it out. I am livid. I will never go back, and I recommend everyone check their dog's ears if they go. These people are negligent and reckless and could seriously hurt a dog.

Absolutely loved their work, very professional, excellent customer service! And best of all my Lucy came out looking on point! She is a rescued dog, and honestly I had a lot of trouble finding the right place for her... a place where she was treated in a way that she was not distressed! She came out as happy as can be!! My Shiba is usually very difficult to bathe and deshed and we had just moved to this area but the owner/workers at Golden Paws did a great job taking care of my pup! I will definitely be back after how great detail and care they went into!

Excellent work and great customer service! It is true that you may not recognize your pet, as they may need to trim off all excess and matted fur, but they know what they are doing and they do it well. I drove from Katy, TX to take my labradoodle in for the first time and was very impressed with the great job that they did for a great price. They were very clear about what needed to be done, how long it would take and were very friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Fantastic experience for my dog Champ every time! He even came home wearing a tie once, brilliant! Champ is excited to go in the shop, which lets me know he's well cared for while he is there. All dogs may go to heaven, but only the lucky ones go to Golden Paws. We won't be going anywhere else.

This was Charlie’s first time at Golden Paws 🐾 and let me tell you’ll, he looked fantastic!! My puppy came out looking great and smelling super good. Great customer service and was able to get an appointment right away. He even had a Christmas photo shoot with them lol..... Highly recommend!!!
