This is a huge dollar store located on the East Freeway westbound service road at Holland.This store has a lot of potential. Staffing is minimal. They really need to work on merchandise presentation. Several of the aisles are very disorganized.The $1.09 price point is a good deal. Many dollar stores are up to $1.39 or higher.

Decent prices and a variety of items! They have a lot of laundry liquid as well as cleaning items so school supplies to candy and auto, beauty/ shower items. Great store!

(JUNE 2018) I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE. I live in East Houston (North Shore) and this is my favorite Dollar store in the area. I love how eclectic this store is but also how it feels like a monumental warehouse (dimly lighted, a few dusted items), worn out floor. Overall it feels humble but more mysterious and genuine than most other stores. It feels like being in cave full of unexpected treasures. Other dollar stores in the area carry more modern-looking items that are more on the kitschy side. This dollar store carries a spicy mix of modern and classic-looking items. I noticed a lot of items imported from foreign countries. Most of it is not kitschy or gaudy like most other dollar stores. Most items are 1.09 without tax so you get a vast array of items that feel and look more premium than the items you get at traditional dollar stores (which have a price ceiling of less than 1 dollar). The extra 9 cents make quite a difference in the quality of the products. COME CHECK IT OUT!

Found alot of cute little things for 1.49-1.99There's stuff that goes up to $3. But if your looking for something for the kids like toys not that great ,just go to the dollartree . Good for party supplies , household general. They even had beta fish for $3,a little sad but good price.

Good place. Pretty clean. Staff is pretty nice. Aisles are a bit narrow. Most of the pricing is pretty good. Definitely some interesting stuff. Decent cleaning supplies, kitchen tools

Wanted black table cloths...they had NONE. They have every other color under the sun but no black table cloths.They have an enormous variety of artificial flowers. I enjoy the selections here!

We got to the store at 8:45 to run in and pick up kitty litter. Which wouldn't have taken 5 minutes.The open sign was still on, and we expected to be in and out. However when we approached the doors, they were locked. We say employees standing at the registers, closing up, which I completely understand being a waitress. However, when my boyfriend waved and pointed to the open from 9am to 9pm sign, the employee walked past us, to the open sign, and turned it off.He then completely ignored us.Getting out can be a real task sometimes as I am accompanied everywhere by my Service dog, so when I do get out for errands, I fully expect a store to stay open when it is supposed to be open.This trip was a complete disappointment, and I am completely unimpressed by the lack of expertise and work ethic of these employees.Dollar Tree not 100 feet down the street was open and more than welcoming, with pleasant employees who were super helpful.I would recommend hitting up family Dollar and skipping this place.

It is in a little plaza that sells shoes, clothes,food, and the dmv is in walking distance of it. The prices are more then a dollar but cheaper them a dept store and they sell all kind of every day items. Walking distance from dollar tree.

Grounded it's okay not a big stop for food items but for household stuff can't beat it and they usually have a pretty good selection of Foster and Grant shades and stuff for $1.49 LOL

Everything you'd expect from a Dollar Store and then some. Tons and tons of stuff to browse & sift through . Plenty of boxes unopened and in the middle of aisle for you to maneuver around as you shop. Spot On!

Large and well stocked store with many items fairly priced. At the end of the day it is a dollar store so most items are off low quality. You get what you pay for.

Some of the products are poorly constructed. Be careful of off brand items. They have practically what you expect from a dollar store
