This place needs to be shut down. Poor animals.. just stopped in from visiting out of town just to take a look , while shoe shopping. The animals look sick, turtles had no water. The beta fish looked half dead . Someone needs to shut this place

MAN!!!! This whole family always does the best things for my fish and reptiles ive been driving an hour in miles across Texas just to buy from either one of there shops. I am so grateful that they are so kind and loving and not selfish at all. Thank you for loving and supporting the Houston clients and customers yall really helped me out alot of these few years ive loved all of my animals and treated them really well because of this family!!!! ✨✨🌻🐝

It's a cramped place, but have oh so many types of fish. They also have your common rodent pets, reptiles and birds. My child and I were in there for at least an hour.

Horrifying. They should be ashamed of how they treat animals. Anyone who says these people know what they're doing don't know anything either. None of you should own animals if you see nothing wrong with this place because their small animals were horrifically neglected. Buying here is just supporting their abuse. Sick.

usually have what i’m looking for, only thing i don’t like is the lady at the front is rude.i stayed standing for a minute in front of her for her to acknowledge me since she was on the phone.she was very rude said they were out of everything & everything she told me she did it while still using her phone, she didn’t even look up to talk to me.

I tried to let them know that the baby tortoises water dish is too high and that it didn’t look like they could get in to drink or soak themselves. They got very upset and almost started yelling at me. They said they flip over and that they soak them every three days. Well if the water dish didn’t have such a high rim they could get in and out of it without flipping over. These people shouldn’t be allowed to sell anything other than fish. Also I have been going in there for about five years now and I have never felt welcome there. Very poor customer relations. This last time I was getting mealworms, but since they got mad at me, they gave me mostly small ones. That’s ok I will never go there again

Very neat little store. The prices are not much different than buying from a PetSmart or Petco. We've bought birds in the past, and fish. The owner is very kind and has helped us and even helped to explain the situation about why there aren't many fish around the pet stores. We will be going back

Do not buy from this store. They sell sick animals and do not stand by their products. I spent 160.00 in this place. And they are not even willing to replace the two birds that died. Because of illness. BTW. They are the only birds sick. The ones I bought from them. I have other birds that have lived for years. This is the first time I have had a problem and they refuse to replace two sick birds. Totaling 30.00. That is a small amount considering I have shopped there for years. I took my kids there. My father bought me things there. I have never had a problem until now. And they refuse to help me. Never again. They do not back their product. Word to the wise shop at a pet store that will give you at least some sort of guarantee. Most do now but not this one. Buyer beware. If they sell you sick animals. Be prepared to kiss your money good bye.

This place is great for people looking to buy rats to feed their snakes or if you are looking for a reptile. The animals look healthy even tho they seem to be in tight corders. Does not take long to get in and out if you know what you're looking for!

Reffered by a friend and I loveee this fish store. The owner Vin is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining and showing you the best way to care for your pets. Fishes are very healthy and I will definitely give this store my business from now on. If you haven't gone its a must. A++++++

Would give 5 stars but im a betta fish owner and the bettas should not be kept in such small containers. Their even smaller the the cups from petsmart, petco or waltmart. Other then that the store is really nice. Beatiful damsels and the arowanas left me speechless.
