Great selection of animals, staff appear to really care for the animals and have great knowledge. One of the team let me hold on of the rats and the animal was super calm and friendly. My son enjoyed feeding the fish and looking at the birds. We got a bone for our dog but will certainly be back for more.

Friendly, good customer service. Patrick Hoang is the best. He is very sweet and responsive. Whatever I don’t know about the fish or how to set it up and what to feed them, he is always ready to answer me and even tell me to call him whenever I need help about my pet. Eventually , the price is very reasonable for fish parrot and accessories. Fish and pet is my most favorite pet shop in town from now on. I would love to recommend everyone who needs pet supplies to come here one time. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

We stopped by (our first visit) on Super Bowl Sunday to take a look around. We found an adorable crested Canary and took him home with us. Everyone at the store was accommodating and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

A lot of tropical fish! Then bird, hamster and other reptiles. Turtle i see 2 types, medium and small. Place is crowed due to many fish tanks. Owner is nice. Outside there's garden stones, woodcraft, etc. Their selling price is not bad, ok on average cost. Plan for next visit.

Large variety of fish, birds, reptiles and amphibians. Carries products for all pets and there's an outdoor and indoor pond with koi. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Large selection of monster fish as well. You can find Aquarium supplies and dry goods. Tanks are sold there as well.

I came in today in the morning , the owner(s) and staff are very friendly, sweet and helpful. Also, I see that they take care of the animals when I came in they were cleaning and taking care of the aquarium animals, overall I come here to purchase food for one of my birds and I highly recommend (:

My son has been looking for a cockatoo for a few months, so I told him to call around and start checking different places around Houston. He called a few days ago to see if this place sold cockatoos. The guy told him they sell cockatiels and my son kindly told him he meant cockatoos. With an attitude, whoever was on the phone responded by asking what the difference is between cockatoos and cockatiels and my son respectfully answered. For no reason whatsoever, the employee (I heard the guy since I was sitting next to my son) told him they only have cockatiels right now with the most unprofessional attitude. My 16 year old son was taken aback by how rude the guy was and thanked him before telling him to have a nice day. The guy hung up on him. My son is constantly complimented because he is extremely well-mannered and there was no reason for the man to talk to my son the way he did. I am all about kindness and having respect for adults, but I would have given my son a pass if he wanted to respond with the same energy. Watch how you talk to your potential customers!!

We went here to pick up some fish food. My brother said they have a wide array of pets and he wasn't kidding! Tons of different species of fishes, amphibians, birds, etc. on some great displays. The only thing that could make this place get a 5* is the cleanliness. Maybe I came in at the wrong time but there can be some tidying up to do.P.S. There were not too many pics on this post due to their no pics policy.

I have purchased 4 pea puffers in great condition , the staff where very friendly the shop was a little cluttered but the fish are beautiful and well kept some crazy fish in there. A photo of my little puffers they are $8 each or 2 for 15

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I went last year and I have never been more upset this place is the most inhumane place I have ever seen in my life. the amount of animals in tiny cages with zero room was just disgusting. these people should be more than ashamed of themselves, they had a small cage full of large rabbits squished together and when I told the lady at the front that they were way to many big rabbits in such a small cage and how sad and uncomfortable they must feel she said its better than them being outside and getting eaten by animals. Houston animal services NEED to shut this place down. HORRIFIC do not support this place is ANIMAL ABUSE. I also purchased a bird cage from this place as a surprise for my parents and guess what happened not even a week later both of their lovebirds died at the same time they were not only healthy but such happy birds I blame the cage this place has so many sick animals.

Nice variety of fishes, and birds. They also had snakes and turtles and bunnies. My toddler enjoyed seeing everything.

Went here to get my little sister a guinie pig she absolutely loves it.Staff was friendly and answered all the questions we asked, before buying the pet they gave us a lot of information on the pet which was great,and they are very affordable . We are at home loving on bensin thank you!

Lots of fish selection, great prices. Would definitely go again. Make sure to quarantine your new fish as usual.Went back to get more fish a few months later. Very happy with goldfish selection. Picked up a great shubunkin.Went again in April 2020, Kenny helped me and was super nice. I got 6 goldfish and 3 turtles. Great customer service.

HORRIBLE!! absolutely inhumane living for the animals. there were birds packed into one small cage, rabbits in small cages with feces on the bottom of a BARE WIRE cage. looks like they barely clean them, surprised the even feed them. didn’t take pictures of the snakes but they were in 1 gallon plastic containers with no room, nor water bowls. etc. do not support this place once so ever !

Cool place and good customer service. I spoke with someone sunday and ask if i can buy some finch birds, but wouldn't make it till exactly 6pm when they close and if it was still possible and they waited till i showed up and allowed me to get 2 beautiful birds. I really do appreciate that because i was down from loosing 2birds the day before. Thanks a lot y'all. Will definitely be back❤.

“This is the ultimate fish store in the greater Houston area”- Recommended by my friend. Visit there once this winter. Lots of fancy goldfish, aquarium plant, tropical, and saltwater fish. Their fish room is really impressive, but I could not take any pictures due to the store camera policy. The owner is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She asked me to come back next Spring for the goldfish restock.

Always extremely friendly! Great selection of pets and supplies. Animals always look in great condition. May pay a tad more for some fish compared to big box stores but the quality is soooo much better! So totally worth it. We actually go an hour and half to go to this store specifically.

The best pet store i. Houston. Been coming here since they opened, use to go to City Pets but after new ownership, I changed to a place that cared about my needs not my money. The owner and staff are Great!!!!
