Worst place in the world would not sell tilapia to my husband cause he smelled like beer he was not drunk the manager said she would not sell beer or tilapia and other things oh but she would sell him cigarettes the manager name is Lilly worst place to go shopping I will never go there ever she better be glad I didn’t go I would of told her you have all illegal personal working there so better change your customer service

This place has been here for years, they just made an upgrade on their look. Still remodeling the inside. I wish they had more sales on produce though. Their avocados are always green. But have a good selection of produce unlike kroger down the street. The store itself is great, the employees are helpful. They also had the parking lot done. I love the change.

All fiestas are the same. Nasty restrooms, the vegetables and fruit are not the same quality like other store.Smells like 🐠 why? HEB and other groceries have fish but no smell but fiestas smell like fish all the time.

At approximately 2:10pm on 10/11/2022, i entered this fiesta location by wayside dr south of polk st.I bought several items and waited outside near the entrance.I opened my container of vienna sausages and poured the liquid from the container on the concrete floor awayfrom the entrance.A fiesta employee by the name of manuel walks up to me. Theman appeared agitated. Manuel told me something i couldnt make up in spanish. I responded by saying i cant hear you. Manuel a fiesta employee stated, "PINCHE PENDEJO, TE VOY A PONER UNA CHINGA!"I entered the store located 2 general managers and expressed the situation.Carlos the GM heard my complaint.Unfortunately the employee may remain with the company.Despite his aggressive, vile, and combative demeanorI Will Never Go Back To this Fiesta!The combative employee believes that visitors will trip and fall from 4oz of water.I will upload a photo of the location that started this issueNO ONE WILL TRIP AND FALL OVER 4OZ OF SPILLED LIQUIDTHAT EMPLOYEE WAS LOOKING FOR A FIGHT

I’ve gone to this fiesta for over 10 years I love it close to home but lately they have been lacking their restock because my husband bought expired bread , and today July 9 2023 I bought some cereal I’ve been craving come to see it expired may 2023. I know it’s our responsibility to check everything but come on fiesta .

Very clean organized store. Cheap prices and the deli where cooked food is served is delicious. Very quick n easy to grab something to eat. Cashiers very friendly . 1 thing cashiers need sackers to help them . Besides that highly recommend.

Very well-kept store, this is by-far my favorite Mexican grocery store. Finding things here is mostly easy. I like the fajitas and ready-made foods they sell here. The only thing that needs improvement is the checkout lanes, the lanes are slow at any time of the day. Finding parking here is also quite difficult during the day. If you come here, make sure to come at 8pm as the store isn't as busy and finding parking is easier. If you have very few items do not use the express lanes as they are slower than the full-service lanes.

Geesh,Who would have ever knew this place would have everything!?Bad habits or not,FYI the soda is always on sell here! My grandmother loves this place!Customer service:Very patient and friendly cashiers.Clean?Yes, very. Very clean, things are always stocked, and lots of shopping carts are always available.Side note:Out of all the Mexican candy/ snacks in the world, I don’t see the Twang brand- pickle or beer salt here. Was going a great time at firsta mart getting my things and even asked the deli lady for certain cheeses she even said I could try them see which one I like I was glad she let me try it before I bought it. Then we went to the meat and worse the lady was rude she didn't greet us just asked in spanish "que necesitan" what do yall want in English. Well I asked for the menudo tripe and told her how much I wanted and asked if she could cut it to smaller peaces which they have always done for me and anybody who has asked before, wells she said I cant do it. I was like but yall always do and she replied well we dont so disappointed there were not even busy empty at 8am so she could have been nicer and cut the meat for me. i just left mad with the experience there. The cashier was nice on lane 3 she greeted us nicely and how was our day going.Update:10/17/23Whent today early morning good ladies from the deli, where the fresh cheese is best ladies always happy and gladly to help you and make small talk with you. Cashier worse they don't talk, forced "good morning" they give you and attitude worse manager too, talk to the cashier like the customer is not there and think they whispering when you can hear and understand what they saying about you. Really unprofessional of his part and I mean "him" not the lady manager there too. Cashier just throwing things on the bags like no care. I have to admit SELLERS BROS. has better staff kept up to everything from food being stocked up already or if needing help they ask and it's given to see how they can help you even a morning I got from them wow I'm impressed fiesta needs to work on their snot...

I visit this store almost every week to buy fruits and vegetables. Here you can find almost any Mexican product you might be looking for. I used to buy ham and cheese from a meat market but sometimes they wouldn't even change their gloves after handling raw meat but not any more since here at Fiesta it is more hygienic because the people serving you do not handle raw meats and are very nice.

I honestly haven't shopped at fiestas in almost 30 years I come to this one from time to time with my brother and today was awesome I found a nice Aztec type sweater and it was a great freaking prize beautiful color and I found a little Mexican type cooking pot that my grandma used to use when I was a little girl in Mexico and it was less than the price on the shelf also it was a really good visit to fiesta!!FIESTA IS THE BOMB 💣!!!!!Have anything and has definitely gotten better

I am a regular customer. Good place to go for your groceries. I have a small business and I get the bread that I use in my restaurant from this store. Great bread and great persons. The bakery manager mr. Raymundo and his team are the best. I am very happy.

Excellent place to buy meat, groceries and produce. They also have hot food ready to be eaten. My only complaint is the tables to eat in, are in need of often attention as to keep them clean, we had to clean the table we ate, because there was nobody in charge.**This location is whole lot better than the one at Airline Dr.**

Store is clean, well organized, and produce is great, but the service at the food area is greatly inferior to all of the store's other positives. Had a simple issue with a simple and obvious resolution and the ladies working the counter were beyond rude. They not only told me I was holding up the line with my "issue" ( mind you it was their fault not mine) but they also suggested I talk to the manager because they were only there to fill orders and it wasn't their job to know what the menu says or what the prices are.... I was stunned. I've been coming to this store practically my entire life, and was hoping that with the revamp and neighborhood beautification initiatives that the customer service would improve as well. Sadly not so.

The first time I went to Fiesta they overcharged me $150, however I disputed it and they returned my money. I love the variety of products, from different countries, including Dominican Republic, which is where I’m from. They have good prices on meat and produce. It’s a very complete grocery store!

Don’t really want to give them ANY stars but can’t post w/o at least one. Not a good place to shop, overpacked lines worse than any place you can think of. We literally waited in line for 35 min and “Manager” seeing this still didn’t open up other lanes out of like 10 lines only 4 were opened. And if that wasn’t enough, the items were supposedly marked on sale with a big 5”x7” sign saying they were reduce price and when we finally got to the cashier Manager refused to honor the price. Even though he Clearly saw the big sign that clearly stated the advertised price he picked up a smaller price tag that was somewhere else and used that to not honor the price..... So NO absolutely do not recommend shopping there.

Never have problems with finding products most of the time. Vegetables are fresh and meat is simply delicious. Store is practicing excellent social distancing and requiring shoppers to wear masks mandatorily. So make sure to bring a mask because you will not be able to enter store. The store does provide emergency masks if you're going to be shopping in their store. Managers are the best and top notch and always quick to help customers with any situation.
