This store did have a lot of items but I gave them three stars because the outside of the store needs to be power washed (clean) and there are no shopping carts or baskets in the store for the customers I asked the cashier about it she stated that they are waiting on carts and baskets to be delivered to the store the employee was very friendly and professional but how do you expect for customers to come and shop without baskets or carts ? However, this reflects badly on the store manager and it needs to be corrected family dollar

The store seems to be going through a refresh which was nice to see. Pretty good variety of items and fairly good prices. They seemed to have been recently vandalized because an employee was putting plywood where the glass had been broken on the door. I did find what I needed and the staff was friendly which is all that really matters.

Upon my visit to this store, I found this store unclean, and junky. Boxes blocked the aisles and the fire exit. To add insult, the manager was changing prices on clearly marked merchandise. When I went back to check the prices on the items I already selected, I observed him removing the clearance pricespreviously posted. When questioned, he stated the pricing was a mistake. Very deceptive business practice.

Today 4/22/19 My husband took my 9 year old daughter into the store to make a purchase. He accompanied her to the register where the cashier, named Lisa was and begin counting her money. There were no other customers in line. My daughter was having a bit of a problem counting out her money when LISA decided to tell her "you need to learn to speak English" !! My daughter is partly Latina and she looks every part of it But SHE SPEAKS ENGLISH ONLY! I called to speak with the manager and LISA said he's on vacation. So a review and corporate contacted..Absolutely unprofessional..I've lived in this community and shopped this store for years..Not anymore..

clearance advertisement is false. 06/05/2019 sold me shoes with $6 printed dollar amount on ticket and red dot on it which means on clearance and price should be cut. But cashier still insisted that it is $6. If I would not wasted 15 minutes in line I would drop it. Never comeback

Rude rude rude ... One lady closed her register without warning right when i placed my items. .. Another woman open her register and was more rude. On top of that i asked the to ladys there name, there response we don't have to tell you..like where is your name badges anyway.I need the corporate number..

The young cashier lady seemed to be bothered because I walked up to the register to pay when she was walking away and drop the items she was carrying on the counter (clearly very upset) I understand it’s just a family dollar but the service could be better.

I love the family Dollar on Antoine in the supervisor are real good friends I'm in my wife are best or buds {comma} and he's very sweet and he hire nice and sweet and respectful people

It ok store but one thing that bothers me is that me being an hispanic bilingual i dislike the guy employee and dark skin spanish women who work there talking bad about other employees and customers in spanish that is disrespectful use you spanish for good customer service not talking trash about others do that on ur time off that just make us hispanics looks very badRESPECT!!!!

I was treated very poorly and the cashier Lisa accused me of stealing saying I have reasons to believe that you taken our merchandise and put them in your purse saying that's what one of my customers told me. So by me working in retail. I let her search my purse and she came up empty.

They close tabacco products an hour before they close. They don't have everything a usually family dollar has and was hard to find items

Only one cashier working, long lines get more working, it's plenty people need a job out there, parking lot big pot holes all over the parking area, in side the store is junkie, but you can find reasonable items for cheap.....

In the past few months we have purchased moldy bread and taco shells along with expired refrigerated items.this morning I went to get girlfriend coffee creamer.she went to use it and it's like cottage cheese and expired last month.

Wrong prices on the wine..Store is filthy dirty at all times..Need to get rid of the non English speaking people..really upsetting when they can't answer a question..just a nasty store..needs cleaning so bad and clean employees..

Place needs to be fixed but they give u the bang of your buck with the deals they have on house hold products.
