This location is always unorganized. It always looks trashy inside. Some items you cabt even get because there are tons of stuff in the way.Be prepared to wait in long lines as well.

Been coming to this Family Dollar for years and have never had an issue with items or staff, the staff that j have met here has always been friendly and helpful. They always have specials I come here often for the Sweet Tarts Ropes. They have a package of 4 for only a dollar and some change. You can find toys, house supply’s, Groceries, clothes, pretty much everything at a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

ava or asha or whatever her name is is nasty nasty. do something about it before you lose business. who applies to these jobs to be rude and nasty... pick wfh jobs this is ridiculous and ppl value their dollar a whole lot more today, so even coming here is not an option anymore, i can spend my few dollars elswhere.

They had what I needed, there was no wait and Ava and Kevin were so nice in welcoming me to the neighborhood and their store. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Why must the employees have inappropriate conversations with customers. Not sure what was wrong...if she had drugs in her system or what bouncing around saying they call her "delicious" like the queso chips i was purchasing....she is very lucky I did not slap her TONGUE down her throat.

Elderly store manager was abused until she resigned after having been with the company for decades. Family dollar supports, condones and encourages, Elderly abuse and bullying for profit so they will quit and not have to pay out big retirements.

I’m here @ 8:45 and the doors are lock, sign shows it closes at 9:00pm. This sucks employee closing the store to early

They always say no cashback. But its a LIE NICOLA STANDLEY THE GM.. PUT SIGNS ON THE DEBIT ACCESS THAT SAYS NO CASH BACK.. NOT FAMILY DOLLAR WAY HER WAY. They dont like giving it to you cause they have to do certain things to get it.. IT IS AVAILABLE. WHEN YOU NEED. IT ASK YOU DO YOU WANT CASH BACK. SAY YES EVEN IF THE SIGN THERE. IT'S ALL LIES..

Terri was the worst to deal with . I was dealing with one cashier and she came on telling me how I couldn't use 2 different coupons for 2 different products when the system was allowing it . Excuse my language but she was being a total b****. Will never deal with this family dollar again .

Very bad experience cashiers don’t even know how to do their work right she messed up my transaction then on top of that didn’t want to do a return the so called manager is very rude as well I had a very bad experience today at this family dollar will not be coming back to this one and purchasing from here again!!

Good store but bad customer service I went this morning and the employees were very rude and the store is closed at 830 in the morning for no apparent reason its not a holiday but your closed makes sense to me

They open at 8am and here I am outside looking at the girl at the register on her phone. I tried to open the door and it was locked. So what time is she gonna open?

Management is rude and curses. Store is not organized or clean. There is only 1 register opened at a time. Even though they have multiple registers.
