The worst family dollar I’ve been to. I was standing at the register waiting to get checked out, and a guy was on his phone. In between ringing up my items, he was on his phone, checking messages or whatever he was doing. After that, I went to go get two more items I forgot, and I stood at the register waiting again to get checked out, and the same guy and another cashier were just standing there having a conversation, not paying me any attention at all. I just won't be coming to this family dollar ever again.

Bought blackout curtains. Had to return. Had holes from theft protection device. Turns out they already knew when they sold them to me. Stock blocking aisles. Messy. Untrained staff.

I had a very very bad experience the two Hispanic lady was very rude unprofessional my mom wasAccused of something that she did not do will be getting to the bottom of this I would need a corporatemanagerThe store is Very unorganized we ask to see cameras did not get to see them she was on the phone with the police for I don’t know what reason I do have two pictures of these women as well. This issue really needs to get resolved location is very, very bad and very unprofessional.

I was shopping in a family dollar sat. 2/27. The store number is 11996 address is 1414 west gulf bank rd. Houston, tx. I had quite a few things on my list to purchase. This store has no shopping baskets available. So while trying to carry things and look at my list and coupons on the fd app, I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. So I put all my items down and went to find something to shop with. There are hundreds of boxes all around but all were full. This store is extremely messy and unorganized. So I found an empty u cart, it was a small one. So I rolled it over and put my stuff on it and proceeded to shop. I had collected all my things and was heading to the register when the manager told me I couldn't use it. I said ok I'm headed to the front I will unload my things and put the cart back. She said no I need the cart now. I refused, as I had been using it for a while, I only needed to take it up front. I ask her why they didn't have baskets and she said they all were stolen. I ask her how am I supposed to shop and she said to carry my items to the register one at a time. I ask for manager and was informed by her that she was the manager. Then she began to scream, and become aggressive. I wanted to call police I felt she was gonna hit me. She said for me to call them over and over. She grabbed the cart with my stuff and said I couldn't have it. Another employee came in from outside and took me to the isle that had laundry baskets for sale and said I could use that, she was very polite. The manager would not give me my stuff back so I had to go reshop for all my things. I was traumatized by this, I never had anyone be that aggressive to me. Especially a manager at one of my favorite stores.When I was done in my car I was crying and shaking. I've had a hard time figuring out who to report this to. I can not find out who the district manager is.

One day I parked next to the family dollar and I saw a guy running out the back door and he had stolen a bunch of things and stuff was falling out of the basket and the manager was out there and she helped him put the stuff back in the basket while he was trying to make his getawayLol yeah I want free stuff lmaoI will never go back in this place again

This store actually had more stuff than most of them. But the employees nothing special,but nothing bad. I went and I had an exchange butI couldn't find my receipt so they could not exchange it. No biggie but then there was a rug that had a big stain on it and I asked if she can give me a discount she said only $1, so I left it there

I don’t know if it is store policy, but the young lady at this location gave me a hard time when I wanted to do an exchange. I wish she would’ve just smiled and said she couldn’t exchange pampers without a receipt, but instead I received a nasty unforgettable attitude. I will never go back to this location.

The items here are overpriced and they No longer let you use the bathroom. They lock the door to the entrance early not sure why. I usto think this Family Dollar was a great place to shop but not anymore.

Don't know how there still open. This place is barely surviving. Freezer always out so they will place tape and anything they can on the doors. Always a sign on the door that says Not excepting Cash only card. Closes real early at times. Really bad location

Nasty store. Look in the back behind the Family Dollars Store. People like them don't like to clean up.They need to know how to work and I understand that they don't want to clean their mess. Lazy employees.

Store hours should be updated. Doors are closed by 8 pm even though they’re supposed to close at 9. This has happened multiple occasions

Bigger than the regular size. Only problems I have with Family Dollar is the the aisle are always block with stock that they are stocking and this is all the Family Dollars.

Family dollar's should call the police on people that are making illegal transactions on their property, also they making the "new store" look bad, because of the people outside of the store that believe that's a "hang out" spot
