Ghetto! The ladies that work there are rude except the one with very short hair she’s sweet, they also have a guy working there that is rude and LOUD I will make sure to take this further. Lady restocking kept complaining of how she didn’t want to be there anymore and her attitude showed just that. If you don’t like your job that much maybe find something else. Idk why some places have employees like this running their business. Go to Walmart or a different Family Dollar.

Every employee has great customer service however the items in the aisle are priced different than the receipt. I thought my total was $10 but was $16 because each item was $2 more than the aisle price mark. The trash can was $3 not $6, soap $2, etc etc and it ended up being $5 more than when I put it in the basket. 4 items shouldn't be almost $17 at a dollar store.

The employees are nice but the store is always congested and hazardous. There is always usually only one cash register opened no matter how many employees are working. It use to be nice and organized when Felicia was the manager but now it's just plain out of control and hard to find certain items. Not to mention many items have no longer been ordered. There is less of everything and too much or others available to purchase. The store has gone down.

Disorganized, filthy, and just plain depressing. There's literally stacks of packaged merchandise blocking the walking/shopping isles everywhere. I understand that some stores can be disorganized when restocking. However, this place looks like they're intentionally leaving these items in the store and have no intention of clearing/organizing their store. The checkout process was equally painful - get ready to read a book or listen to your favorite podcast. This particular location had the most lethargic, rude, and negative employees I've ever seen. I'm not entirely sure why they're employed for a job that is being half performed.

Well this Family Dollar I mean it's okay but the thing is that there's nothing else staff or what because everywhere you go oils are full of boxes and carts and for the boxes and merchandise nothing is put into shelves again on carts and boxes and all the aisles almost let you know basically so the owls would basically be tiles okay are full of all merchandise and disorganized I mean they need to be aware of that place more organized I need to work on it have more staff working there to put things away in the shelves that's all I can say every time we go there and you know it's just like it needs to be cleaned up please to be better Chao Okay but well we'll leave it up to you guys okay.

I've had bad experiences at Family Dollar stores many times before but this time took the cake. I walk through the usually unorganized, unstocked store and navigated through racks of good that are waiting to be put on shelves and plaved so conveniently in the walking and shopping isles and made my selections. Now this isn't my issue as if you ever been to a family dollar this is to be expected. My issue is when it comes time for me to ring out, I empty my carry basket and set it on the lower counter where the bags are kept. The employee says it doesn't belong there, to put it on the floor or take it back to the rack I got it from. I was sore from work and, being that Im not an employee of family dollar I opted to place it on the floor(Since out of the way on the counter wasn't good enough). He says "hmmm" and proceeds to check as slowly as humanly possible. Can't say it was on purpose but knowing Family Dollar employees he probably was. I recognize this guy from another Family Dollar, one that forces people to make deodorant selection last and not to place them in your basket. I get much better treatment at dollar general stores and would be fine never stepping foot in a family dollar again.
