Full of lazy employees. They don’t open the store at 8 like they’re supposed to and they don’t close at 10 like they’re supposed to. If they don’t want to work they need to find a new job. Or make it clear that they open at 9am and not 8 because people drive here then have to go back home simply because the employees don’t want to do their job.

They are full of lazy employees. The don’t open the store when it’s supposed to open but have the nerve to close it early. They let people sit in front the store when they can simply put a sign up. Most unprofessional store ever.

They sell bad food ,very rude and they leave security tags on your items if you try to take the tag off yourself it tears up your stuff if you take back to sore even with receipts they treats you as if you stole it and don't really want to remove it

Very interesting when I pulled up a guy was getting yelled at and getting his pic taken because he stole out the store and just walked out the door and talking noise. Then an elderly lady held up the ok line for 20 minutes she didn't have enough to pay for all her groceries the total was a little over125 bucks. She said I paid already and headed out the door with the whole basket now she was gangsta. But all in all customer service was pretty good and the store was very very clean and organized. That was my very first time visiting that store im in town on vacation. And I will go visit again because of the customer service and the cleaniness

The cashier tonight I believe her name is claudia. Was really helpful and knowledgeable in helping me, I always come in the store every other day and spend about $30+ on nessicities but I literally keep coming back due to the customer service she has provided ever since I've asked her for help. Compared to the other workers I see that don't wear name badge's and look at you as if you're bothering them when asking a question.

Smells bad . bad odor inside the store. Was quickly exiting the store and did not purchase not one item. Very unpleasant smell best I can describe it stale Doritos. Very poor selection on a few items. I expect you will have a better experience at the store.

Every time I go there the store is a mess! I've never been to a Family Dollar this messy! You can't even get around. The young girl with tattoos is always on her phone at the register. I was standing there for about 4 minutes 2 time with no one to be found in the font then the girl (same one thats always on the phone) finally comes to the register. Corporate needs to pay this store a visit. The lady stocking seemed bother when I asked her a question. EDIT: I visited this store again a couple of times and OMG IT ALWAYS SMELLS 😷😷😷😷😷IN THERE!!! Does corporate not VISIT this store EVER???? ALWAYS ALWAYS MESSY I JUST GO IN AND OUT WHEN I HAVE TO. All the other Family Dollars near by are NOT like this one.

The old reviews need to go. Family Dollar gutted this store in 2020 and reopened anew. New coolers and freezers, more products, great people.

Newly reopened. Had a large selection of clearance merchandise. Overall, decent quality store, but the grocery selection was seriously lacking. Empty food shelves, both cold and dry goods.

There is a accident waiting to happen at this Family Dollars store. It is so cluttered, extremely dirty and smelly. I'm sorry to say the employees are of no help as well, they are always on the cell phones, eating and speaking to friends instead of cleaning the store. Please have Management stop by and see it for themselves!Thank youA concern Customer!!

Place was pretty packed, being the morning of Christmas Eve. Still, the cashiers were friendly and fairly quick to get people through. Waiting in the line was cramped, not a lot of space for people to stand in.

They have usually about 4 people working in the store and they have 3 cash registers explain to me why they always have a big line and only one cashier. I wouldn't recommend coming to the store because it is not organised.

I went to this location at 8:45 p.m. and the night manger wouldn't let me in. The young lady continue to count her tray as if that was the right thing to do. This has happen on numerous occasions and I'm taking it to cooperate office as well. Very unsatisfied customer!

It's ok sad part is they always have boxes and their carts in the middIe of the Aile or blocking things you want and then they don't want to move it so you can get it. They expect you to move it your self and then put it where you found it

Cheaper but better alternative products. Has clearances and deals always. Ideal for simple toys, cleaning solutions, consumer products, decorations. Not so sure about food and personal products such as perfumes and makeups.

This store is supposed to close at 10pm the girls there close doors for customers at 9:30 everyday.. I’ve seen customers knock and they just look at them with a smile laughing.They are always talking inappropriately & arguing about who’s going to take the next customers, while customers wait in line. Unprofessional, but probably the main reason why they are working there.. smh

This place is too messy. I asked to use the restroom. The restroom was horrible. Just disgusting. The employees were kind and helpful but the place is just horrible. Come on owners get it together!!!
