Online and on the store it's says open and close time. But they never follow. Never try to go at 8 am they won't be open. Went at 9 and they still weren't open closing time as well they will close 30 min to an hour before posted time. If that's what it's be gona be change yall hours posted.

Wow just open and supervisor already started making their own rules on what time to close the closing time says 9pm the manager are supervisor closed before 9pm if you scared go to church😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The employees are not welcoming to people who are not black. I walked in to the two carrying on a conversation with little more than a glance in my direction. No "hello", no "welcome", nothing. Two minutes later a black lady walks in and they cheerily welcome her. Asking if she needs help finding anything. Again with the following two people, who happen to be black also. As I am waiting to check out and no one is at the register, there's one lady in the aisle directly in front of me. She looks up from her price scanner, glanced in my direction and continued to scan items. After several minutes pass, she called out to the second employee "You've got a customer!"... no acknowledgement.A few more minutes go by and finally she comes from the back. Again, no "hello", no "did you find everything", only the price. Poor customer service, the only good thing about this location is that it's so close to my house. I think I will have to drive further away to shop at a different store from now on.

Filthy store. Unkept and disorganized. Price gougers who post the price on the shelf then add at least two dollars at the register. This is also an extremely unsafe location.

Excellent store, excellent employees, especially David. I personally look forward to talking to David every time I come in the store he always greet you kindly and ask how is your day, he absolutely take pride in his job, he's one of the kindest people that I know. Hey shoot most definitely be a manager. Absolutely love David ❤️

In the past, I gave this store a four 🌟 rating. On my last visit, their cleanliness and presentation standards had slipped. If I were the manager, I would not allow anyone to loiter near the entry way, pickup the litter in front of the store and replace the well-worn welcome mats.I was in the store at 4:30 pm. There was a long line waiting to check out an only one cashier. They need a backup cashier plan.The store manager needs to educate all cashiers on the Family Dollar refund policy. The cashier said they do not do refunds. Luckily, the manager on duty said they do in fact do refunds, an she refunded my money.

Horrible cashiers I got to the register the lady ask me do I want a receipt I said no she said $47 I said no give me a receipt she said 43 dollars that's like the third time that has happened to me I would not be visiting that store again... Times are hard enough without someone ripping me off.....on another visit I was over charged please pay attention to your receipt.....

Only way to get my post seen is by giving this dirty place a 5 star rating. This place always has boxes in the way. You can't even go down an aile without boxes. People need training. Just Curious you in the hood don't mean act like you in the hood. I can understand understand if somebody get crunk with you but damn the rest of your customers are nice

My that was the first Family Dollar that was so Clean and Neat. Everything looked great and the young lady that was on duty was Courteous and Polite. Her smile brightened up my day. So I would like to say Thank you!

they overcharge me they are rude rude rude the rudest people you ever want to meet on any given day they talk smart they have no respect for the customer paying money for the rooms they charge me $78 they charge my card $78 for a $50 room but cuz I was getting out of the hospital for chemotherapy I need a place to stay and I couldn't walk

Stop by to pick up a few items not much. I noticed that staff will only speak if you speak their native language (spanish). Also they refuse to break $100, in the middle of the day. Needlessly to say I won't be back to this location. I rather over pay at a corner store or grocery store.

Horrible. Open hours are 8am-10pm.It's 9:38 and they still not open. Just now the FAT ass manager just pulled up with a food from burger king in one hand and a drink in the other...dragging her feet.

Ok first off I really hate having to come to this location due to they never have a fully stocked store, then to make matters worse my brother walks in 10mins behind me so he could finish smoking his cigerret, I overheard the cashier say while on the candy isle, 'u need a mask" I proceed to the front to give him a mask and the cashier tells another employee to check my bag, excuse me! I walked in the store with my bag full of money along with a wallet full of credit and debit cards, I HAVE NO REASON TO TAKE or SREAL ANYTHING FROM LITTLE OLE FAMILY DOLLAR like why They don't have anything in that store that I'd want to loose my freedom over. I don't know what they're used too and REALLY it doesn't have ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME. THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND DISTASTEFUL OF someone of my same race to ASSUME something like that of me, I WORK TOO HARD TO BE TREATED UNFAIRELY she needs to be retrained and are let go. I'd never ALLOW none of my EMPLOYEES to treat ANY CUSTOMER THAT WAY. THAT'LL GET THEM THEIR WALKING PAPERS. WITH TEXAS BEING AN ATWELL STATE, HER TIME WOULD HAVE ENDED AT THAT POINT.

This location does not deserve one star. On 8/7/2018 the manager had the doors locked at 8:30pm, we had to go to another store. When asked why the manager said there was a new employee and she could not handle all of the store traffic.
