The candy is placed in wrong area and I asked this man to come check and he yells at me and states he is not going to look. And as I took photos he yells at me cusses at me as I was outside already getting in my car I never yelled at him I was extremely polite. Will be reporting to corporate office immediately

Nasty dirty store. Can't even walk thru the aisles. Boxes everywhere. Manager and associates are very rude with nasty attitudes. I'll never come back to this family dollar ever in life. Family Dollar listen to your customers. These people need to be replaced. Except for the Hispanic lady manager she's the best very helpful.

Manager always has headsets on. Never listens to customers. Never greets them. Customer service is horrible. Clearance area is always a mess. One day they open 10 am and one day they open 11 am. You just dont know what time they open or close. They have a sign for business hours, don't even bother looking at it, they don't follow it. Their parking lot outside has many holes, which ultimately ruins our car's shocks and struts.

Store stinks all the time and is a mess. The employees are rude and the store is always randomly closed or the door is locked like do the employees not want to work or something?? This is the third day that I have gone there only to see the store closed or lock yet it says open online. They also have mice so check your food before you leave if you decide to shop here.

I’m a delivery driver for this store sometimes, this store needs a need store roller. The manager needs to take a little more pride in his job to keep this store at a certain standard. I get sometimes you need to get innovative to make the rollers work but that’s incredible. ALMOST all the legs were gone from it. Could barely send anything down the rollers without them falling off. Needs some improvement. Don’t get bitter get better

9:18am and it's still closed! 🤮 what irresponsibility! 9:19am y aun sigue cerrado! Que irresponsabilidad!! 🤮 9:05 am What's wrong with these people? I came a month ago and they continue to break the schedule. The sign says that I will open at 8:00am and it's 9:07am and they still won't open! The supervisors of this store must do something about it, they cannot continue like this. In addition, the place is super dirty and the staff is very rude, not friendly and lazy!

Over charged me on a Tony's pizza price said 3.20 But charged 4.20.. waited for mngr but after 2 calls.they never answered phone from worker.. got tired of waiting and left.. worker said can't refund my money without the manager .

It us always a bunch of young people working. They have no customer service skills. They never greet you or thank you. They talk among them self and curse disregarding their customers in the store. I just think that's disrespectful. They could really use older managers to supervise that store.

It's 11am on a Sunday store hours are 8am to 10pm. Some lady comes to the door and says they are closed??? There were other employees just walking around socializing. I'm guessing this place doesn't make much money. Seems like they need a new manager.

Oh man lol where do I Start, literally everytime i go in, theres boxes on the floor, empty shelves, not friendly at all, and there can be employees in the store, behind the counter literally sitting around collecting a paycheck not doing anything but watch you jiggle the door and tell you theyre closed but wont specify why theyre closed ALL DAY LONG, Take my advice go to any other dollar store but this store, save you the time of getting out of your car just to be told theyre closed and cant help you

I know it's in Cloverleaf but damn you do not need to be that ghetto. Store is trashy outside and inside. You cannot even walk through the aisles. My husband went in to purchased something and while he was in line the manager and another employee we're talking. He said two men walked in and walked Straight out with items in there hand. When the older guy with glasses was there that store was neat. It is now a horrible mess

I work at Jiffy lube next door! My company spend a good amount of money for office supplies. The African American woman that work’s there is very rude! I believe she’s a manager! She is the only one ever to give a attitude when I come over. There is a great Hispanic manger there that always Have a great attitude! I was soo disappointed at the way my “Fellow Sister ” acted. She should not be employed there or definitely a manager with that type of attitude.

I was just verbally attacked by a worker. I just walked up to the door and was told they were closed at 9:00pm on a Friday. The hours say they ate ooen til 10. She told me I shoukd know what time they close since I go there all the time. She got in my face and of course I got right back up in hers. I hope they all get fired from rhat store. How can a stores name have the word family in it and have people working there thst act like that. NEVER GO THERE ITS A GROSS PLACE TO SHOP.

I give four stars to the workers..they were all super helpful, an so sweet. The store itself is a bit congested, an the outside isn't appealing..this was my first visit. There was a full staff, but aside from the outside..I'd go back for the friendly faces.

Store was not opened on time. There is emoloyewe at the register with headphones and speaking so low you can't hear your total due to that. Over all I dont go to this family dollar due to consistent bad customer service. Employee look like they are forced to be there. You need a friendlier staff with some sort of motivation.

The people at this store are very rude … it says on the sign they open @9 I’ve been here for 5 min already they lady inside seen me and hasn’t open the door yet it’s already 9:10 who ever runs this store needs to talk to their employees

Pretty decent store but I would not recommend buying the wireless bluetooth earphones/earbuds because I bought like 2 of them for 25 dollars and the minute I start using them, they make weird noises and only work for about a week. I would recommend the ONN Bluetooth earbuds at Walmart which are about 9 dollars and they work SO much better

The store is nasty and they are always on their phones and boxes are everywhere. The manager is a very rude black lady that always park in the handicap spot and i need that spot because i'm disabled. We have called cooperate and they don't do nothing about this manager or store. They need to close this store

This place is the epitome of ghetto. Place always looks dirty, there's always trash in the lot, and it's poorly stocked. Employees are hit or miss, some are really nice though.

The employees open the store very late and close extremely early than the regular time it's supposed to be closed. Sometimes the store is closed in the middle of the day for no reason when it's supposed to be open.

Its okay, i dont really like going here, but its near by when i dont feel like going any were else. But most of time they dont have what i need . But its a fast stop for snacks, dish soap or pampers.
