I just left this location at 940 pm and they locked the doors! Young people handling your business is going to make customers go elsewhere to spend their money. I've never been to a business that closes prior to the time it says on the door. Plus, the young man was on his cellphone at the register as he waves me off. Never will I spend money at this ghetto fab. Family Dollar store! Lost my business and I have $ to spend

Nonchalant attitudes all the time, it’s always a inconvenience for purchase with a phone tap or even a card to be honest, I always avoid this place because I live across the street and I rather spend more money at the Kroger across from me, I don’t care that they never give cash back, that’s not the problem but it seems like employees run this establishment more than the people in the corporate offices, it’s really a bogus store, every time/experience, no convenience at all. And after a cashier tells me no for Apple Pay/phone tap, she allowed me to pay that way anyway even though there’s a big sign that says no phone tap at the walk in door, and it’s always a sign on the entry door that lets you know that you can’t pay unless you pay their way. Horrible store

Bad customer service on a black female that was at the register I asked her about the fans if it was a good brand she says no your better off going to Walmart. I walk away and ask if I buy the fan and don't like may I return she flat out said No, that's why she was telling don't bother buying. This is why this company has went downhill, bad service. Will not return

Family Dollar is my go-to store to pick up something quick. But, today, I've been to 3 stores and all are out of bread, except hamburger buns. So, we'll be riding out hurricane Laura with bun sandwiches. Lol. It's all good. At least I got that. Be safe everyone.

This Family Dollar has made substantial improvements in the store. Merchandise is organized and for the most part, in the right place. The only improvement is to keep up with the ordering as merchandise my be scarce.

I was racially profile while shopping at this location yesterday literally the only white person in the store and the manager was following me everywhere taking pictures without permission of me and then tried to tell me the people are on their way saying I stole something dumped out my bag to prove that I didn't steal anything and the lady was still very rude I really need to get ahold of HR because I Believe Miss Martha needs to be taken care of and needs to be retrained on how to manage a store

What kind of business has an employee at a register that cannot operate it? Then instead of getting some assistance this dummy stands there with me for 10 minutes until I decide to jus leave. This place needs employees who THINK!

Much improved in the store, use to have alot of stock on carts all over the place blocking isles and such , but Employees always friendly.

Shelves were too bare/empty. Some items were opened. Nobody knew the prices of items. What didn't work for me might work for you.

Came to the store at 9:30 and the doors were already locked. They close at 10. Another person showed up and the guy that was in the store didn’t open the door.
