This manager at this location is rude. Customer service is trash. Her employees work better than her and she always rolling her eyes and mugging when someone walks in the store. She mad at us because she work there 😂

Today i patronized Family Dollar and I want to purchase the Angel soft, toilet paper, the sign offered a dollar coupon off the total of the eight roll, mega pack. The young lady at the register was very helpful on helping me set it up on the app. The manager did not acknowledge the sign that was on front of the section where the toilet paper offer the coupon for a dollar off, she kept saying it’s not this one it’s not this one is this one which was for the 16 mega pack She was very rude, so I just left the store. I would no longer patronize that family dollar store. The only reason I’m giving it to one star is because the clerk was very nice.

Visited the store on Fondren. Employee was stocking ang talking on phone while I waited at counter for Assistance. Then after a while she came to register just to let me know the Manager had to do my return. As manager was approaching I spoke to her twice but no response. I then told her I had a return and she immediately informed me they don't return clearance items. After informing me of that she asked for my receipt. Then responding: Like I said we don't return clearance items. I told her that the employee standing beside her told me I could. Her response then was: Day Help. I don't know what that was supposed to mean? As they went back and forth with each other about how to read a clearance label I continued to wait. The refund was finally completed and the Manager just WALKED AWAY 🤷🏽‍♀️. Will NEVER PATRONIZE this location again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGER SHOULD KNOW BETTER.

Store closes at 8pm and I made it at 7:45pm. The door was not locked, but the pregnant woman working there (I did not catch her name) told me I could not come in and that the store was closed. When I stated that the store closes at 8pm, she looked away (at someone I’m guessing) and laughed. She then said they are not letting anyone else in, just letting people out.That is ridiculous!! The store hours say 8pm BUT the workers close whenever they want to. Unacceptable! Do better!

I visited this store today and I am disappointed 😞 with my shopping I bought some snack and it says the price reduced one side it says $1.15 and the other side it says $1.00 so I explained to Ms. Trinity the cashier and was very rude saying was the real price $1.15? So for me is not fear we are the Customers and we deserve respect and patience if the employees are tired or don't like to dealing with customers with this questions I don't know what are they doing there I hope the owner or someone of interest can see this and speak with the employees.it is only $.15cents the difference but still is the actittude.

Worst customer service ever lady on the register was extremely rude for no reason that seriously makes people not want to shop there at all. Eventually people won’t want to go to this specific family dollar for that reason I hope the owner checks the staff !

I went in at 8:43 pm April 28th. They had the door locked and didn’t want to let me in. The ladies that work there had awful dispositions! They were extremely rude and dismissive.

Worst family dollar near this area. There’s always boxes everywhere on the floor, the store always looks messy. And the customer service is horrible! I asked the cashier for one simple thing while she was having a whole conversation about someone’s relationship with another employee in front of me outloud and she said NO. And even had the audacity to sayThese people can’t read.She kept huffing and puffing while checking out my items.Horrible horrible store!!!! Never going back. If the employees don’t like their job they should get a new one.

Service was slow. My daughter needed to return an item and was told a manager was needed. She was nowhere in the store to be found .Three clerk's and register was open.

The manager at the location has terrible customer service.. She needs to be fired... She doesn't know how to talk to people and walk around the store with her nose in the air Everytime I enter the store... I don't know if it's only me but I spend plenty money like everyone else!

The parking lot is always flooded with sewage water. I had sandals on and my feet got wet. When you get to the door there's a sign that says the restroom is out of order. Needless to say I went home to wash my feet before continuing to my next destination.
