Upon checking out the female cashier said let me call my baby let call my thug then stared at me in a threatening way as I left the store. Very creepy and I think her and the store are unsafe.

I guess I'm not the only one that has had a not so great experience here. I go here because it's close to home and in the neighborhood. But the cashier that worked Sunday morning06/04/23 is very Unprofessional/ No Customer Service Skills. No Hello No Thank You, I'm not there to make friends but Damn recognize your Customers!

Visited location 7/22/2022 at 9:34 am and the store was still closed. Store hours on the door shows that the store supposed to be open for business at 8 am. Me and another customer waited in the parking an additional 15 minutes and store still was not open. I had to inconvenience myself and travel to another Family Dollar. I also visited this location last week before closing hours posted on the door and location was already closed. This location has not been in compliance with business hours on more than one occasion. It looks like they open late and close early. I recommend calling before visiting this location to avoid making a blank trip.

I don't often go to this store location, because there is a woman manager, that makes me feel not welcome. Today, however I had a pleasant experience. The man that was at the register, was very pleasant, polite, and we actually had a conversation.

Once you get past the potholes in the parking lot and the filthy front sidewalk, it's actually neat and orderly inside. Cartons of merchandise to be stocked were not blocking the aisles.The associates were friendly and helpful.They really need to fix the potholes, steam clean the sidewalk and pick up the litter. It would make this business more appealing.

They got rid of the old store manager to bring in one that does not know a darn thing. 1.She has opened the store late. 2. She is very unprofessional. 3. Has no regard for uniform. Wears flip flops, blue jeans, and hair is not maintained. She doesn’t hold herself up as a store manager. From what I’m hearing in the community is the employees are all leaving. You got rid of a store manager that flirted with everyone but did his job, to someone who has no knowledge!

Supposed to close at 10p.m. However I pulled up at 9:33p.m. got out looked at the cashier as I'm walking up she look at me amd still lock the door. They are unprofessional

If only this Family Dollar could remove their trash on a regular basis, convince the homeless person squatting in the back to leave and do something about the parking lot flooding, more people would probably patronize this establishment.

Everytime we get a heavy rainfall, that parking lot around the store is full of water for several days. I talked the store clerk about the problem, and they're having trouble getting somebody out there to clean the parking lot drains. It could also track water in the store to where their customers could slip and fall and get hurt, and the store attorney would have a hard time defending the store from lawsuits on slip and falls in the store from the wet floor. But they could have at least rented a water pump or hire a water pumping service to drain the water out of the parking lot into the streets.

Family dollar store ( They keep store Clean , restocked supplies, etc..). I have been there many time...you must wear mask in the store. You know that you can get COVID-19 and OMICRON. Anywhere... Becarefull....

This particular location didn't have much on the shelves on the day I went. Not a great a selection as I've seen in other family dollar stores.However all of the staff was very friendly and that's why they got 4 stars.

This one has been remodeled with a better checkout. Haven't seen the normal beggars there. It's much approved.

Great ,they are redoing Medicine, shavers and shampoo,soap,have totes of these for $1 each full size items.only good for time till gone.

Yes it is dirty outside and everybody with a bag or a backpack they think their coming to steal I hate going their and every time it rain it stay flooded on the side of the store for weeks they won't get the drain unclogged it's the sorryest family dollar I've been in
