Went to buy papers at 930 and the employees at the gate lock I told him I had to buy Pampers and told me they could close whenever they want , they also have the doors closed plenty of times before it's time to close making a fire hazard

Very rude employee 2/28... closed the store 20 minutes early because she was "not feeling well". Was very loud and rude to a customer who was trying to enter the store at 9:40pm and would not let him or another customer who had just pulled up into the store. Actually yanked the door closed on the 1 customer she was telling at. Would NEVER shop there!!! Was just there with a friend.

Jennifer @6526 Lyons Ave. Has Poor customer service. She greeted me then proceeded to follow me around the store. She asked if I needed help .I asked her why was she following me? She gets mad and tells me to get out her store🤣🤣🤣🤣 .hope her pocket book can hold me🤩🤩🤩

Was in and out. Alot of items are very hard to find. Have to travel crosstown to another family dollar to find items. Maybe I should stick to WALMART.

The store is a whole train wreck, the food is never on the shelves you have to read the labels on the boxes and go through them to find the product you want. The food inside the fridge is all ways out dated and hot the workers are never helpful when you ask a question. Today a cashier was playing loud trap gangster rap while singing along while checking out guest.This post want allow me to post the video so the lyrics can be heard and how unqualified she is to be working their but than again the store has all ways been at a low end of quality so she represents the store equally

They racially profile my partner accused him of stealing then proceeded to call the cops they offered the cops to view camera I asked the police did they see the camera they said they didn't show them cameras that they thought it was him stealing but he is still not allowed in the store the person who accused us was a black heavy set women with black and blonde dreads I then called the manger of the store she was so rude didn't even let me talk then hung up in my face

Been here before... They changed the whole interior layout of the store for better organization. Store is mostly clean... Needs improvements in all areas but seems to have "gone up" in better condition than it once was.

Cashier was rude they always have a big line of 15+ ppl and only one register open every time i go they never have helium for the ballon’s and there’s always buggy’s with merchandise on the isles you can’t even get through the lanes one of the worst family dollars !

Love coming here the only thing that stop me from coming sometimes is the man outside wish the store employees would ask him to get away from the door and when you are paying he always looking if you pay with cash
