This ragidy @$$ Family Dollar stays closed. 3pm closed. 4pm closed. 5pm closed. Any Random day you pull up to this place during normal business hours, their closed. Has to be the worst Managed Family Dollar in the Entire Houston area and beyond. Never seen anything like it. Not sure why or how this location is still operating but I'm never coming to this location again. Not even if I see them finally open. I'll pass them is place up looking for a store...

Bought an item that was marker an amount I could afford so I got 2 then looked at my receipt seen I was overcharged. So I speak to a manager at other register. Mind you she was already done counting her drawer she was putting money in drop . She then said you want it or not she not going to manage her store I either want the product or not. I explained I wanted the item for the price that was shown. So in that time briana at the register then says I should have come to her . She has a line that she should be focus on instead want to shake her neck and hips to prove what I'm not sure. The behavior from both employees was very unpleasant unprofessional and dont think they should be allowed to work with people at all. Behavior is important they were representing family dollar not themselves. If it wasnt for the gentlemen that was restocking the shelf that jump in to see I was properly charged and helped.

ONE OF THE BEST FAMILY DOLLAR STORES, CLEAN, EVERYTING EASY TO FIND, WELL ORGANIZED, AND THE TWO EMPLOYEES A MALE AND A FEMALE THAT ARE WORKING THERE THIS MORNING, ARE WELCOMING, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, AND ATTEND VERY WELL. I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS BUT I JUST HAD TO POST A REVIEW TODAY.

It's cheap but it's always so dirty and the people that work there are rude. There's always no one at the register and there is always a long line. And also it's always very hot in their like if there isn't any air conditioning. I'm sorry but it is very poor customer service please work on this story because the people their aren't doing their job.

On march 31 2021 I went in and after getting a few things I went to check out after ringing me up the cashier asked me about 2 shirts I had gotten from the clearance aisle plain white tees after explaining to her that the t-shirts didn't come in a package that they were just thrown in a bucket she continued to ask me where the package was I told her I do not know there is no package they were in the clearance aisle see continue to get an attitude with me because I got an attitude back with her leading to a confrontation and the woman kick me out not letting me purchase my products or having any say so and what's done she just told me to get the f out this place is horrible the workers there or ghetto and just hood and they should all be fired they cuss on the job they're just terrible man this is the world's worst family Dollar I highly recommend not going there yeah go to the dollar store or whatever else don't go to family Dollar

i always go to family dollar on little york and homestead but went here today very rude not to mention i called before to confirm the store was open and the woman who answered hung up on my face when i was respectful and nice to her. this store needs new employees. very unhappy.
