If I can give this store zero stars I would! 🙏🏽 PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. IT WAS ROBBED AT GUN POINT WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. I HAD TO HIDE IN THE BACK OF STORE, WHEN I SAW THE ROBBER WITH A MASK ON JUMP ON THE COUNTER WITH GUN, SAYING " GIVE ME THE ** MONEY"! I WAS IN FEAR FOR MY LIFE WITH OTHERS. I WAS HOLDING A LITTLE GIRL I DID NOT EVEN KNOW AS I WATCHED HER ALMOST IN TEARS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, IM JUST THANKFUL TO GOD THAT NO ONE WAS KILLED OR SHOT. THIS FAMILY DOLLAR IS DANGEROUS ‼️ BASED ON PREVIOUS REVIEWS THEY BEEN ROBBED MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE YEARS‼️IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE PLEASE AVOID ALL FAMILY DOLLAR STORES. The experience was GREAT!!! The staff was very professional and friendly in my shopping adventure. Even though Yolanda was very busy putting out merchandise, she took the time to show me what I was looking for. Then when I got ready to check out, I come across Tina, who was just as friendly and helpful as Yolanda. Tina was very professional and fast in checking out. These two young ladies showed professionalism, great attitudes and friendliness while working. I'll be back to Family Dollar #10130.

I just came in the family dollar with my family to get some items. I was trying to get a pack of tide pods that I honestly had no idea was behind the counter due to the way they were stacked near items you can get in the front. One of the employees, Ashley, told me to not go behind the counter in a rude manner. I can understand if a customer is not supposed to get an item behind the counter however the way they were positioned I didn’t know.my mother and I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and got into an argument with her and didn’t buy any merchandise and walked out the store. I will no longer be coming to this store location and would like to speak to the owner of this store location.

I am very disappointed in Family Dollar. I ordered some items on Sept.5 the -2022 it was to be delivered to the store on Mesa Dr in Houston Texas. I never received the items as of today Sept. 30th. I contacted the store and they said they said they did not receive it. I needed those item and was not happy I did not receive them. I will not order again. Thank you. Eloise Modique - Disappointed

I’m just wondering why I stood in line for 5 minutes whilst 5 workers either walked past me or kept moving things around on the shelf. I’m not sure if everyone is blind to customers around them but that’s ridiculous. I also read a sign on the receipt machine that said “Don’t touch” so while I waited for the cashier to hand me my receipt she walked away and said you can grab your receipt. There was just no concern for customers at this location and it shows

Love this place. I go here often for daily items, and I’m gifted with a pleasant trip every time. I do see some reviews about bad customer service, but I’ve yet to see any bad employees. The workers I’ve seen here really put the “Family” in “Family Dollar”. I always get a laugh or a good talk as soon as I walk in. People can say what they want, but this place has the best customer service I’ve ever seen, and I’m not kidding when I say that.

This is usually the place I stop at on Sunday mornings if I need to pick up a few things before church. This past Sunday was not such a pleasant experience. My husband stopped there to purchase something and I asked for a Coke. He tells me the Cokes are not cold so he tells the cashier. She tells him "What do you want me to do about it. Have a nice day." Not only was she unprofessional but also rude. I don't know her name but she was the cashier Sunday, July 22nd, around 8:10 am.

Typical neighborhood store. Yes they are young, but very helpful. They could be doing worser that working, if you catch my drift. No different from any other FD. FD thank you for hiring our children. They are not dumb, u big dummy. In my Fred g voice.

This place deserves 0 stars. The store is dirty inside and out. Employees seem very disinterested in your wants or needs. I thought walmart was bad but family dollar takes the cake. Today the store was hotter than outside. Apparently, someone stole the AC unit.

Decent place to go pick up a few "snack foods" and items.Customer service is alright but management need more "positive" attitudes and demeanors.Store areas can be messy, "trashed" in some places, "cleaner" in others.Store needs complete overhaul in "improvement".It is what you make it ultimately though.

Very unorganized and hazardous. Everything was everywhere, shelves weren't even set up. Lots of unpacked boxes and so many things on the floor. There were actually chairs stacked on top of more chairs, within the small aisles, holding more unopen boxes. There was a guy on his phone, talking and cursing, responding to his manager with, "huh?", three times, very loudly, before he went over. This store needs more attention.

RUDE RUDE RUDE, the store was Very Nasty & DIRTY. Freight EVERYWHERE i counted four people on the floor non of which was working ANY of it and one cashier. It's a SHAME the way one of the associates responded to an elderly customer who simply asked where are the shopping carts?. A bald headed African American., (said what do you want me to do) and a black young lady said right behind his response IT AINT OUR FAULT THEY TAKE THEM. I have been living in this neighbor 3yrs this is my third time shopping in this store and each time has been a bad experience. I shop by my job clean well stoked and VERY PLEASANT ASSOCIATES. I am going to shout out to neighbors, co workers and family about this store. WORD OF MOUTH

I definitely like the new Family Dollar near my home.Family Dollar has a lot of varieties of items in there from cooking and baking items barbecue items summer items chairs they have medicine if you get sick. They have a lot of things in there to really benefit you and it's a small community store that you can go in and shop for whatever your needs may be I like them.

I asked to pay for my items separately and cashier said “are you using ebt?” With an attitude, I never discussed my form of payment with her this was very rude ,also Apple Pay doesn’t work it’s 2022 all cashless payments should be available

Is that a mattress? It's filthy outside, it makes lots of people not want to come in, it needs to be cleaned up that trash needs to be taken care of and the grass could stand a cut it's a shame

Family Dollar with awesome I found a lot of things for a dollar even Coke productsable to get everything that I needed at the store it was awesome just going to one store and finding everything
