Ms.Tiff was great. I was greeted when walking into the store. My only concern was my daughter had to take her hoodie off due to many robberies. However customers had hats and beanies on. If that is the case Family Dollar should have a better security system.

Good customer service but they start locking the doors 30 minutes early which discourages people from coming in the store that's the only thing I don't like.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.I bought a 1.00 candy to support the store, then was charged $10 and didn't notice it until it posted on my account. I doubt they will give the money back without the receipt, so I will do something better: never shop here again.I will just walk to Foodarama. Sad part is that now they have lost 100s in sales. Good luck with business.Update: I was refunded the 9.00 by someone that caught the error this month (at corporate?). So Family Dollar is more honest than I thought!

the store on West Fuqua Houston, Texas is the saddest store I have ever had the disgrace of visiting. they treat the customer's like s**t, especially the people that live in the neighborhood. the property is trashy and they don't keep up the property behind the store. I have witness several incidences where people were minding their business and police was called on them. it is annoying how you are shopping in the store and they are doing security checks and your the only person in the store. everyone is a criminal to them but the real criminals are them. this store is sad, dirty, and never have a good selection of nothing. they are now transitioning to dollar tree with the same workers. this store has done nothing for the community except bring it down.

I stopped at the store for a bag of chips and ended up leaving with four articles of clothing and some hair care products. They did not have the chips I wanted, but most of the clothing was half price. Since my son has Doctor Seuss at his school this week, this was a treasure trove and I got him everything he needed to participate in this week's activities for a very reasonable price. Also, I want to note that the employees greeted every single customer who walked in the store. That is always refreshing!

My past experiences with this location would normally get 5 stars but not anymore. I am frequent shopper at this store me and my kids. But the other day my 6 year old son had to use the restroom and the lady told me we had to wait cause she and the other person were busy. Mind you several times my kids have used the restroom by getting the key from them but this day the rude b said we had to to wait. My son has enuresis on the verge of wetting himself. I made my kids put back everything we were buying and we left. I will never step foot in another family dollar. This company lost a valuable customer I have spent thousands in this store never again. And he peed in the parking lot lol. F this company.

The black female employees that work here only try to help clients who are black . They will tell tell you to move to the side only to help their own race and leave you there without giving you any explanation. Only one guy named David knows what to do there . if you ever go to this store you will see for yourself what im talking about. This store is within walking distance from my house that was reason i kept going to this store. I now try to avoid this location by all means now.

Prices always ring up wrong so you have to pay attention and then when you bring it to the managers attention they won't uphold the price even if they have it wrong that's disgusting customer service.

This crusty old lady working night shift 10/26/2021 soon as i made it in with my kids she was like “ toys section is closed “ mind you i had went in for a dish soap ONLY but end up not buying it and heading out to target instead after she mentioned about the toys.. like first of all dont compare me to yourself i dont buy toys at family dollar like you for sure do . Second them CRUSTY EYELASHES GIRL YOU SURE DO WEAR FAMILY DOLLAR LASHES cause that’s all you can afford !!

The store was nicely organized but i had two young children that needed to use the restroom and was told carelessly that the keys weren’t available and they were locked inside the restroom. And of course it was nothing they could do.

There were only two guys working, both watching me struggle to pull three baskets from eachother for over 4 minutes. Literally watching me. The store was messy and clothes disorganized and laying around.

It was just ok. I went for a standard mop. For two day's ... and no regular mop. All this new stuff that's not efficient like the old standard mop.
