This is the most ghetto store I have encountered in all my days. You have employees on the phone while working the register, employees eating while taking your orders which is very unsanitary while handling money. I literally just went to the store all the employees are stealing time because the store is closed and they are inside watching as people knock on the door. They should fire everyone and start over it’s really safety hazard at this store and just down right unprofessional

I purposely drove here after work to grab a few items before going home, but the doors are locked. There is not a note on the door on why they are currently closed. It’s 6:30 PM on a Wednesday. SMH.

Cashier crystal either needs another job or needs more customer service training. Was rude on site. I asked for the bathroom " we ain't got no public restroom" . And she is the one who rang me up. Before she even scanned my stuff she said "no cash back" like if you don't like you $9.25 a hour job go somewhere else

Closed at 7:40 when closing time was 8pm and the store was empty of customers. Lisa Henry gave me absolute nasty attitude like I was in the wrong when I explained to her and the male cashier who was counting the money tray about the correct time. After I got there 6 customers pulled up for business and they still refused to open the doors. I then went down the street to another FD and they was open for business and very eager for business. With their unprofessional behavior it sounds like they do this quite frequently which means a lot of business is lost.

They lie about closing times... Google says 10.. I pulled up at 8:34 and the doors were lokked.. Went to another location and same thing..... I k o its mostly lies on the internet but dam... Closing time shouldn't have to be a lie. Most of the ones that my family and I frequent, there's always something. No change, no cash back, no stock, etc. Bunch of people that really just don't wanna work honestly.

The employees are nice but the store is dirty!! Shipments never get put up. There are items scattered all over the place. You never see more than two employees at a time working. Is there even a manager at this location? Someone from the Corporate office needs to come in and help fix the store.

I worked at this store and they are VERY GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL , including the Manager Drylon ! I quit this job because they are very messy and complete DRAMA. A NASTY AND DIRTY STORE . Customers and employees steal from the store ! I wouldn’t recommend working or shopping here because they are also disrespectful to customers! If i could give them 0 stars i would .

employers very rude needed a basket to put my daughter in so I can do some shopping I asked one of the employers and she told me they don't have anymore the other employer was just on his cell phone talking to somebody this family Dollar store is very rude. Store needs more keeping up with very dirty.

I was there today(Sunday) at 8:30, the closing time is at 9 & wow they got the nerve to write in a envelope paper , waiting for police is close.. I stay there for too long and police didn’t show up until the employee left.. smh

They need to either update the time or hire new employee. The hours say 8 to 9 so why did I show up at 9bam and wait until for some one to unlock the door? And why did I get there at 8:50 and they refused to let me in because the said they were closed?

The worst customer service i have ever seen on her phone talking about her cousin asked a question she snapped like i was bothering her no baskets do u no how many ppl need jobs very un professional and she is always on the phone and dont care will never go again called corp on her never returned call u will forever lpse customers its the lady with the eyes

Horrible, ghetto, lock doors way before it is time to close because they are lazy and don't want to work. Employees sit inside and watch as ppl drive up and knock on the door. It is okay, I will go across the street to Walgreen's. They are a bit higher but at least they know how to treat ppl.

The cashier is super rude she literally drop the receipt on the counter and every time I try asking her for something she kept saying ect. Used to love coming to this store but this cashier is making me double think coming back!!!

Usually a good group of employees but they have a lot of shipments which they don't have time to put away. So, boxes are left in the aisle a lot. They need more help

The store needs to be clean on a regular. Hire more workers to help keep the organized. The workers that are there are very nice and friendly!🙂

BEWARE!!! I CANE TO THIS LOCATION BC I NEEDED CASH BACK BC THE CHASE BANK IS CLOSED PERMANENTLY IN THIS AREA. GOT INSIDE THE STORE AND PICKED UP 2 ITEMS I KNEW I NEEDED TO MAKE 2 TRANSACTIONS TO RECIEVE THE CASHBACK AMOUNT I NEEDED. GOT TO THE REGISTER AND WAS VERY HAPPILY GREETED BY AN EMPLOYEE WAS ON HER 1ST DAY OF WORK. I PROCEEDED TO LET HER KNO I NEEDED CASH BACK AS I WAS USING THE CARD MACHINE. I PRESSED MY AMOUNT. AND AT THE SAME TIME, WAS TELLIN HER I NEEDED 50 BACK...SHE SURPRISINGLY SAID OH WOW I DONT THINK I HAVE THAT MUCH AND CALLED HER MANAGER, NATASHA...AS SHE APPROACHES I SMILE N SPEAK. SHE (MANAGER) DID NOT JUS LOOKED AT ME N PROCEEDS TO THE CASH REGISTER WHILE ASKING SHELBY SIMULTANEOUSLY AND VERY ANGRILY DID SHE TELL U SHE WANTED CASH BACK SHELBY REPLIES YES AND SHE SAYS AND WHAT DID U TELL HER SHELBY REPLIES WELL SHE SAID SHE WANTED CASH BACK I SAID OK BUT SHE DIDNT TELL ME SHE NEEDED 50 UNTIL TOO LATE...
