I recently had an appointment with Falcon Pass Animal Hospital with my anxious dog, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we walked in, the cleanliness of the facility was evident, providing a welcoming and safe environment. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to make sure both our dog and we felt comfortable and relaxed.I was impressed by the numerous precautions they took, which clearly demonstrated their commitment to the wellbeing of all animals under their care. It's evident that they put a lot of thought into the details that matter. I am grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend Falcon Pass Animal Hospital to any pet owner who seeks a place that truly cares.

Visited this hospital last week to scan the chip for a puppy. The staff are so helpful. The hospital opens from 8 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. It opens from 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturdays where as it is closed on sundays. The hospital is well maintained.

They were great! I took my dog in for an emergency with her ear and they not only got me in quickly but immediately. Dr.Sunderland didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary treatments and actually avoided surgery. There was no emergency fees or taxes. Went in thinking it was going to cost $700 and it ended up being around $200. I definitely found my new vet for all things! Thanks Dr. Sunderland!

We normally only came here for our cat’s annual exams because it is indeed a bit far from where we live, but it has always been the top choice if anything happens. Last week when he got injured from an outdoor fight and had bad swelling and infections, we were able to do a walk-in with just a bit of waiting, kindly offered by Dr. Norton and Sarah. They diagnosed and treated him and kindly reduce the cost to their best to fit our budget. A couple days later we received a follow-up call from Dr. Norton’s office to check on him. He’s doing so much better now, thanks to Dr. Norton and Sarah’s prompt care and treatment!

First time customer, turned long term client.Just moved here, and my sister and I called in for a sudden change in our Cat. Front desk was very accommodating with our concerns, being able to squeeze us in the same day. Might I say this is probably one of THE BEST Veterinarian place I’ve ever been to.Dr. Sunderland was amazing. She was very informative, genuine, and answered all our questions precisely. They have excellent communication, very reasonable pricing, and they go out of their way to make my dogs feel safe. We have been using Falcon Pass for about 5 years. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful to us and our animals. They were also able to help me find my fur-babies chip information where I misplaced them during a move. The vet is knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely recommend FPAH! Today was my first time visiting the Falcon Pass Animal Hospital. I was so impressed with the friendly staff. I am a people person and I felt like I had been coming there for many years. My adopted Kitten L.B seen to be happy with Dr. Debbie and staff..They took the time to explain the vaccines that were needed. I suggest anyone to please visit the Hospital . Dr. Borovik is absolutely amazing! I had to ship my two huskies from Houston to Russia, which requires a USDA endorsed health certificate 5 days before they enter Russia. Since their journey took 3 days of travel, I had a very limited window to find a USDA accredited vet who could see them and send their certificates to Austin for endorsement. I called Dr. Borovik on a Monday (practically in tears) and she agreed to examine them that day and complete the health certificates the same day! She even corrected a mistake on one of the forms that my shipping company had prepared! Because of her, my two fur babies were able to enter Russia with no problem! I will forever be grateful to Dr. Borovik and her wonderful team! Спасибо большое!!

Dr. Borovik and her staff are the best. I've taken my dogs to her throughout the years and she is always the most caring and knowledgeable compared to other vets in the area. She and her staff were very understanding and patient with me as I was fearful to have my 11 year old girl go under anesthesia for a dental procedure. Dr. Borovik took the time to call me throughout the surgery to keep me updated and reassure me when it was done that everything went fine. Unfortunately I lost my girl unexpectedly months later due to a ruptured tumor that caught us by surprise at an emergency vet clinic afterhours. I was left devastated and confused by the whole ordeal so I called Dr. Borovik the next day to ask questions about it all and she took the time to talk with me and go over whatever questions she could even if she didn't see her. She helped me feel much better and I trust her. I really appreciate her and her clinic.

I took my dog Daisy here today for skin problems- staff was SO kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I recently moved here from out of state and we were worried about having to find somewhere new to take our 44lbs pit mix who thinks she’s a 10lbs lap dog. I tend to ask a million questions and they took their time patiently explaining our options, treatment plan and next steps. Everyone was so sweet to her and when I expressed worry about her nails at the end of the visit (she gets anxious and my husband recently broke his collarbone so he can’t help me trim them like he usually does) they took time to help me before we left. We’ll definitely be returning & recommending to others!

Dr. Borovik has been great with our 2 dogs over the past year, specifically with our newest addition, Sansa. After rescuing her, we've had several small worrisome issues and Dr. Borovik has been so helpful in easing our minds and treating Sansa as if she were her own. Dr. Borovik is now helping us through treating heartworms. This has had me very upset and worried but Dr. Borovik has gone above expectations and has called multiple times at various hours to check on Sansa after her treatments, and also to check on us too making sure we have no questions or concerns. She is very thorough is her care and treats us as individuals rather than just another number in their system. The clinic is very clean and the staff is super friendly!

She’s spent time with me on the phone looking up studies to see if my dogs food is appropriate. That meant so much to me because I know she truly cares. LOVE THIS PLACE. Definitely recommend!

I just want to thank Dr. Sunderland for the gracious and compassionate bedside manner she displayed when we went in to have my cat put to sleep. She and the tech were so respectful and kind and put my cat's comfort above all else, and treated her humanely even after she passed.Also many thanks to Dr. Norton for being frank and to the point about the short amount of time we had left with my senior cat and the best way to proceed that put the cat's wellbeing and comfort over anything else.I appreciate that while we are grieving, we know we made the right choice because Dr. Norton and Dr. Sunderland were so open and helpful during the end of our pet's life.

Simply wonderful. I moved so no longer take my sweet cats here but we had a good experience with Falcon Pass after unfortunately getting to know them better when one cat had trouble. We worked primarily with Dr Sunderland (wonderful) but were taken care of by the others if she was out, so anxious parents be reassured response time was not a concern for me. I felt cats & I were cared for and listened to & the assessments were thorough.I never felt unnecessary treatment or testing was recommended, though we had options.Staff was always compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, kind, responsive and helpful. I appreciated I could communicate via call or e-mail.I imagine it’s not easy work to care for animals and their worried humans, but this clinic did a great job with us & we appreciate it!

We’ve recently begun bringing our dogs here, and so far it’s been absolutely wonderful! The office is small, yet very cozy, and the staff are very friendly. They’re prices for service are very reasonable.I would highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for good care by friendly people.

Love this place! The tech was very patient with my unsocialized dog and the vet was super professional and helpful. They made me feel comfortable bringing my dog to the vet, as he was very scared and anxious. I’ve tried taking my dog to many different vets and this has been the only one who was able to lay hands on him and get everything done! They did a great job with calling me about lab results. They are incredibly kind, caring and professional with our two dogs. They also consult with you up front on any costs to make sure that you are ok with them. They will suggest tests/treatments but they are never pushy-always respectful.

We took a cat to Falcon Pass for evaluation. He had been bit by something. He had been to Falcon Pass before, but more recently was being treated by a mobile vet.I took the cat there because he was showing drastic symptoms due to the bite he endured. I was told that the best chance that cat had to survive was a blood transfusion at Gulf Coast. This is a cat that refuses to stay indoors and loves to climb sewers. After begging for any other option I was sent home with steroids and antibiotics. He continued to worsen. A cat rescuer told me to try just the steroid. I was skeptical, but willing to try anything. One dose of steroid only and that cat was clawing our staircase once again.My point here is to ask questions and if you have time get 2nd opinions. I care so much for animals, but I also want to know I’m doing the right thing financially. Falcon Pass basically told me this cat would die without a blood transfusion ($3,000+). He’s back to destroying furniture (at my house and our neighbors) and climbing sewers after a simple steroid treatment.Also - don’t come at me with your “outside cat” agenda. This cat refuses to stay indoors. He groomed all the hair off his hind side just trying to get out. I took him to specialists and had him on anxiety meds. He is now 100% himself just going outdoors regularly.

We transferred our dogs care to Falcon Pass after bad experiences at another local vet. The office is clean, the wait is minimal and the staff is competent and pleasant. We have been extremely happy with Dr Sunderland and the other vets. Highly recommend!

Dr. Borovik was an absolute hero for my little Sophie. She was being treated for Parvovirus, and Sophie was a strong little girl, but eventually the virus overtook her little body and she passed away in transit to a 24 hour care facility. Without the compassionate staff at Falcon Pass Animal Hospital Sophie would have passed away a lot sooner. If you're looking for a place to call a healthcare home for your baby, this is it! I wish I had known about them sooner, or Sophie would definitely still be here with us today. I'm confident in that, however, this virus is so deadly that really I'll never know, but the compassion and fast work gave her a second lease at life, and that is a gift. Thank you to everyone at Falcon Pass Animal Hospital, and I can't wait to bring in my next puppy, when ever that will be.

It is tough loosing a pet. We decided to get our dog cremated with the idea of releasing his ashes to set him free but after receiving him back with the amazing arrangement....we decided to keep him <3 The service was superb !
