Decent Dollar Tree location.Some aisles were empty without any product. However, every thing else was organized well and plenty of great priced items. Great location with tons of parking. Staff were friendly and treated me with respect. You could do basically all your grocery and house shopping here if you wanted to.

I typically avoid these like the plague. I was pleasantly surprised at this location. Customer service an outstanding clerk named, Star . The store was clean there’s ample parking . Just outside loop in Garden Oaks. My views on buying cheap consumer goods from China probably won’t change but if I need to I will come here

This was my first time shopping there as the change of their prices came in effect: it's now $1.25 store along with a couple of aisles for $3 and $5 items. I love this store💖

This dollar store does not get a 5 star becouse they do not restock drinks in the cooler, it's next to planet fitness and the last thing you want to drink is hot soda or water. I get a pre-workout and after workout snack. Some healthy-ish chips/popcorn.... does have nice stuff and helpfull staff. Anti bacterial dispensers are always empty or don't work.. clean restrooms.

I was surprised to see this fairly new Dollar Tree on my way home. The store is very clean and spacious in the front end! Not a single item on the floor, besides the toy aisles of course. Very organized and wide selection. The cashier I had was not so friendly, didn’t respond to chit-chat but overall my visit was very nice and quick. The store offers so many different type of balloons, I will definitely be back for special occasions that need balloons! Tons of items to choose from in the food aisles! I went in for some tennis balls for my rolling walker, I got the dog ones. I was surprised to have found some, other dollar stores did not have them. I needed power steering but this location did not have that item. There are a few parking spaces right at the front of the store. Busy parking lot, be careful backing out! Super glad there is a big store a few miles away from my home with a big selection. Can’t wait to stock up on school supplies soon.

This store is always neat. People have to remember that if they want things in large quantities. Just go on line!Fast delivery on most.I'm not much of a crafter these days. So basic things available there meet my immediate needs.Have to wear a mask of course. People are very good about social distance. They have a clean restroom.

Low on stock on many items and this was on Wednesday when their new ad starts. Cashier was ruder than rude. I had five items on my list and only could get one. This is a fairly new Dollar Tree and it's beginning to look like a bombed out store. They don't have enough stock help on duty, and only one cashier. I won't be back here again for quite a while.

It's always clean and staff is very willing to help. When you walk around looking unsure of something the staff notice and ask if they can assist you.One day I was over loaded with items in my hand a staff member notice and went and got me a basket now that is what but call great customer service.Thank you staff at Oak Forest Dollar Tree on Shepard.

8.16.21 I went in looking for a certain item to do a craft with. I asked Shaleka, the manager-they were out of this certain item, but she remembered them having 1 left but had a cut in it. She showed it me and it would work perfect & I got it for 25¢. Shalika gave me great customer service. She was on TOP of it todayTy Shaleka!This is a very good Dollar tree it's a newer store. Their stuff is very organized. Lots of craft items. They seem to have more than the other Dollar Trees.

Very clean store, nice items and a great selection to choose from. I was told by a female employee " We dont have boxes " when asked if there was a box for the breakable items I purchased . The cashier did not wrap any of the items they were put in a plastic bag .

Purchased arts and crafts supplies, a few tools, a variety of colorful ink pens, velcro hook and loop, then I had to leave cuz I figured I'm going to spend a whole lot more . The place is addictive.

I ask for bathroom and a Man working there told me in a angry mood, we dont have bathroom, whe I Asked him , are you sure? He only said , no key , but when I asked to other worker if Icould I use the bathroom , kindly She gave me the key,then yes, the store have bathroom and yes, store have bathroom key,,, he just dos not want to help, How is it possible that a sales associate denies a service that the store provides to the customer? No good for him

Very nice place. But the Hispanic cashier doesn't know how to count money. She won't give you your change right no matter what if you tell her that you are still missing money.
